• Liger Aldás (9/5): El anfitrión hace la diferencia. - Rafael, el anfitrión es muy amable. Nos dió valiosos consejos para conseguir un traslado al aeropuerto. La cocina está bien equipada y señalizada. La lavadora fue muy útil y se puede usar el secador en la pequeña terraza del loft. El banco cuenta con accesorios para las damas y su maquillaje e incluso pantuflas. El colchón del sofá cama podría mejorarse.

• Abdulhakim (10/5): Everything was perfect from A to Z - Everything was perfect from A to Z. The Location of the Apartment is amazing, few steps and you’ll be in the downtown. The Apartment was really clean and cozy with a really nice room smell. Last but not least they have a Bidet (شطاف) at the toilet.

• Marc (8/5): Bien sauf le mensonge sur la cuisine - Tout sauf le mensonge (ou erreur) concernant la cuisine qui est à partager avec 2 autres chambres La cuisine à partager où il est pourtant écrit sur le site noir sur blanc « logement entier ». Je me suis renseigné et il est interdit de la part de Booking ou ses concurrents d’écrire « logement entier » si la cuisine n’est pas incluse. Malgré les signalements faits auprès de Booking, je n’ai eu aucun retour. De même avec l’hôte qui m’a dit que c’était précisé sur le site.

Close to centre yet quiet in evenings Appreciated the water and things left by others eg coffee/ sugar. Handy to have own fridge as shared kitchen Could do with some extra pillows and more pans. Occasional bad smell in bathroom from drains

• Victor De Grandis (10/5): - Son hermosos departamentos, muy bien ubicados. El personal fue super amable, nos recibieron muy bien, Nos dejaron dejar las valijas luego de la hora de check-out, y el personal de limpieza súper atento me alcanzo unas prendas de ropa que me había olvidado.
• Joseph (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Florence. Easily walkable in the city. - Apartment was lovely. Mezzanine bed was sooo comfy I actually forgot to get the brand of the mattress Shower drain smelled a little.
