• Natalia (2/5): Imposible dormir - La cama es lo mas incomodo donde he tenido que descansar en mi vida. Se hundia hacia el medio mucho. Asi es imposible dormir. Lo comentamos con el contacto que teniamos y no nos han dado respuesta.
• Santaella (8/5): - Muy limpio pero la cama no muy comoda. Esta cerca del centro historico pero por las mañanas hay un mercadito alrededor que se complica el acceder al lugar. Para subir hay ascensor pero debes pagar 20 centimos para utilizarlo cada vez. La cama no es muy comoda
• Kinga (7/5): Świetne miejsce w słabej lokalizacji - Świetny kontakt z hostem, noweczne wnętrze, czysto. Lokalizacja jest bardzo zła. Polecam tylko podróżującym w dużych grupach. Pod samą kamienicą jest bazar prowadzony przez uchodźców. Nie czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie. Przechodząc przez bramę kamienicy wchodzi się jakby do innego świata

Розташування біля вокзалу але навколо дуже багато сміття,сніданок,це кава,чай і булочка,не сама смачна і свіжа,заселення з 14:00, але в 15:00 ми не отримали інструкції,і було якось моторошно стояти перед величезними дверима і намагатися потрапити в середину будівлі.

• Hana (8/5): - Čisté a pohodlné ubytování. Velmi blízko nádraží, skvělá dostupnost. Rychlá komunikace s majitelkou. Ubytování se nachází v oblasti, kde se setkáte s nepořádkem, ale kdo zná Neapol, tak ho to nijak nepřekvapí.
• JOAO (5/5): Quando vc sente que €0,20 valem mais que €50 - Quarto amplo, limpo, localizado próximo à estação de trem. Local perigoso para se andar à noite ou de madrugada, como foi nosso caso. Com drogados pela rua. Ao se hospedarem levem diversas moedas de €0,20 pois os quartos se situam no terceiro andar e o elevador só funciona com moedas de 20 centavos de euro tanto para subir ou descer. Por sorte minha mulher tinha uma e subimos. Para descer, demos a sorte de encontrar casal francês, às 6:00, que gentilmente nos cedeu outra. De outra forma teríamos que subir e descer 3 andares por escadas.NÃO FOMOS AVISADOS DESTE DETALHE DO ELEVADOR! Também para a city tax leve €4,50 por pessoa exatos (No nosso caso eu não tinha dinheiro exato, que havia gasto com taxi). Tinha notas de €50, que não tinha como trocar, pois não tive coragem de descer à rua às 10:00 da noite. A faxineira chega somente às 10:00 e quando chegamos também não tinha mais ninguém. Apenas assistência remota. De manhã quando saímos, cerca de 6:00 uma senhora que varria a rua nos recomendou para ir para perto de pessoas que estavam perto de sapataria. O colchão deve ser melhorado. Muito mole, de qualidade inferior. Mas para ser justo a qualidade/preço do hotel foi muito boa.

• Lucas (7/5): Good for the price, but with a lot of issues. - 1. You can see a lot of effort was put into renovating the place. The room was nice and clean. Wifi worked well. 2. If you're using the central station a lot, like we did, then the location is really good, only a 5min walk to it. But be aware the neighborhood is very rough and dirty, full of garbage on the streets and shady people lurking around. 1.The room had a strong smell of sewage. 2.The bed was really uncomfortable, with the kind of mattress that sinks you in. 3.The location is very noisy and the room has poor sound isolation. We slept poorly on both nights we stayed there because of the noise on the streets, mainly a crazy/drunk guy screaming non-sense for hours during both nights. 4. The building is very old and you have to pay to use the ancient and scary looking elevator. We chose to climb the 3 levels of stairs, not a problem for us, but it might be for older people. 5. Rough and shady neighborhood.

De noite havia sempre muita confusão na rua e pairava um ambiente de insegurança.O prédio está muito degradado, embora o alojamento está recuperado e com estilo moderno. As camas eram desconfortáveis, a cama extra muito fraca. O lavatório da casa de banho estava entupido.

We enjoyed the 'outsourced' breakfast at a nearby cafe as well :-) The area, although it's very close to the central train station and the historic centre as well, the streets surrounding it are extremely dirty, even for Napoleteanian standards!

