Il bagno grande e finestrato Le dimensioni sono abbastanza ridotte, anche a causa dell'altezza del soffitto che, essendo una mansarda, ha molti metri quadrati non utilizzabili. L'appartamento sembra appena ristrutturato, quindi ci sono ancora alcuni elementi da fissare o sistemare

Esta bien ubicado muy muy cerca de la parada de autobus qué te deja en milano central o muy cerca de alguna conexión para otro punto principal. También hay unos 3 restaurantes muy cercanos con especialidades diferentes. Este.comentario no es para el alojamiento. Si bien el alojamiento cumple con todas las comodidades y un poco mas, lo que le afecta es que a un lado de la puerta de acceso al condominio hay una especie de sala de juegos donde donde todo el tiempo hay un poco de juerga; por el otro lado hay un tabachi donde todo el tiempo hay personas ingiriendo alcohol. La gente de la zona es de nacionalidades diversas, y yo, que viajé sola, me tope unas cuantas personas que me miraban o decían cosas inapropiadas. Si vas a elegir el sitio y eres una persona que viaja sola, solo procura que tus vuelos de llegada y de salida sean a la luz del dia.

Jest też 6 minut do kolei - do centrum oraz nad jezioro Como. Na placu Bausan (obok) jest świetna restauracja z kuchnią włoską, bardzo niskie ceny, obfite porcje i naprawdę smacznie. Blisko (4-5 minut) jest do dwóch supermarketów Penny, których Google nie pokazuje. Dla fizyków świetne nazwy pokojów. Materace w łóżku rozjeżdżają się a prysznic zachowuje się intrygująco.

• ToniBarrabino (7/5): - La habitación era bastante nueva, el baño era muy grande y espacioso. La cama "doble" eran dos camas individuales juntas que al dormir se separaban y resultaba incómodo. Se supone que es un apartamento con cocina para comer allí, pero literalmente había un tenedor y una cuchara para dos personas.

Доступная цена и мне понравилось месторасположение. Очень близко до железнодорожного вокзала, откуда можно доехать до аэропорта, до центрального вокзала , до озеро Комо. До центра на поезде 10 минут. До вокзала идти 6 минут медленным шагом, на пути встречается отличная кофейня , где можно позавтракать. Действительно сложно попасть в квартиру в первый раз. Я думаю, если бы владельцы жилья накануне или в день заселения высылали гостям видео инструкцию как попасть в квартиру - это было бы замечательно!

• Andrea (6/5): Zu teuer für die Leistung und undurchsichtige Zusatzgebühren, die nicht bei der Buchung angekündigt wurden. - Modern, funktionale Einrichtung, Größe des Appartement. Leider von einfachster Qualität und mit sichtbaren Abnutzungen. 1. Der Check in war durch mehrere missverständliche Mails eine Katastrophe. Die Ansprechperson vor Ort war per WhatsApp zu erreichen und konnte unser Problem anfangs nicht verstehen, denn wir kamen mit dem Zahlencode nicht in die uns genannte Wohnung. Die Lösung war letztendlich, dass uns die Adresse des anderen Hauses mitgeteilt wurde, in dem auch Ferien Appartements waren. Um das zu lösen brauchten wir 2 Stunden, waren am Ende gegen 21 Uhr fix und fertig. 2. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnungslage an einer Tag und Nacht sehr belebten Straße, es war somit sehr laut. 3. Es wurde von uns eine zusätzliche Abnutzungsgebühr vor Ort gefordert oder alternativ eine hohe Kaution, die erst nach mehreren Wochen zurückgezahlt wird, wenn keine Abnutzung oder ein Schaden entstanden ist.

