• Meryl (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix. Et personnel adorable - La gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel, son emplacement, sa propriété, le petit déjeuner ainsi que la décoration. C est un très bon choix pour séjourner à la capitale proche de tout. Nous avons une chambre qui donnait que le parking du coup nous avons le bruit de celui ci et de la route.

• Mireille (8/5): Avant de rentrer - L’emplacement, l’accueil, le petit-déjeuner copieux. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la 1ère chambre, le personnel de l’accueil a été très réactif et très sympathique; nous avons changé de chambre (n°416, à l’étage), c’était un peu mieux : beau carrelage à l’entrée, frigo, micro-onde; l’entrée de l’hôtel présente très bien, ainsi que la partie piscine, salle de sport et restaurant, sans oublié le parking gratuit. Les meubles un peu vieillissants , la moquette un peu vieillotte également; notre 1ère chambre (n°129 si je me souviens bien) au rez-de-chaussée avait vu sur un mur, le loquet pour bloquer la fenêtre était cassé, la TV ne fonctionnait pas, la prise était décollé du mur, les fauteuils étaient tâchés, le dessus des meubles étaient très abîmés, la moquette tachée et vieille. Notre 2ème chambre : loquet de la fenêtre également cassé, mais très vite réparé, moquette vieillotte, un évier mais pas d’eau (aucun problème au niveau de la salle de bain). Conclusion : pour un 4 étoiles annoncées, il y a des choses à revoir sur la partie des chambres;

• Gustavo (8/5): Estrategico en la GAM - La piscina estaba fría pero el calor ameritaba justo eso. Lo disfrutamos mucho. El desayuno fue increíble y todo el personal es en exceso amable. Las habitaciones están muy juntas una de otra y el sonido atraviesa todas las paredes.

• Raymond (7/5): Fijn hotel om te acclimatiseren na de vlucht voor 1 of 2 nachten. - De ligging van de hotel was goed. Het hotel ligt aan de buitenrand van de stad en een half uur van het vliegveld. De omgeving is niet echt mooi, maar geen geluidshinder. Het zwembad is niet heel goed maar wel lekker en gezellig aangelegd. Het ontbijt was prima. De kamer was simpel en niet echt heel gezellig. De schoonmaak kan beter, vooral de vloer was niet echt goed schoon.

• Alphonsus (9/5): I would stay there again when in San Jose because of proximity to Hwy. 27 and walk ability to downtown without the noise - The location was very close to the Canadian Embassy. I travelled to San Jose for an appointment at the Embassy. The hotel is also very close to the National Stadium and within walking distance to downtown central avenue. The free parking and front desk help was great. Free breakfast was good and it also has a small gym. Garbage day in the neighborhood is pretty messy.
• Elvira (8/5): Fijn verblijf toen wij op doorreis waren - Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt in buffetvorm, schoon, een zwembad en een (kleine) gym. Er stond dat de gym 24/7 geopend was, maar ik werd om 21 uur aangesproken dat de gym over 5 minuten zou sluiten. Ik was gelukkig al bijna klaar met mijn workout, maar de informatie klopt niet volledig.

È un po’ anonimo e il personale alla reception poco partecipe, nessuna spiegazione e se ci fossero dei robot sarebbe uguale, così come il personale delle colazioni. Il personale ai piani, al contrario molto cordiale. Sicuramente è perché vedono tante persone.

Die Teppiche im Flur wurden 3 Tage nicht gesaugt und waren abgenutzt. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer

La rue dans laquelle se trouve l’hotel le soir n’est pas du tout rassurante. Le personnel n’aide pas à monter les bagages en chambre.

При бронировании покупали номер с 1 большой кроватью, дали с 2- мя кроватями. Белье, подушки и одеяла очень старые и из непонятной хрустящей ткани, вызывали брезгливость.