• Izabel (10/5): Um local excelente em Napoli para passar alguns dias. Limpo e confortável e com bom pequeno almoço. - A limpeza do quarto estava excepcional. A pessoa que estava lá quando chegamos era super simpática e nos forneceu dicas da região e do apartamento. Nós não usamos, mas nos deixaram disponíveis cacifos para usar depois do horário da nossa hospedagem terminar, para que pudéssemos conhecer a cidade sem preocupação. Eu gostei demais do quarto, era novo, bonito, arrumado e confortável. Estávamos em 3 adultos e ficamos confortáveis durante toda a acomodação. Nada a apontar na acomodação. Mas a localização do apartamento fica junto de uma feira de produtos falsificados, o que pode assustar algumas pessoas. E o elevador só funciona com uma moeda de 0,20€

Sono stata a Napoli per 3 notti e mi aspettavo che almeno una volta ci rifacessero la camera ma in realtà non abbiamo mai visto i proprietari. Tutto si è svolto tramite telefono. Nel complesso è andato tutto bene. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto disponibile nel darci le informazioni. Camera nel complesso buona. Altro aspetto positivo è che è molto vicino a Spaccanapoli. La zona dove si trova è assolutamente da evitare. Mi dispiace dirlo ma fuori dal portone di ingresso abbiamo trovato in pieno pomeriggio dei tossici.

• Sheila (1/5): - Pésima atención por personal, propietaria nada empática que sabiendo que acabamos de sufrir un robo en el bus no le ha importado dejarnos en situación de calle teniendo el apartamento pagado tanto nosotras como Booking hemos intentado llegar a un acuerdo con ella cosa que a sido totalmente imposible por su parte , no ha querido hacer un reembolso del dinero. Cuando hablamos con ella dijo que no nos devolvería 60 ridículos euros , muy despota ,no recomiendo reservar con personas así.

Pur essendo a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, la stradina su cui la struttura insiste era isolata, sporca e c’erano molti extracomunitari…. uscire di sera non è stata proprio una bella esperienza!!

I recommend it as long as you search for clean and affordable accommodation! - The most important point is that the location is near the train station and is easily accessible on foot from the station, even with two large trolleys, in under 10 minutes. Even if the neighborhood was not so delightful once we entered the room, we felt great. It was very spacious, A/C working well, a large closet, a big bathroom with hot water. There was quiet on the street at night despite the loud noises during the day! Regarding the breakfast, it was a 5-minute walk on a nearby boulevard. It was not so much food (only one croissant and a coffee or cappuccino) but we knew about this since from the beginning. It was enough to start the day. The worst aspect was the surrounding streets since they have a street market where people come in the morning to buy all kinds of things. A lot of crowd and plenty of noise. But fortunately, nothing bad happened. It was an experience, and you can take as it is. I think there is a saying, "either you love Napoli or you hate it". And one last negative aspect was the elevator. There was a sign saying that is out of order or that you needed coins to start it. I preferred not to use it and I used the stairs; there were only 3 high floors. Little sports with luggage on the stairs didn't hurt anybody.
• André (5/5): Room was oasis in the desert - Room was nice, spacious and modern The surroundings are horrible, crazy traffic, dubious people in every corner, loads of rubbish laying around, pidgeons, it really looks terrible. The building has a paid elevator which is also annoying (20 cents coin). Also there are 3 steps before the elevator so you do need to lift stuff.

• Faye (2/5): Room its self was clean and tidy. Area and block of flats itself was awful - Room was clean Area - as we walked to the door the street was full of rubbish, mattresses on the floor. Communal area was dark and in poor condition. We witnessed someone on the stress steal shoes and put them on at the entrance of the property. I would recommend paying extra and staying in a nicer area of Naples. I’ve traveled many areas of the world and I’ve never felt as uncomfortable and unsafe as I did here. Ruined the end of an amazing trip in sorrento.

La habitación grande, cómodo y muy espaciosa. Los alrededores, por la gente de esa zona, pero eso no depende del alojamiento. A su favor que la plaza Garibaldi y la estación de tres está super cerca.
• Dimas (6/5): Good inside, bad outside - The interior of the apartment is excellent. There are many restaurant options, and it's close to the train station, which was essential for us. The neighborhood is rough. There are shops on the apartment’s street that leave it filthy afterward. There are homeless people on the street, and even people lying on the ground. It feels unsafe to walk around even during the day—at night, forget it! At the entrance of the apartments, there are statues of semi-nude women, which I found overly provocative. It’s uncomfortable for groups with children, as was my case.

The region it is located looked very dangerous and lots of drug addicted people and syringes on the paving stones were around. We walked in closed group and was very careful going outside.