• M (9/5): - It was definitely clean and the staff was quick to help whenever I needed it. The apartment was easy to access, very comfortable and it had AC in every room which was wonderful. The location is also very remarkable, it's 10 minutes from a big supermarket and also within walking distance to the Bovisa train station, so we could easily go by train wherever we wanted. We were five people and there were only four chairs, so one of us had to eat elsewhere. It would also be nice if the apartment had more cutlery.
• zucchi (9/5): Buona scelta - Abbiamo alloggiato in mansarda, nell'appartamento Quantum 7. Molto curato l'arredamento, moderno, essenziale ma funzionale. L'aria condizionata efficiente ha permesso di stare bene in mansarda a fine luglio a Milano. I letti molto comodi e il bagno di ampie dimensioni sono un ulteriore punto a favore. Punto di appoggio ideale se uno deve recarsi per qualche motivo al Polimi, ambedie le sedi (La Masa e Scandiani) sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Un po' macchinosa la proceduta di apertura del cancello di ingresso e poi del portone della palazzina (non a rrivate col cellulare scarico altrimenti non entrate). Le prese di corrente di una delle stanze non funzionavano. Due telecomandi su tre dei condizionatori avevano le pile scariche. Il soffitto delle camere mansardate è molto basso, c'è il rischio di battere la testa inavvertitamente, soprattutto alzandosi di notte.

Nice and generous allotment of towels, bedding, etc. Easy to control temperature. Very close to the university. Neighborhood is a bit run down. Ground-floor rooms look out onto busy streets - reduced sense of privacy and a lot of noise (but with windows closed and curtains drawn not a problem). You need a charged cell phone with a data plan to enter the front door (no key) - not a negative per se, but something to be aware of.

You were banging your head against the walls because it was actually an attic and you couldn't stand up, you had to bend over to go into the rooms. The wires were sticking out of the walls and the child always wanted to get his hands on them. Wooden windows, not double-glazed windows, that didn't close. There was no soap in the bathroom, the cleanliness was poor. I was told that I would get €130 back, which I haven't received to this day.

It was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-maintained, feeling fresh and inviting from the moment we stepped inside. We particularly appreciated having AC in every room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially during warmer days. The apartment truly had all the necessary facilities, making it a perfect home away from home. We loved exploring the good restaurants in the neighborhood, offering a taste of authentic Milanese cuisine just steps away. Plus, being so close to the bus, tram, and train stations made getting around the city incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Milan – it truly enhanced our experience! We appreciated the secure nature of the building, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. While the apartment isn't in the immediate city center, and the neighborhood felt a bit "sketchy" at times, this wasn't a major issue for us as we mostly used public transport, which was conveniently close by. A minor point to note for future guests is that access to the building requires a smartphone with an internet connection to use a link and push a button for entry. This wasn't a big inconvenience for us, but it's good to be aware of in advance. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

La guarnizione della doccia non teneva bene e il pavimento del bagno si é riempito d'acqua. Per l'appartamento al piano terra aggiungerei delle tendine che fanno passare la luce ma non vedere dentro, altrimenti o la gente che passa vede tutto dentro oppure devi chiudere le tende oscuranti anche di giorno.

Blisko przystanek autobusowy gdzie linią 92 dojedziemy do dworca centralnego. Denerwujące jest wpisywanie kodu i otwieranie drzwi. Ciężko to chodzi. Brak tabletek do zmywarki oraz kapsułek do prania.

• Greta (8/5): - We enjoyed the location, the apartment building was easy to find and comfortable to get to. Big comfortable beds and a big bathroom. Has most things you need for a short stay! Great for groups or a big family. There was no soap, we had to request it and it's been delivered the same day. The duvet was not inside the cover but left separated or in other words "do it yourself" which I found a bit strange since it's middle of winter and duvet is necessary.

• Jules (9/5): Adresse idéal - Le logement est idéal pour deux personnes le temps d'un week-end ou d'une semaine à Milan. Les équipements sont amplement suffisants et l'appartement est propre. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis négatifs déjà présents. En ce qui concerne la localité, il est à deux minutes à pied du tram 2 qui dessert le centre en 30min et de la gare de "Milano Bovisa," qui dessert le centre-ville en 10 minutes et l'aéroport de Malpensa en 45 minutes. Je tiens à dire un grand merci à Oriana qui a su répondre à tous nos besoins et nous conseiller dans des délais très réactifs. Il manquait peut-être un micro-ondes et les parois de la douche laissaient couler l'eau en dehors. (pas un grand problème)
