And he was saying we didn’t paid for the booking for 6 people also is not half board is booking. Com made mistake where I have checked before I travel with you guys then got the confirmation still he kept us waiting for payment then I said to call booking. Com then he said will call in the morning. Had to speak through google translator app. The property wasn’t safe at all ass lots of electrical issues

• Alfar (1/5): I would not recommend this hotel to families or international guests. - Review of Latanya Palm Hotel Visited: 05/08/2025 – 7 nights, 2 family rooms I booked through Booking.com for 7 nights. Before confirming, I messaged the hotel with specific questions (air conditioning, clean and comfortable rooms, spa included in price) and they confirmed everything was fine. Unfortunately, my actual experience was very different. On the first night, the air conditioning did not work, the carpet smelled badly, and the room temperature stayed at 28 degrees. I reported it to reception, and they promised a technician but no one came. I could not sleep the whole night. The next day I asked for a refund to leave, but instead they moved us to another room where the AC worked, but only slightly. The hotel furniture was very old and not well maintained. . Positive Points 1. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Turkish food. 2. One reception staff member, named Tarkhan, was very helpful, spoke good English, and provided clear communication. 3. The swimming pool was nice. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and discriminated against. The spa service was included in the booking, but the spa team only focused on extra charges instead of service. I would not recommend this hotel to families or international guests. Another staff member tried to push my children, which I consider child abuse. 3. There was clear discrimination. Foreign guests were treated differently compared to Turkish guests. 4. Management did not respond to complaints and showed no cooperation. 5. Many staff members had a serious language barrier, making communication very difficult. Positive Points 1. This hotel have staff who treat you like dirt, unfortunately if your not Turkish and can't speak the language your inferior and hold no value. We had my wife's 2 golden rings stolen by house keeping whilst we were out. When confronted they reply is "we don't know" and don't share camera footage with you. When police got involved their attitude started becoming worse and later printed out a terms and condition notice stating lost property is not hotel responsibility. THEFT OF VALUABLE - POLICE INVOLVED My sincere advice for anyone looking to book this hotel is please keep well away. The hotel had 2 other families at the reception looking to cancel and request refund due to attitude of staff who spoke to them very rudely, the other complainant said he didn't not sleep well at all and housekeeping were entertaining their room with knock whilst they were in they're rooms.

• Varghese (1/5): Bed bugs! - Bed bugs! So many of them. Just managed after a room change. The guy who brought bags to the room really was hanging around for tips. Quite irritating. It was possibly a very good property long back, and not anymore. Everything is old and broken.

• Elena (8/5): - У меня была длинная пересадка в Анталии, но крайне неудобная по времени с 6 утра до 00.00 Я решила всё-таки попробовать заселиться в этот отель, чтобы отдохнуть. Мне было очень приятно, что меня заселили в 8.00 без вопросов. Это главный плюс и благодарность персоналу за понимание. Кровать большая и удобная Есть кондиционер, душ и даже можно сходить в сауну В номере есть вода, кофе чай Сам Отель расположен в близи от трамвайной линии, поэтому поездка от аэропорта и обратно была комфортной и очень дёшевой. А так же на этом же трамвае можно прокатиться до побережья три остановки, там много сувениров, кафе и пляжи. При выборе отеля я смотрела на наличие спа зоны. Заявлен хамам, сауна и бассейн. По факту в спа зоне работала только одна сухая сауна, хамам был холодный, а бассейн закрыт. Это немного разочаровало, но не испортило в целом впечатление от отдыха

• Haris (4/5): Comfortable bed, but old hotel. - The breakfast had good variety. Complete Buffet. Full marks on that. The hotel was constructed as a proper 4 star hotel, but looked as if it is no longer managed like one. The furniture was a bit dusty and old, Lighting overall was very low in the halls, and only bedside lamps in the room, no other light. Swimming Pool was not functional, and gym and everything closes by 10pm. The hotel reception kept my dollar change for two day's and still couldn't arrange the change in full and eventually gave me a mix of dollars and liras and liras rate they used wasn't the markets rate.

• Meraj Ali (8/5): - We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Fikret, who was always smiling and welcoming – a real highlight of our stay! The location is excellent –there’s a bus and tram stop literally just meters from the hotel entrance, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options and a good variety that changed daily. It was definitely one of the best parts of the stay. Overall, a good value for the location and service. We’d consider staying here again. The hotel itself could use some renovation, as parts of it feel a bit outdated. Also, there was no Wi-Fi reception in the breakfast room, which was a bit inconvenient.
