Ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα και η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν ότι «θα με ενημερώσουν όταν καθαρίσει ο local manager», χωρίς να μου δοθεί σαφές χρονοδιάγραμμα. Θεωρώ την κατάσταση αυτή απαράδεκτη και δεν αντιστοιχεί στην περιγραφή που εμφανίζεται στη σελίδα σας. Πραγματική απογοήτευση! Επιλέξαμε το κατάλυμα λόγω της πισίνας που παρέχει αλλά η πισίνα είναι ακατάλληλη για χρήση. Πήραμε ρούχα για πισίνα και δεν μας προσφερετουν η επιλογή και μας αναγκάζεται να χαλάσουμε την διάθεση μας και να πρέπει να πάρουμε μεταφορικό για να πάμε κάπου αλλού , είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένη με την εξυπηρέτηση σας , αφού δεν προσφερετουν πισίνα θα προτιμούσαμε άλλο μέρος να διανυκτερεύσουμε

• יוחאי (10/5): - דירה מדהימה! 4 חדרים גדולים בכל חדר חדר רחצה פרטי. בית מרווח מתוחזק בצורה יוצאת מהכלל. מאוד נקי ומושקע עד הפרטים הקטנים. היינו שתי משפחות ומאוד נהננו. בריכה על הגג ומרפסת ענקית הכל היה מושלם. בית מלון פרטי. המרפסת תחומה במעקה זכוכיות המורכב מחלקים ולא כמקשה אחת. לא בטיחותי לטעמי.
• Brendan (3/5): Expensive stay (was August though) in a modern but faulty apartment with no facilities within a 15 minute walk - Nice modern internal apartment and 3 good bedroom sizes The shower was always cold regardless of turning on the water heater as the instructions . Ceiling light pendant fittings were hanging away trim the ceiling so lights didn’t work in one bedroom. The location was in the middle of nowhere surrounded by parked forklift construction plant and skips

• Carsten (9/5): - Lækker lejlighed med gode kvalitets møbler. God beliggenhed og herlig udsigt. God indretning til en blandet familie på 8. Ren bygning, god parkering og hjælpsomt personale. Der manglede de små detaljer til at gøre lejligheden perfekt til pengene... der var 6 spisestole til 8 mennesker, skraldet hobede sig op i skralde containeren på gaden. Lounge sæt kunne godt være tilstede ved pool området..

Views from terrace and rooms also nice . Pool was also pleasant to have . Lack of cushions for outdoor furniture Lack of kitchen amenities , only min equipment available . Dining table chairs are very dangerous and tend to tip backwards if not paying attention.my kids and elderly parents almost flipped back while trying to get up from table . Can be easily replaced by lighter and better chairs cheaply .

Location is in walking distance to 2 supermarkets but circa 3 km from Limassol Old Town (no problem for us). Very nice top floor pool. I would recommend to 1. place more litter bins for separated waste, we separated but the waste ended up in one bin finally, 2. buy more kitchen neccesities as glasses, plates, 3. make availables some TV programmes.
• Christos (5/5): Okay because it was a fairly new building, but needs improvement and maintenance. - Good location, modern building Dirty pool water and dirty surroundings, not enough sunbeds(we had to wait for other guests to leave), water trail from pool to elevator (which gave a bad smell to the elevator), bad smell in house after cleaning crew left (smell didn’t disappear thoughout our stay), no sponge to clean our plates, internet was slow, the “tv stand” was not an actual tv stand or a coffee table and it was just placed awkwardly in the room with devices thrown on it, wall in bedroom was cracked.

Location is a far off from Limassol Old Town but I will likely have a car rental or be able to use taxi/ride share without issue. The top floor pool was great to use. Some kitchen amenities were missing. The apartment was entirely clean on arrival and some parts (under beds etc.) haven't been cleaned in a long while.

• Ivy (7/5): Good - Just a few things that probably need some maintenance or fixing: the door in the ensuite bathroom was broken on the top and we had to push it upwards to open and close as it was heavy as was dragging on the floor. There is a crack on the wall next to the mirror. And lastly, the sheets in one of the bedrooms had a pink stain like lipstick. We only saw it when we went to sleep and wondered whether the sheets were changed from the previous booking. Either way, the bed was big and comfy, and the sofa bed was also great along with the kitchen and balcony ( which we did not use due to a very short stay). We only got ready to leave and slept the night, so we did not get much chance to experience more of the apartment.

• Kyria (8/5): Sanders Crystal 1 - The apartment was new, clean and comfortable Large wardrobes and balcony. The location is far from anything and is in a dead end street, so you require a rental car. Very minimum supplies and no extras such as complementary water. There was always an underlying sewage smell rising from the basin in flat 203 which meant we had to keep the window open in very cold weather this February. Iron supplied but without an ironing board. TV is only useful if you are subscriber to streaming networks such as Prime, Netflix etc. The toaster is very basic and heats up on the outside so be careful. Only one set of bedsheets supplied for 3 weeks stay. Difficult to dry in winter even though there is a washing machine.The day we were due to leave the lift broke down and we had to carry large suitcases down two flights of stairs. There is no manned reception desk, everything is done by email.

