Roberto (6/5): very unconfortable - the comfortable apartment I was requested to paid cash in advance witch I didn't like at all,and the for an unplanned emergency I used only one nigth,and explain to owner that situation,they blame Booking to no return the balance since I used only one nigth.Im a gold member on EXPEDIA..20 years traveling as a bussines men. few time I was using Booking.butvim very unhappy for the answer I received regarding the day I did not used.
