• Gerardin (6/5): Emplacement idéal mais je ne renouvellerai pas - Cette appartement est vraiment très bien situé , station métro/bus. 5 min de convent garden, proche soho, chinatown vraiment un emplacement idéal . Les gérants sont très gentils, disponibles et efficaces. Beaucoup de saleté/dechets en bas de l’immeuble, odeur très forte d’humidité dans les parties communes et un peu moins dans le logement. Aucune étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires et pomme de douche fixe pas très pratique. La pression et la température de l’eau est aussi médiocre . Literie également à revoir .
• Tina (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Müll vor der Tür, im Hausflur hat es furchtbar gerochen. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die GroßBaustelle vor den Fenstern wurde im Vorfeld erwähnt, ist aber krasser als erwartet. Presslufthammer von 8-18 Uhr.

• Nadine (9/5): - Grand appartement très agréable et lumineux idéalement situé à 3 minutes à pied du British Museum et au début d'Oxford Street. Très calme. Les travaux en face ne nous ont pas gênés vus que nous n'etions pas là la journée. Vitres fermées, les bruits du chantier s'entendent très peu. Contacts très faciles avec Christina, très réactive et de très bon conseils.
• Elisa (9/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento era perfetta! All'interno disponeva di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse l'ascensore e che ci fosse la moquette solamente nella camera da letto. Come scritto nell'annuncio, l'appartamento si trova davanti ad un cantiere: i lavori iniziano alle 8 del mattino, perciò non lo consiglio a chi volesse dormire fino a tardi (a noi non ha dato fastidio perché avevamo la sveglia presto per visitare la città). Unica pecca forse è che c'era un po' di sporcizia all'ingresso del condominio, ma non credo che l'host possa farci qualcosa. Host molto disponibili, rispondono velocemente e indicazioni chiare per recuperare le chiavi dell'appartamento. Insomma, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto per quello che si trova a Londra. • MARCELO (9/5): Ótima opção. Bem localizada. - Apartamento muito bem equipado. Extremamente bem localizado. Tudo estava muito limpo. A comunicação com os responsáveis foi ótima! Realmente recomendo. Muito seguro. Bons utensílios de cozinha. Perto de metrô, ponto de ônibus, supermercados e restaurantes. Elevador funcionava bem. Havia uma vizinha muito simpática que falava inglês, francês, português e espanhol. A máquina de lavar roupas tinha um aviso indicando que a secadora não estava funcionando, apesar do anúncio informar que havia uma secadora. Havia sempre uns sacos de lixo em frente ao prédio. Poucos, mas dava um aspecto meio feio. Havia uma obra em frente 08:30h começavam com o barulho. Como acordei cedo todos os dias, não me atrapalhou.
• Efrat (10/5): חוויה חיובית, במידה ונחזור ללונדון- ניקח את הדירה הזאת בחשבון🧡 - דירה יחסית גדולה למה שמוצאים בלונדון. החדר עצמו קטן אבל המרחב הציבורי נעים. מיקום מאד נח, קרוב לאנדרגראונד, קרוב לקפה ולחנויות. המנהלים של המקום זמינים מאד! קל לעשות צק אין צק אאוט. המיקום בימים האלו הוא קצת ליד אתר בניה. לנו זה לא כל כך הפריע כי טיילנו המון, אבל לקחת בחשבון שזה הנוף מהחלון גם.
• WELSH (9/5): Wonderful stay with perfect location. - Location can’t be beat. Quiet tenants and it has a lift Construction outside window but it wasn’t a problem for us. It may be for others though. Still quiet at night .
• Cem Ali (10/5): - We had a great stay in this apartment. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need during our time in London. The location is absolutely perfect — within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions and just a short walk from key Underground stations, which made getting around the city very easy. Quiet, clean, and comfortable — we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London. Thank you!

• Nicholas (8/5): Great location for central London - Exactly as in the photos. Comfortable flat in a great location. Good WiFi (>60mbps). Warm and while it’s on the 3rd floor there is a lift! Not much. The TV is not a smart tv so if you want to watch Netflix bring a Firestick! The bedroom is overlooked by adjacent flats and a car park - you either had to have the curtains closed or be on display! Some blinds or a voile would help

The flat was nice, I had a nice kitchen and had a washing machine for clothes as well. The bathroom didn’t have any shelve or space to put our things on. The shower had only a big shower head on the top which was not very convenient.

• Anne-mie (10/5): Exceptional cosy stay - Exceptional Studio in the middle of London, within walking distance from Tottenham Court Road underground and Dominion Theatre and Cambridge Theatre and around the corner from Shaftesbury Theatre. Stylishly decorated in white and orange, comfy bed and sofabed, convenient cosy stay. Friendly and helpful host. Will stay here again.