We asked the property for 2 duvets and 2 pillows since they said they can offer that but there was only sheet for 1 duvet and 1 pillow. It was not a big deal so we didn’t ask for more but it’s a bit weird — why you ask if we want 2 if you can’t give us 2? Other than that, everything was okay.
• Anastasia (7/5): Lovely apartment - Very clean and tidy apartment. Had all the amenities a family could need. Very spacious, loved the balcony. Close to major supermarkets. Not far from highway entrance but close enough to city center. Other apartment occupants partying well into the night kept my family up a couple of nights. Neighbors dogs barking and fighting throughout the day and night. A few minor wall defects, due to wear and tare, but nothing too serious. Would have loved if the pool was heated so we could use it.

When we arrived the flat had quite a few flies and we found an insect crawling on the bed sheets. It seems the flat had not been freshly cleaned so spent a day airing it out. Also the clothes airer was broken so we couldn't really dry our clothes on it as required.

The kitchen amenities are very basic. Only a single-size comforter was set for the queen-size double bed. We did recieve another one after we asked for on the next morning
• Betina (1/5): A Ruined Holiday Experience - You cannot like anything if there’s no hot water! Our stay at this apartment, managed by Sanders, was an absolute disaster, and both the property owner and Booking.com demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. 1. Hot Water Issues:
The apartment essentially had no reliable hot water for the entirety of our 7-day stay. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue — including numerous messages to Sanders’ support team, maintenance visits, and repairs to the boiler — the result was zero. I managed to take a proper hot shower only three times during the entire week. Instead of enjoying our holiday in Cyprus, we wasted countless hours waiting for hot water or contacting Sanders and Booking.com to address the problem. The picture shows how we had to wash - boiling water and taking from the pot as it was the XIX century. 2. Booking.com’s Passive Approach:
Booking.com offered no real assistance. During the stay, they credited €51 to my wallet as a token gesture and promised an additional €51 after check-out, which has yet to materialize. Their passivity and lack of accountability left us feeling abandoned during a frustrating ordeal. 3. Ridiculous Refund Offers:
Sanders offered a refund of 10% of the total booking amount — an insultingly small compensation for the stress and inconvenience we endured. Worse still, even this meager refund hasn’t been processed. We checked out on 27.12.2024, and as of 02.01.2024, they claimed the transfer had been made, yet no money has been received. The silence since then speaks volumes about their approach to customer care. 4. Overcharging During Booking:
The issues started even before our arrival. We were charged €107 more than the displayed booking price, which required extensive back-and-forth correspondence to resolve. Only after we checked out was this overcharge refunded, which should never have occurred in the first place. This experience has left us deeply disappointed. After more than a decade of being loyal clients of Booking.

• Roy (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in great location and has access to the highway and to the city. The apartment is in very good condition, almost new. High ceiling, big rooms, 2 showers. The aircondion works perfectly. The kitchen is not equipped enough for a big family , not enough plates and cooking equipment. There was no kitchen towels, and the toaster wasn't working. Not even 1 washing machine capsule. It was nicer to get the apartment with all the above. The night lamps in the rooms was not connected to the electrical socket and we didn't know how to connect it.(wasn't fit). Unless those issues I will give the apartment a 10.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - We had a rental car and loved the location which is in a residential area, fairly high on a hill. The views from the 4th floor pool area back over Limassol and the Mediterranean were superb. Our 1br unit was a decent size with a separate balcony. For other tourists there is no compendium or guide books. There's a trick to getting the shutters on the 3 point English points to work with many of the appliances being 2 pins. And with the Bosch washing machine just push the far right of the panel with with the dash to get it going. The whole apartment couldn't be more than a year old. Parking spaces can be tight, we had a small Kia Stonic. But the street itself is a dead end and there's plenty of space to angle park to the kerb out the front. Being residential no parking meters or time limits. This location is perfect if you have a car, good supermarkets closeby. But without a car, I think you would struggle. It's not walkable as far as shops or supermarkets are concerned. All the appliances are close to brand new including 2 very nice split system air conditioners. We would like to have stayed here longer. I'm not sure if there are any 2 bedroom units in the same building. Our 1 bedroom unit was spacious and quiet.

The apartments are spacious and clean, providing amenities like a washing machine, Netflix, and more. On the plus side, parking is easy and there are a few shops nearby. It is important to note that apartment 103 is located right next to a kindergarten, and the walls are quite thin. So, if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with long mornings sleeping in, this might not be the best place for you. The building is also located in a bit of an awkward spot. On the one hand, it is close to the highway, which is convenient. On the other hand, it is quite far from the city center. If you are just looking for a place to pull over for the night, then this location might be fine for you. But if you want to explore Limassol, then this building is too far from the action.

So one can stay in the living room and one can sleep. I think it was missing basic things like cleaning detergents, washing detergents for washing machine and for dishwasher. Even they had only one extra toilet paper in the bathroom… so we needed to go and buy those basic stuff ( salt and pepper, oil, detergent , paper for kitchen and etc..) Sleeping on the sofa bed is not comfortable as you can turn the light off 100% because of sun light The pillows are very basic and not comfortable