• Viola (5/5): Schreckliche Lage - - stilvoll eingerichtet - groß, viel Platz - Kaffeemaschine, Wasser bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank - Lage ist wirklich gruselig, man fühlt sich sehr unwohl (Ein paar Straßen weiter ist es viel besser) - Frühstück ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß in einem Café (Croissant & Kaffee, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, man wird wie Gast zweiter Klasse behandelt) - kein echter Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern in der Unterkunft, nur Anweisungen via WhatsApp
• SUBIR (1/5): The location felt unsafe. - Melania, the cleaning lady. The elevator cannot be used for going up. You can go down if you insert 20 Euro cents in a machine inside the elevator. I tested the elevator to go up. It went up between 2nd and 3rd floor and stuck there . I paid 20 Euro cents to go down and then climbed up the stairs . The locality is horrible. The garbage dump is right beside the hotel entrance gate. The homeless people are loitering around the hotel main gate, being so close to Napoli railway station. The bed sheets are threadbare, worn out to the extent that it needs immediate replacement by the new sheets.

• Celine (6/5): - Nous avons aimé son très bon rapport qualité prix avec une grande chambre , une literie confortable. Des boissons fraîches dans la frigo et également sa situation proche du centre. Nous nous attendions à avoir réservé un hôtel . Or, ce n’est pas le cas, plusieurs logements dans un appartement au 3 étage sans ascenseur (il ne fonctionnait pas). Arrivée autonome et personne n’est présent physiquement. Le petit déjeuner est dans un café à quelques mètres avec un café et un croissant. Les alentours sont un peu étranges avance un grand marché de contre façons le matin .

• Brigitte (5/5): Demande spéciale non-honorée - Même si l'établissement Astorya e' Napoli est situé dans un endroit stratégique 😀 Le quartier est plutôt insalubre - bruyant jusqu'à 2 heures du matin ! Nous avions réservé 'une chambre triple' car nous avions avec nous une personne octogénaire & nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 'un lit de camp' pour cette personne ! L'établissement n'a pu honorer notre demande favorablement 😕

Nous avons vu la chambre mais nous ne sommes pas restés (raisons que nous expliquons dans les points  "négatifs") il n'y a rien à redire sur la chambre .Elle est propre, grande, la bagagerie et la sécurité de l'appartement en lui-même (gardien en-bas).Les informations pour y accéder, très bien et très précises et Térésa réactive sur what's app ascenseur payant 20 centimes, c'est au 3ieme étage Les rues avoisinant l'appartement sont insalubres et très mal fréquentées. Il n'y a aucune information sur l'environnement (même proche d'une gare, l'appréciation est relative), la rue en bas de l'immeuble étant un repère de toxicomanes et de prostitution... ce n'est peut être pas le cas de toutes le rues autour de la gare mais nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité pour rentrer le soir tard depuis le centre ville (et nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans le monde et jamais nous n'avons ressenti cela) Cela mérite quelques informations supplémentaires sur le site de booking, les clients ayant besoin de savoir où ils logent. Nous avons du nous reloger ailleurs et donc perdu 2 nuits

Frigo/macchina del caffè/bagno attrezzato insomma la camera anche bella grande …. Mi è piaciuta La zona!!! Peccato che la struttura dove ripeto ha un buon livello di camera si trovi in una zona dove a confronto le “vele” di Secondigliano sembrano un parco fiorito!! Non è accettabile che esco dal portone e ci sono tossici che si bucano a vista! Spazzatura e panni per strada, un cattivo odore di gente che urina per strada …. Insomma questo non dipende ovviamente dalla struttura ma sicuramente condiziona il mio pensiero che irrimediabilmente non ritornerei mai a soggiornare in questa struttura! Consiglio al proprietario di presentare una ricca documentazione al comune affinché possa essere attuata una “bonifica”

Singurul aspect care putea fi imbunatatit: peretii sa fie varuiti mai des, o mocheta sau un parchet mai cozy pentru pardoseala (gresia creeaza senzatia de spatiu rece, dur). Doamna de la curatenie foarte politicoasa si amabila. Strada este in fiecare zi de dimineata pana la pranz un targ galagios de produse contrafacute. Nu te simti foarte confoetabil sa treci printre toti acei oameni in plus ramane multa mizerie dupa ce se strange targul.

• Zulma (7/5): - La habitación estaba limpia y amplia La cama auxiliar estaba muy incómoda. Los alrededores se perciben inseguros especialmente de noche pero no tuvimos ningún problema, esto podría mejorarse con una buena información por parte del anfitrión
• Melanie (10/5): - La habitación era hermosa, limpia y cómoda. Tienen locker para guardar el equipaje por si lo necesitas antes de hacer el check in, y una vez que ya hiciste el check Out, me pareció una amenity increíble!
