The location, despite not beeing very central, was perfect for us, because we had a scooter. Would definetely come back. Could have had access to the pool and the parking could have been free.
• Mimie (8/5): Disappointing – Misleading Listing and Poor Standards - The location was perfect, with plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance - one of the few positives of the stay. I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The photos on Booking.com were misleading and did not accurately reflect the true condition of the accommodation. Overall maintenance was poor - there were visible stains on the wardrobe and walls, and the shower room and mirror were noticeably unclean, with signs of mold and watermarks. The kitchen was unhygienic and had a clear ant infestation. While I appreciated the polite and responsive communication from Tony and his team - and the fact that the AC issue and cleaning were addressed promptly - these efforts did not compensate for the overall substandard condition of the property. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this accommodation.

• Uyen (8/5): It’s ok - The location is spot on, just walking distant to landmark (because you’ll be staying at these surround building). The aircon is extremely good as it’ll get the whole place cool with temp outside. The building is secured with inside and out. Neighbourhood areas are very convenient for all entertainment services like mall, restaurants, convenient stores, spas, … The property itself wasn’t very clean as there are mold and stains on bed sheet, wall, wardrobe. The iron at one of the place I stayed was sticked with sticky burn mark. There’s similar price range but much higher cleaning standard during my past stay (just location may not be that close to landmark). Apartments also aren’t as new/good condition as picture. Staff continuously knocked on door 15mins before check-out time (12h) for reminder and another time at 3 mins earlier asking to come in and clean ahead of time and rush us out when we take luggage out which is quite annoyed.

And had to lug our luggage a considerable distance!! One of our bags went missing which had documentation that we need for arrival back to Australia! Tony and the lady who checked us in didn’t really go out of there way to help! We were just advised checked CCTV! Didn’t see ! I would not recommend to anyone to stay here .

• Ha (6/5): It’s a decent stay, but I’ll consider other options on Tony’s listing because of good host. - Excellent and fast response host. Tony tried his best to solve the issues during g our stay. I’ll definitely consider to stay with his other listings in the future. The house is in Landmark 6 building, apt 3108. It’s spacious good enough for my group of 7 adults. There are convenience stores and 2 spa shop on the ground floors of the LM6, very helpful. Apt 3108 is just the basic 4BR/3BT apt without any decoration to brighten the luxury. The bathrooms were not cleaned as I expected, lots of black mold along the tub, sink and shower area, if the janitor know how to clean, it can be easily removed by Clorox. I recommended change the bath floor towel to floor mat, it looks dirty using the torn old towel. They provided 1 bath towel/ppl, but no hand towel or face towel. I think if they have something to wipe off the water excess will be helpful and keep the bathroom clean. The is tea towel, paper towel, napkins for use in the kitchen, so please prepare to bring yourself. We bought in the family mart downstairs for our family use. We had some issues during our stay but Tony was helpful and fixed it even though it didn’t fix properly, we gave up and tried to cope with it The apt is not that bad just some cleaning and maintenance issues, improve these areas, the apt value will worth a lot more. It’s far from center, grab is very convenient but with the traffic, it can take at least 25-30min to the city center.
