• Олександра (8/5): - I really liked the location – it’s in a nice and safe neighborhood, relatively close to beautiful spots, the metro, and very near the main train station. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were polite, helpful, and understanding. We were a bit late for check-in, but everything was well arranged in advance, and the hosts were happy to assist. Some of the house rules seemed a bit unusual. For example, guests are asked to take the trash out to outdoor bins themselves, and extra blankets are charged separately – which feels strange, as normally these things are included in the stay. The apartment was clean overall, but there are areas for improvement: there was mold in the shower, and the kitchen sponge had clearly been used by many previous guests, which made it uncomfortable to use.

• Brandon (9/5): Superb - Very spacious apartment. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Short walk to metro station. Very quiet. Overall, was a great stay and no major complaints. The skylight window above the kitchen lets in a lot of light in the morning, which can wake you up if you want to sleep in. Would be nice if there was a cover (not a huge issue as I had to improvise but worth a mention).

• Marija (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was very clean and warm. It's very well equipped. We also felt very safe. The building is locked and secured well. The host was also very nice and it was easy to talk to. The place is near bus, train and metro stations, and it's very easy to reach any part of the city. We will definitely come back here again in the future.

• Megan (7/5): Quiet, spacious apartment with some nice cafes and bars nearby. Facilities and elevator very welcome features. - The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. The elevator was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the necessary appliances were available. The ceiling in the bathroom at one end was very low and resulted in more than a few banged heads. There was a rather terse list of ‘rules’ on the back of the door which had an unpleasant tone and made me (as a guest) feel like I was intruding. A lot of ‘do not’ and ‘if you’ with threats of extra charges and an open unwillingness to help guests if items were left in the apartment etc. I didn’t like that the lock was accessible from outside and anyone with the code could get in - this felt unsafe. The area seemed a little unpleasant at first but I think this is just was Milan is like, there are some nice places nearby which improved the feel of the neighbourhood but the route to either metro should probably be avoided after dark.

• Theodora (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very, very, very CLEAN! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was! Also, the property has everything one might need! I would highly recommend this place and it is also near the metro line so it’s easy to reach duomo etc!
