• Marta (10/5): Apartamento cómodo para visitar Roma - Apartamento cómodo para tres o cuatro personas máximo. Bien comunicado por bus o metro con el centro de roma. Recomendable para familias o grupos pequeños de amigos. Zona tranquila para descansar con supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Buena relación calidad-precio.

• Novichenko (10/5): Рекомендуем для длительного проживания - Мы снимали апартаменты на 6 ночей. Очень просторные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Мы попросили дополнительное постельное белье, что позволило спать в отдельных комнатах. В минуте ходьбы находится автобусная остановка, с которой часто ездят автобусы до центра города. Всего в 20 минутах пешком Музеи Ватикана, в 25 минутах главная площадь Ватикана. Всё было отлично!

• Rosa (9/5): Recomendado - Es muy amplío, cómodo, bien equipado y bastante lindo y limpio. La zona es cercana al Vaticano y es residencial, así que puedes escapar de los turistas en masa. Siempre están atentados a la llegada y facilitar check in. En general estuvo muy bien, solo recomendaría cambiar el colchón a uno ortopédico.

• Tolga (7/5): Some Details Could Be Improved - The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Communication with the host was professional and prompt. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly. There is a supermarket just a few steps away. The Vatican is about a 15-minute walk from the property. Other historical sites can be reached within a 40-minute walk or easily by public transportation. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. The hair dryer does not perform well, and the air conditioners are both noisy and inefficient. Using a mattress cover would improve comfort and hygiene. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but adding a coffee machine would be a nice improvement.

• sylvie (9/5): - L appartement été propre et spacieux . Le personnel accueillant . L emplacement plutôt bien situé proche des transports et des commerces . On rejoint le centre facilement . Le manque d insonorisation . Mais le problème a ma connaissance doit être recuant partout en Italie .

• Marcella (10/5): B&S Home Vaticano - Appartamento spazioso ed accogliente. Cortesia e disponibilità. Ottima comunicazione. Non mi è piaciuto l' ascensore. Affascinante per il suo aspetto antico, ma un po' lento e un po' stretto, per i miei gusti. Ovviamente è un mio punto di vista. Ma non sempre era possibile fare le scale, dato che l' appartamento si trova al 8° piano ed era un po' impegnativo salire a piedi, soprattutto con valigie o spese.

• Kostic (10/5): I will chose it for next stay - Ideal location, who is going to a concert or a match at the Olimpico Stadium, the stadium is a 25-minute walk away and the neighborhood is quiet, security doesn't have to worry you. The residents of the building are wonderful, so if you know Italian you will make a new friendship with some of them. The elevator is unique, you will have to use it because the apartment is on the 8th floor, the view from the terrace is beautiful The kitchen has everything you need, wery spacious and clean, combortable beds, the supermarket was right next to the building The Ottaviano metro station is close by, as are the bus stops that go to the main attractions in Rome The Vatican is only a 15-minute walk away, so you can visit it at any time of the day or night. The host, Silvio was friendly and helped us with anything we wanted. I hope to have opportunity to visit again. The iron did not work, the hair dryer was weak. We didn't take it with us and we made a mistake. The door to the bathroom is a bit older, and doesn't close well.
• Kyra (9/5): Overall the apartment was great, the amenities and the location were good. At the corner of the street was a nice restau - Everything was super clean, and the AC was great for the most part. The only bad thing was that the hot water would run out super fast. The AC also had one downside, as it would leak water into a bucket, that we had to empty.
• Shane (5/5): Disappointment - Not much; I will never stay there again. The radiator was on a timer, so the property wasn't as warm as we hoped. There is no cover on the duvet, the duvet was between two sheets. Didn't supply enough toilet paper for four people for 3 days.

• Ana (8/5): Great location close to Vatican. Great area for walking. - I like the neighborhood. It was quiet and safe! All the necessary facilities are very close: bars, cafes, supermarkets... The metro station is very close. The building is old as well as the elevator. Sometimes when you enter the apartment you can notice bad smell from the bathroom.
• Buitron (7/5): Good - The positive side, the apartment was clean when we arrived and well located, close to the Vatican Museum, with good bus connections. The main problem was the air conditioning in the main living room, where two people were sleeping on the sofa bed. It broke down after the first night, and the owner did not resolve the issue, only sending some instructions that didn't help fix it.

• Ευαγγελία (10/5): A pleasant week in B&S Home Vaticano - The location of the apartment was ideal, in a really close distance from shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro and bus stations. Vatican City and Stadio Olimpico are within walking distance and the historical centre of Rome is really close by bus. We enjoyed the spacious apartment, the really comfortable beds and the modern kitchen. It was a pleasure to stay there. The host, Jose, was most kind and friendly and really helped us with anything we wanted. The only thing I have to mention is that we couldn’t turn on the air conditioning in the bedroom, because the plug connection was unstable. We didn’t need it though, as we opened the window and it was pleasantly cool inside.

• Violeta (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and spacious apartment, with beautiful minimalistic design. Location was excellent, very near Vatican and city centre, in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Also, supermarket and bus station were few minutes away. The host Cristiano was very prompt and helpful with his answers to some of our inquries.
• Oksana (6/5): Pleasant - The check-in person was very patient and friendly, the location is very convenient and quite close to the underground,the supermarket was right next to the building and the area was not noisy, so I could sleep well at night. A very spacious appointment for this price. It would work for 2 single people or 2 couples There was quite humid in the appartment, and there was slight unpleasant smell because of it

• Rupal (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was spacious and very clean. All facilities inside the apartment were good. Really horrible experience with the neighbours. Very rude, impolite. Banging on our doors and abusing us due to a slight misunderstanding. Then had a rude note pasted on our door. Felt very unsafe. Will not recommend this for this sole reason.
• Caterina (6/5): Pleasant - Good size apartment. Good location, walking distance from Vatican and Rome town centre. 10 mins walk from tube. Bus stops nearby. The apartment is ok, but could do with some renovation. Unfortunately, it has a rather unpleasant smell of stale smoke. In the apartment next door, renovation works were taking place, which made the place very noisy in the mornings, and we were not informed upfront about this.
• Gheorghe (6/5): Pleasant - the location was good. We received the keys very late. The climatization in the bedroom was not working and after informing the owner he replied after 1 day. The shower was almost stuck, difficult to make a shower 2 persons one after another. The apartment is at 8/8 floor.
• Dmitri (8/5): Good location and apartment, some minor issues - Location is good, close to center. Good apartment in good condition. The street is quite dirty. One of AC's did not work, the one in the bedroom. And there are ants living in the kitchen.

• Dainius (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and features a charming vintage lift. The price is reasonable as well. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again! The owner seems a bit stressed regarding the collection of property keys, possibly due to a difficult period in his life. They collect the city tax on the same day, while other places are more relaxed about these matters. There is an "cancer" antenna pointed towards your balcony. If you are not a big fan of visiting an oncologist, this is something to consider...
• Bogdan (7/5): Good - The apartment is quite spacious. In the area of the apartment are a lots of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Is situated at 800m from the entrance at the Vatican Museum. Near by are bus stations and the closes metro station is at 10 minutes walk, about 900m. We traveled at the beginning of April 2023 and the temperatures was a bit low for that time of the year, and the heat in the apartment was not working so during the night was quite cold. Also, in the bathroom was cold, and after taking a shower it felt very uncomfortable, it probably had to do with the war and the reduction of consumption of gas and electricity that the entire Europe try's to do.
