Sergio Pablo (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, los espacios de baño, cocina y living son cómodos Para entrar al edificio hay que hacer una llamada telefónica, en nuestro,caso, no teníamos esa posibilidad, solo navegación y llamadas y mensajes por wasaps, pudimos entrar por que alguien salió. El departamento está en un tercer piso con largas escaleras, sin ascensor.. La cama es muy cómoda pero está ubicada en un entrepiso pequeño, con un lado de la cama contra la pared y del otro lado muy poco espacio para moverse. El wi fi no funcionaba pero lo resolvieron. El televisor no funcionaba, nos dijeron que lo iban a cambiar pero no podían en los momentos que nosotros podiamos, por último nunca nos mandaron indicaciones que pedimos para usar la cocina electrica
Rebeca (5/5): La TV era de adorno - Apartamento muy limpio y con una ubicación excelente. El primer día avisamos de que la TV no funcionaba y de que un foco del baño estaba roto, pero durante nuestra estancia de 5 días nadie nos lo vino a ver o a reparar. Por otro lado, las escaleras de acceso a la habitación son terribles, da miedo bajar por ellas de lo estrechas que son... Y por la noche cuesta dormir, mucho ruido, a pesar de tener todo cerrado.
Thierry (10/5): Appartement un peu ancien, spacieux, bien aménagé et tenu, à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville - Très bon emplacement à 10 mn de la gare à pied. Nous avons pu parcourir chaque jour l'ensemble de la vieille ville à quelques minutes de marche. Par ailleurs, présence d'un petit supermarché et de bars et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Un rafraichissement du mobilier pourrait être envisagé mais cela ne choque pas. Une éponge pour la vaisselle aurait été bienvenue. Enfin, il aurait été utile que le ballon d'eau chaude soit allumé avant notre arrivée.

Geoffl (7/5): Great location to stay in Florence if you don't mind the stairs - The location was excellent. Areas of interest were within easy walking distance. It was easy to travel from the airport via the tram and then walk to the premises. The code provided for the key lock box did not work. Fortunately one of the telephone contact numbers was operational and the problem was fixed. However, it was a very stressful situation after having carried heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. It is essential to keep contact telephone numbers close at hand when trying to enter the premises for the first time.
