The latch of the patio door to the balcony was broken, and I could not lock the door. It was a security concern.

Ahmed (2/5): My worst 2 nights - Nothing except breakfast.. this is the most worst hotel ever I seen. I like lift which was very swift. Staffs are totally arrogant, stupid and uncultured. I booked super deluxe room but they provide me the worst room to stay. They didn't provide me the documents of tax and vat what I paid. In room everything were olds and dirty. Even in 2nd day they didn't provide me toilet tissue also

Pablo (4/5): A cheap hotel, in a good location, but substandard. - The location is the best about this property. The staff is quite helpful but it might take a while for them to react. For example the first day after we arrived, we told them that the safe wasn’t working, we’re still waiting for them to show up. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty. It’s overpriced for the quality that you get. Conditions in the hotel in general were quite unsatisfactory. The room was dirty, it was very dusty, there was hair in the bathroom, the linen had stains and the toilet was quite dirty as well. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

It was not clean, there hair in the bed and pillow, Room floor was not clean, there was no slipper, As i book super deluxe room but there was no sitting preference except bed. And also wash room amenities was not as per the standard. this hotel did not meet my expectation.

Once I've complained they said the would take care of it and nothing has been done. I've booked a so called "Super Deluxe room", the room is extremely old, small and there was dirt everywhere in every shelf or corner. I've booked a city view and was delivered a room with a jail-like small window front to another building. My standards usually aren't high, but this hotel is disgusting even to taken a shower.

Went down to reception more than I should to get it sort it, took hours and countless attempts to get this sorted. After hours and countless people back and forward eventually got sorted.
Exploring (8/5): excellent location, friendly staff - great staff, especially the restaurant staff. stable wifi with decent speed - was concerned about the wifi prior to booking due to the low reviews, but my wifi experience was absolutely fine, both signal and speed. the location is great, on a quiet side street, but just a few minutes walk from the busy area. breakfast was good with four hot options, fruit, juice, and sometimes they would make an egg to order. ate at the restaurant a few times and enjoyed the palak paneer. the room quality was not great. lots of marks on the walls, a few holes. lighting held in place with packing tape. the bathtub was pretty dirty looking with stains. they could really improve how the room looks. that said, the bed linens and towels were clean, which is all i really care about. the elevator didn't work a few times.

Kartik (8/5): Worth it for the budget sensitive traveller - Dhaka Golden Inn a value for money location for an inexpensive and yet comfortable stay close to Business Hubs as well as the airport. Strongly recommend it for the budget focussed traveller. Breakfast was standard through the stay. Could have been better. Food served was not bad. but just above average.
