• Margareta (9/5): Nice stay in Italian neighbourhood - Location is exceptional. We liked the neighbourghood which was mostly Italian (not many tourists), we enjoyed the coffee and sweets in the nearby caffees. The apatmant was clean, modern, kitchen had everything that was needed, even olive oil and balsamico. The owner was very kind and helpful, he organized the taxi to the airport for us since we couldn't reach the taxi company. Some cutlery in the drawers were not clean, cleaner should pay more attention if previous guests left everything ok. We would rather have quilts instead of blankets in the bedroom.
• Francisco (9/5): Very nice apartment, very close to metro station ( best way to move around in Rome), clean and friendly staff. Although - It was clean, looks like new and fully equipped. Close to metro station. Friendly staff There was a water supply problem. It affected the whole building not only the apartment. It was outside the control of the host

• peter (8/5): die wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt günstig.der vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - die ausstattung der küche war leider sehr sparsam .leider war die klimaanlage defekt-kann mal passieren,war aber bei 30 grad außentemperatur recht lästig
• PARAYFE (8/5): - Bien situado y con buena movilidad cerca. El apartamento magnífico. El casero muy atento. La forma de hacer el check in tan lioso que nos tuvieron que ayudar para entrar. Faltan cosas en la cocina, ni tostadora, una sartén nada más, no hay cazos para calentar y hay utensilios que no sirven para la cocina de inducción, y lo más llamativo no hay microondas, tan bien que está el apartamento y ahora faltan cosas esenciales.

• Aránzazu (10/5): Días fantásticos en Roma. - La ubicación, la limpieza y comodidad de la casa. El aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en la habitación se agradecía mucho en los días de calor. Además el anfitrión se preocupó por si necesitábamos algo y si todo estaba correcto. Todo fue fenomenal.

Le principe de la boîte à clef est judicieux et pratique, surtout que notre arrivée dans le logement s'est faite plus tard que prévu. Le seul point négatif : les murs sont fins.

• Claire (9/5): Great little flat for a short or extended stay. Well positioned for taking in local life & sights - Nice sized apartment for the money. Would have been suitable for a longer stay if needed. Good location near to main bus routes and Metro. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants very close by. The corkscrew was broken :( We bought you a new one!
• Goran (9/5): Great location for couple to stay in Rome. - Great location. Easy access to Metro (5 min walk) or Bus (5 - 10 minutes walk depending on line). Colosseum was easy 40 min walk (early morning before the heat). We even walked to apartment from Termini on our arrival as it was at night. Took us some 40 min. Only 35 minutes via Metro to Vatican. Super easy access via "Vikey" - electronic access to key via smart phone (Internet required). This made it super easy to check in/check out at any time of the day without interaction with the host. Apartment was on the 1st floor, in secure building and only couple of flights of stairs. Lift available as well. Very clean, plenty of natural light and more spacious than expected when looking at pictures. Great air-conditioning - appreciated as it was 35+ degrees every day in Rome. Supermarket was just around the corner and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Best ever Neapolitan style pizza, was less than 10 minutes walk down the street: 'O Scugnizzo da Federico. Wish we discovered it earlier. Only small complaint was lack of soap. Hand soap dispenser was empty, and no soap or shampoo for shower. This made it impossible to shower upon arrival as we came after 10pm when all the stores were already closed. Didn't bother contacting host and just bought toiletries next morning. Minor inconvenience. Another thing I would suggest is that host replaces provided towels as they looked tired and more beige than white.
• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, bright and clean apartment! Close to metro station and bus stops. The place is quiet with bakeries, cafes and restaurants around. Check-in was extremely easy through ViKey.

• Stefana (10/5): Wonderful experience, would definitely book again! - Great location, quiet area, 5 minutes away from the metro station, so it was an easy access to go anywhere. The apartment was very comfortable, big enough for 2 persons, comfortable mattress and good appliances for the kitchen. We had a good and prompt communication with the host, she was very nice and happy to help with anything I asked. There was a great pizza place on the paralel street, I had some great gluten free pizzas! Well, there was no soap in the bathroom, but we washed our hands with the dish soap, so it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t bother the host for such a small issue, it was Easter, so I wouldn’t say that was a problem.
• Cheryl (7/5): Great location and nice apartment for couple or family stay. - The location was right next to the metro station and very accessible from the center. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. There were some basic things lacking in the kitchen, like a wine bottle opener, salt or cooking oil. The walls of the bedroom were also quite thin and the neighbours were very loud and yelling a lot, which could be heard through the walls the entire night.
• Olha (10/5): Thanks to the host, the apartment was great! No doubt, I'll rent it again. - Everything was perfect, I'll definitely visit Rome again and rent this apartment. The access to the apartment was amazing. Our flight was delayed, we arrived at the apartment at 4AM and we didn't have to disturb the host. Also, when we left, we didn't have to wait for the host as we left the keys in the special box on the apartment's door. The location if perfect, like 3-4 minute's walk to the supermarket, bus stop and metro. The beds are nice and all the necessary equipment is present in the apartment. I've got nothing to say.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Excellent - Very new apartment, everything is nice and neat, good location - 4-5 minutes walk to metro, 30 minutes walk to Colosseum; well equipped, super nice host. Would definitely stay again on the next visit to Rome 😊
