Bei der Anreise wurde uns ganz genau erklärt, wie wir zum Tianmen-Berg kommen und welche Route wir dort am besten laufen sollten. Wenn wir wieder in Zhangjiajie sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mas o que é excepcional é o serviço do hotel. Os funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar. Não fossem eles, a estadia seria muito difícil na cidade e para aproveitar os parques nacionais.

- Michel (10/5): In Zhangjiajie, the hotel provided airport pickup, bought our tickets in advance from France, arranged a driver for the - In Zhangjiajie, we had exceptional hosts. The hotel took care of picking us up from the airport — the transfer was included in the room price. They even bought our tickets while we were still in France. They also arranged a driver to take us to the national parks (Tianmen Mountain and zhangjiajie Park). They took their time with us and explained everything using a translation machine, which allowed us to understand everything they wanted to show us. The lady also helped us order a cake for a birthday surprise the next day. We were able to do everything we wanted in Zhangjiajie, and it was truly exceptional. For the rooms — actually, we had two rooms: one suite and one family suite. They were really fine. We really appreciated the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay.

- Ronald (10/5): - We wrapped up our time in Zhangjiajie with a one-night stay at Su Xin Resort near Tianmen Mountain, and it ended up being one of the most memorable stays of our entire trip. Honestly, I wish we had started here instead of finishing here. The level of care and hands-on help from the staff would have made the whole Zhangjiajie experience smoother. They helped us get oriented, pointed me to a great local barber for a haircut, found a pharmacy for us, and even took care of our laundry. It felt less like a hotel and more like having a local team looking out for you. Check-in was relaxed and personal—they actually let us choose from a few available rooms, which was a nice touch. The room we picked was absolutely charming, with a Japanese tea house feel and a private courtyard that made it feel like a quiet retreat tucked away from everything. The room itself was surprisingly high-end: automatic curtains, a Toto bidet with heated seat, a beautiful shower and soaking tub, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had on this trip. The memory foam pillows were a small detail that made a big difference after long days of exploring. Breakfast in the morning was fresh, homemade, and genuinely delicious—not a buffet, but something prepared with care. This isn’t a big resort experience, and that’s exactly the point. It’s intimate, thoughtful, and incredibly well-run. If you’re coming to Zhangjiajie—especially if it’s your first time in China—I’d strongly recommend staying here at the beginning of your trip so you can take full advantage of everything they offer. A really special place. Not a complaint to be had.

- Ben (10/5): Fantastic location. Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Incredibly helpful staff. Strong recommend! - If you are looking for a clean, convenient place to stay (both to the airport and to the attractions), with beautiful rooms, ever-patient and ever-helpful staff, then it is hard to fault the Su Xin Resort. In particular, the staff were fantastic. I booked a solo trip to China on a whim (literally booked flights the day before I left), without speaking the language or understanding any of the systems like payments etc. Despite being in an entirely unfamiliar world, Lucas and Nini helped me to feel very comfortable navigating the surrounds. They helped to plan my days to get the most out of my 5 day stay, and were compassionate, encouraging, and generous. They prepared breakfast each day, and were attentive to my requests (I requested less wheat/gluten and they prepared rice dishes for me going forward). They could tell me how to get around the city, had specific recommendations for how to get the most out of the attractions. The rooms themselves were clean, stylish, modern. The location is set back from the road, so there was no traffic noise. Knowing that I could message them if I got stuck while out and about, and that I had a wonderful room to get back to each night, coupled with the generosity of the staff all helped me to have a fantastic trip. Strongly recommend!

- Nesta (9/5): - Le couple qui tient cet hôtel était effectivement très agréable, ils ont pris le temps de venir nous chercher à l’aéroport et de nous donner beaucoup d’informations grâce au traducteur. Le petit-déjeuner était typiquement chinois et varié. Le tout petit restaurant juste à côté de l’hôtel était extrêmement bon alors qu’il ne payait pas de mine. Nous avons bénéficié d’une meilleure chambre que prévu car il y avait un problème de chauffage dans la nôtre. Cette chambre et la salle de bains étaient magnifiques. Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire autour, c’est excentré. Les galets par-terre ne sont pas hygiéniques. Et surtout, la marche à côté du lit est extrêmement dangereuse si vous devez vous lever la nuit sans allumer la lumière.

The owner was incredibly helpful providing a detailed itinerary that included all the highlights we wanted to see in the short stay we were there. This included booking all of our tickets so we just had to show up. We were given a choice of which room we would like to stay in and he did some research to accommodate my dietary needs for breakfast. It’s also a short walk to the cable car up Tianmen Mountain (which we could see from our room!) location is perfect for Tianmen mountain and DiDi is incredibly affordable to take into town as well as to Zhangjiajie national park (¥70-¥90 to get there and only ¥50-¥60 coming back ). Would definitely stay here again 😊 none

Sie haben sich super um uns gekümmert, haben die Tickets für die Berge besorgt, haben vorgeschlagen welche Route wir nehmen sollen und haben auch die Taxis dorthin. WeChat zu haben wäre sinnvoll, aber die Kommunikation mit booking.com hat ebenso sehr gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, wir haben gut geschlafen, das Frühstück reichhaltig und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es empfiehlt sich für den Tianmen Mountain einen vollen Tag einzuplanen. Vielen Dank an die beiden Gastgeber, sie haben ein klasse Hotel! Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

La anfitriona es súper amable, nos ayudo a conseguir todas las entradas para llegar hasta la montaña. Nos prepararon el desayuno y fue excelente. La habitación increíble. Todo impecable, pero lo más ideal fue ese edredón de la cama que es una fantasía!!! 😍 Recomendado Mil x Mil.

