• Nicole (1/5): - Zentral gelegen Wohnung war ehemals Ladengeschäft an der Hauptstraße im Erdgeschoss. Weder Wohn- noch Schlafzimmer konnten wegen Festverglasung gelüftet werden. Das ist der größte Kritikpunkt, da unerträglich. Im Sommer bei Sonne sicher nicht auszuhalten. 🛁 hat und Küche veraltet und nicht mehr erwarteter Standard. Dusche in der Minibadewanne, Stand-Toilette mit verschmutzem KG-Rohr. Keine Mischbatterie in der Küche. Sicherheit: Für Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und zwei einzelne Kochplatten gab es eine Steckerleiste. Im Geschirrspüler fehlt der obere Spülarm, war somit nicht zu gebrauchen. Obwohl Nichtraucherwohnung roch diese nach Qualm. Das Schlafsofa im Wozi war schon sehr abgenutzt, wie auch die Küchenmöbel. Nur Geschirr und Deko waren nett.
• Eyke (9/5): - Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt, Küche komplett ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee und Tee zur Selbstbedienung vorhanden. Es war alles perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Parkplatzsituation - um einen freien Parkplatz an der Straße in diesem Gebiet zu finden, muss man abends schon ein Stück laufen (alles belegt). Da kann jedoch der Gastgeber nichts dafür.

• Tobias (7/5): Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Anreise mit mit Auto allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. - Das Apartment war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Parken in der Umgebung ist sehr schlecht, ein Abend mussten wir 1km von der Unterkunft parken. Die Dusche war sehr klein und das aufhängen des Duschkopf war nicht möglich.
• Reisende (10/5): Gern wieder! - Die Wohnung war für uns ein Segen! Wir hatten uns aus dem hohen Norden auf die Reise nach Bochum gemacht. Als wir angekommen waren und gerade beim Essen saßen, sagte unser Vermieter unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft kurzfristig ab. Was nun? Auf booking.com wurden wir innerhalb von einigen Minuten fündig. Als wir eine Stunde später die Tür der neuen Bleibe öffneten, wurden wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Gemütlich, groß, sehr sauber und alles drin, was man braucht. Die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist sehr gut. Wir haben großartig geschlafen und uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Wenn noch mal Bochum, dann dort. Herzlichen Dank für dieses Juwel. Alles bestens 😊

• Anna (10/5): Wonderful place and host, would absolutely come again. - What a treat this apartment is! We traveled with a group of friends to attend SPIEL Essen. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend (including a board game worthy dining table). The connections to public transport are very close and go in any direction you could need. The nearby food offerings were delicious. Special shoutout to the host, who is incredibly polite and cordial. The front door needed some repairs and he gave us chocolate to apologise for the ten minutes he had to be there. I was wheelchair bound for our trip and while the apartment itself is perfectly accessible, the front door can only be reached via a staircase. I managed to get up with crutches, though. The toilet flush is also a little weak.
