All the amenities and services provided were exceptional, Dan reached out for tours and booked us a few tours for fritzoy Island and Kuranda tour, he was very helpful with options and booking was efficient. • Anmol (10/5): Excellent spacious stay for the family. - Excellent property in Cairns with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & AC in every room. Spacious area with outdoor swimming pool & dining area. Conveniently located 10 minute drive from the main city & is also within walking distance 20-30 minutes. Easy checkin & checkout instructions & accomodated late checkout.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Perfect family stay in a comfortable, well appointed home. - Perfect location and great property. Everything you could need in a stay was provided including generous provision of additional bits and pieces like, towels, soap and shampoo. The house was super clean and tidy on arrival. Lots of great communications with the host before and super clear instructions for how to use and access the key electronics in the house. Leaving was just as easy as arriving with very reasonable clean up requests. The only inside couch is small and a bit uncomfortable. Also there is only an outdoor dining table which we found was a great place for mosquito bites. The provision of a citronella candle or burner might make sitting outside more comfortable.
• Zeynep (10/5): Very private and comfortable, with pool, excellent for family travel - Has a very private, little pool attached to an outdoor seating/dining area with a BBQ. This property is ideal for a family with small kids or young people traveling as a group. All rooms have their own AC + ceiling fan which is excellent and much needed. There are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Garage was locked, so we parked the rental on the drive way - it rained the whole time we were there so it was slightly inconvenient. We had to take the bins out to the street and the red bin was full of maggots from the previous people staying and it grossed me out.

• Peggy (7/5): A bit hiccup but comfortable stay. Would expect better if paying this price for holiday - 1) Big house suits big family 2) swimming pool so we can just stay all day in the house 3) big kitchen and all utensils available 4) two ensuites - though unfortunately we can’t really use it due to privacy issue 1) can’t be able to use the key provided to open garage door automatically 2) apparently this house is complete new renovation. Some work hasn’t been completed… 3) one ensuite bathroom and toilet you can’t use it at all - because if you use it your neighbour can watch it from outside lol no privacy at all… no screen, no curtain, nothing. So we just not use it 4) another ensuite bathroom, when we use the shower, even the curtain cannot go completely down to cover up. That means you would expect your another neighbour can watch you showering from their upper level house 5) time to spray and do pest control, as quite a few cockroaches crawling around 6) once you confirm booking, not flexible on booking. We travelled after the recent big storm and flooding in cairns which flooded the whole town. We were very worried about the planned travel but was advised we couldn’t cancel. If we cancel we have to pay 50% of cancellation fee that’s about $3500. So the last minute we had decided to go. 7) the whole house has privacy issue. My ensuite bedroom is actually facing another neighbour’s house and the second level can see directly to the room. So if I don’t close the door it’s completely open

• Xiaowei (9/5): Our family enjoyed the stay very much, all the facilities were clean and operating, the bedrooms were clean, basically e - I loved the spacious lounge room and the swimming pool. Unable to access the garage.
• Michelle (10/5): Amazing home great for families visiting - Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great rooms and bathroom for many couples . Very easy to get in and out of town House next door got broken into while we stayed, floor very slippery, think just mopped too much soap, causing young kids to slip constantly
• Jeanette (9/5): Superb - Quiet location. Size and layout of the house were great. Good to have a pool. Could have more seating in the lounge area.
