- Graham (8/5): We had a relaxing holiday in a comfortable house with lovely river views in a quiet beachside town - Plenty of room, and a very nice view. Extra shower in the laundry was handy. Comfortable furnishings. Airconditioning in the bedroom part of the house would have been nice on the 40 degree days

- Kellie (4/5): Disappointing - nice view majority of the dishes and pans was dirty, (most of the fry pans and pots were not usable at all ),we had to wash the cups and plates before using them,, there looked to be small dog hair on the sofas, and cobwebs on the sofa, the fans in the bathrooms did not work, none of the outside lights were working, there was a lot of dust on the tv cabinet and bookcase, we found a cigarette under one of the beds, a fish hook and line in the laundry sink, and in my payment you charge a $135 cleaning fee, whoever you have cleaning this property is not doing a very good job, as we actually left it cleaner than what it was when we arrived...