They explained how the tourist spots work and best approach for our time there. My husband was unwell one day and they cancelled and rebooked all our sightseeing tickets for us, a huge help at the time. Could have been closer to popular cafes, restaurants etc

Veíamos la montaña de Tianmen por la ventana.El desayuno estaba rico. Quizás esta un poco más antiguo de lo que se ve en las fotos. La parte del jardín podría estar algo mas cuidada pero la verdad es que no nos importó.

Service: not only we get the awesome breakfast ( vegan, gluten free, Lactose intolerant), the owner has shared snacks, local tea tasting to us Always go beyond than it is: the hotel always thinks the best for our group, giving advices on the travel plan to next city, help us order food even if they don’t have to do it at all!!

- Rickie (10/5): Perfect Location in Zhangjiajie - The owners were outstanding. They helped to book transportation for all our activities and even suggested a show on Tianmen Mountain that we were not aware of about the fairy fox story, it was very good. But most of all is how well they treated us and welcome us. We felt like we were visiting family not staying at a hotel. If we get back to Zhangjiajie we will definitely stay here again That we booked only one night. I wish we would have stayed longer.
- Sui (10/5): Excellent resort! You won’t regret staying here! - We loved the proximity to Tianmen mountain and how convenient it was to go straight from the resort. Owner helped pick us up from the airport and offered to help arrange our itinerary and tickets but we already had our plans set. Room itself was very cute and had a lot of charm. Loved the overall vibe and decor of the location. Our room was roomy and had a small yard with a bathtub outside. Unfortunately we were not able to use the bathtub as we just had a packed schedule but if we could come back again would definitely use it! Owners were very kind and would answer any questions we had basically any reasonable hour via WeChat or walking up to the front desk. Breakfast was amazing! The owners just bring out a bunch of small plates with varieties for all tastes and preferences (we particularly enjoyed their sandwiches which were delectable). Would stay again at this place if visiting Tianmen mountain in the future! Their signage isn’t very out there so many taxi/didi drivers would miss the location when awaiting pickup or drop off.

- Helene (10/5): Wundervoller Aufenthalt - Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sauber und stylisch. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibts es ein Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants. Das beste war jedoch der Gastgeber, dieser ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er zeigte mir welche Routen ich nehmen sollte bei der Erkundung von Zhangjiajie Forest Park und Tianmen Mountain, kaufte die Tickets und organisierte den Fahrer der mich jeweils dahin brachte. Auch ohne Chin.App war Kommunikation über Booking möglich, wenn ich unterwegs in den Bergen war. Frühstück hat mir auch sehr gefallen, sehr individuell und vielfältig.

- Joy Victoria (10/5): Awesome & worth every cents - Room 8209 had a huge bed 2x3 metres, able to sleep 3 adults comfortably. The view facing a school & we watched the students gathered for morning assembly & singing the national anthem. It was very interesting. The staffs are very helpful & knowledgeable about how to plan your visit in Zhangjiajie. The location is not exactly in town. You need to hail a ride to get to the malls.
- Ricardo (7/5): - The staff was very friendly. They helped a lot, even before our stay, to book all the entrances to the places we wanted to visit. The total and room decoration was amazing. The room did not block the light in the morning, and as it is near the airport, the windows also did not block much of the sound, allowing you to hear the planes passing through.

He let us know all the information we needed in order to have a fantastic time at Zhangjiajie National Park. He also upgraded our room after we made a mistake with the booking. Breakfast was excellent and they opened breakfast early for us to go on our excursions at a good time. The room was dirty, the bathroom door was missing. We saw mould in the bathroom. The blinds were broken and we couldn't close the window. Wall paper falling apart.

They will book the right tickets for you, reserve the timeslots, draw the best route on the map and adjust for weather conditions. The breakfast is fantastic too, great variety. You need 3 days in the area to visit all the main attractions.

Konieczna naprawa uszkodzonych elementów, odmalowanie ścian. Warto by wyposażyć pokoje w środki przeciw komarom. Konieczne wzbogacenia śniadania. Miło gdy codziennie są inne rzeczy.

The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. - siraya (10/5): THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY- look no further! - EVERYTHING!!! The owners Lucas and Lily went beyond expectations and were extremely kind. Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do. Absolutely nothing.

Colazione richiesta presto per fare gita a monte tianmen, e fatta al momento molto buona. La zona permette di andare in 5 mn all'aeroporto e in poco tempo verso le attrazioni principali. Condizionatore rumoroso.

They helped us organize the tours in Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie Forest and Grand Canyon to avoid crowds and also helped us buying the tickets way before our arrival to China. In addition, the rooms are really clean and seem quite new. For Tianmen mountain is perfectly located, really close to the cable car entrance (5 min by car). We just stayed 1 night in their hotel but wished to stayed longer. Nothing

- Arianna (10/5): Spettacolare, ospitalità di altissimo livello - Diamo 10 perché non è possibile dare di più, perché merita il massimo. I gestori hanno portato il concetto di ospitalità ad un altro livello. La struttura è pulita, graziosa e con un particolare arredamento "zen". La posizione ottima, in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e vicinissima alla Tianmen Mountain e ai 72 Strange Building. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare qui in quanto la disponibilità, la generosità e la gentilezza del personale è fuori dal comune. Qualche esempio: avevo bisogno di una farmacia e si sono offerti di comprare i farmaci al posto mio; ci hanno spiegato per filo e per segno e con tanto di mappe tutto quello che dovevamo fare durante le nostre attivita; ci hanno preparato la colazione da portare via l'ultimo giorno perché non potevamo farla li; ci hanno dato anche un upgrade gratuito (era il compleanno del mio compagno). Siamo stati in tanti hotel qui in Cina incluso Hilton e ShangriLa e non abbiamo mai trovato un accoglienza di questo livello. Non ci è piaciuto andare via!
