• Estefania (6/5): - Nos robaron en el alojamiento y el dueño no hizo nada esa noche El dueño nos dejó con la puerta abierta teniendo el otros alojamientos donde podríamos haber dormido sin miedo esa noche. No lo recomiendo, no cambia los códigos de seguridad de la puerta y pasan esas cosas.

• Kadriye Figen (1/5): Don’t recommend it - Only the location, big windows in the room. The host was so rude and irresponsible to my messages. Had trouble entering the house. little information the pictures are misleading. The room was not cleaned properly. Dust was on the nightstands. The bedsheets and towels have bad smell. The washing machine was not working.

• Filippo Pastori (6/5): - La posizione centrale permette di muoversi a piedi in tutta la città Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era sporco e trascurato, in particolare il bagno. La doccia era visibilmente non pulita e abbiamo trovato una ciocca di capelli, cosa davvero sgradevole e inaccettabile per un B&B. Per correttezza va però detto che, dopo aver segnalato il problema, la struttura ci ha rimborsato una parte del soggiorno per il disagio causato. Resta comunque una mancanza importante sul fronte della pulizia, che dovrebbe essere una priorità.

• Ina (5/5): Für Prag suchen wir das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft - schön war, dass die Wohnung so zentral gelegen war die Schlafcouch brach unter unserer Omi zusammen. Ein Blick darunter offenbarte, dass die Couch wohl schon länger defekt ist, ein Scharnier war herausgerissen. Das ganze als Provisorium eher abenteuerlich „repariert“ - aber eben nicht richtig, so dass das Klötzchen, das stabilisieren sollte umkippte und sie eine Etage tiefer lag. Zum Glück ist ihr nichts ernsthaftes passiert

• Geneviève (8/5): Très bien situé mais système de fermeture du logement compliqué ! - Le logement est particulièrement bien situé et nous avons pu faire tout ce que nous voulions en 10 à 20 minutes à pied ou en métro. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Aucun contact réel avec la personne qui loue la chambre si ce n'est par de laconiques messages WhatsApp. Le fonctionnement ahurissant de la poignée électronique sur laquelle il fallait taper le code au moins 10 fois pour ouvrir ou fermer la porte d'entrée. La fenêtre ouverte en hauteur et impossible à refermer, 'ous obligeant à entendre toute la nuit les nombreux bruits de la ville.

• Alvaro (5/5): I was given the Wrong Code to the door, had a difficult time getting in. - The location is very convenient for the Train station. The apartment is clean and spacious. Communication with the host is difficult. I was given the WRONG code for the door, and had to be outside the door for a long time in the middle of the nigth. This is the kind of thing you would expect to be strait forward.

Waited outside in the cold, called the host, and then we got the instructions via whatsapp. Also contacted host to request for wifi password. No reply. Requested host for late check up, no reply. Checked out on time, and messaged host we’ve left. No acknowledgement.

We did book a two room apartment with a terrace and got one room studio without a terrace.

• King (1/5): Terrible host and not wifi provided - -The host doesn't read and reply to the message, you have to take care of yourself. -The host does not provide WiFi internet connection, but it said wifi is available. -Only a small electric heater near the window, and it is not hot -The host is very unhelpful, and there is no wifi connection, a few staircases before arriving in the elevator.

• Inga (6/5): Pleasant - Very good place to stay. Underground parking is nearby. It costs 32 EUR per day. The apartment is small, but has everything you need. The apartment is very warm the water is constantly running in the toilet, and the noise is disturbing. The sink in the bathroom is extremely small, so it is difficult to wash, it splashes everywhere. There is no place to hang the jackets, no hook or closet - we just had to hang the fused jackets on the doors and chairs. The table in the living room is unstable, we had to put heavy things on it to sit on because the table top moves. The small table is also all moving, it's scary to even move it so it doesn't break. I had to stand outside the door for a long time and wait for instructions on how to enter the apartment. I suggest you start looking in advance. There is a lack of order - cobwebs on the ceiling, walls with peeling paint, holes, a half-fallen radiator, cupboards with broken drawers.

• Jacqueline (1/5): Never again!!! - Filthy! Very dirty, literally everything from the wine glasses, bathroom, linen to the floor, kitchen, dining table. Next day an employee was sent to clean up but no refund for staying 24h in a dirty apartment including stains of period blood on the linen. Construction workers worked on the rooftops around and could look into the apartment even on the bed. Curtains were shining through. Construction work started around 7am. Smoke detector was dismantled and not fixed. My complaint about that was even not commented at all.

The information on how to get to the flat was given only after a call, then via Whatsapp which is not so great. The walls of the flat were a bit destroyed maybe by a kid drawing. But it may depend on which flat you get as they assign from multiple in the building..

• Powikos (5/5): Barely decent - It had everything that was stated in the description. - Poor contact with the owner (had to wait to get in, previous contact was made) - Thrash and a lot of dust under the bed - A couple of micro-damages (Stains on the wall, wiggly toilet, freezer handle broken) - No WiFi!!! (Someone brought a new router after complaint but it didn't work as well).

Very clean apartment and roomy There was a half eaten sandwich in the fridge from the previous occupant.! I messaged Alfred about this, and he didn't even bother replying. I followed all instructions and asked 3 times if we could leave luggage at the building before check-in and got no answer. I rang the provided number several times and texted too - no reply. It spoiled a nice stay in brilliant Prague

• Dana (4/5): Wouldn't go back there - Location is great, a few minutes walk from the main train station and the street with all the shops. The rooms are ok in size and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and a kettle. The sheets smelled bad like they were not washed. Smelled like someone's sweat. We only had four towels for the shower and one kitchen towel. No hajd towel in the bathroom, nothing to step on when coming out of the shower and no extra towels for hair for example. When we asked for extra towels, we were told they would send some with the cleaning staff, but that never happened. Because of that we didn't bother to request more toilet paper either. We had 3 roles when we arrived and we were 4 people staying 4 days. I don't know who thinks that it makes sense to leave such a small amount. We ended up buying towels and toilet paper on our own. Ridiculous. Another thing that really bothered me is that they didn't mention the 11 stairs that lead to the elevator. My mom has problems with her legs and it's hard for her to climb stairs. We wouldn't have booked the place if we knew. When I tried to say that to the person who answers the calls, he didn't seem to understand. His English wasn't great, which seems strange for someone working with tourists. Last thing that was not good was the curtains. They don't block the light at all so anyone who has a problem sleeping in broad daylight would have an issue.

• Kateryna (3/5): Poor - On the plus side, it is centrally located in the city. The apartment was so-so, not very clean, and I had to insist for a long time to get the key code. I recommend bringing your own towels to everyone, as the ones provided in the apartment are not of good quality. They leave lint on the body. Also, the apartment was dirty; there was some hair lying on the floor.
