Thomas (9/5): Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und guter Lage. Sobald das Bad saniert ist, dann volle Punktzahl. - Moderne Wohnung. Lage zum Strand und zum Kurpark optimal. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Sanitär-Objekte sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Toilettenbecken für Kinder geeignet. Die Duscharmatur tropft heftig aus der defekten Kartusche. Die Duschabtrennung dicht aber nur schwer zu bedienen. Schade, daher Punktabzug. Die Außenanlagen wirkten im Vergleich mit den Nachbarn etwas vernachlässigt.
