• Kijie (9/5): I had an amazing time at this apartment. It was cozy, we had beautiful views from the windows in the living room and the - It was clean, homey and the views were beautiful. The small flight of stairs as you enter the property before accessing the lift was very inconvenient for us as we had a pram. So every time we went out and came back, we had to take baby out the pram, fold the pram, climb up before accessing the lift. I understand this is a structural thing and not a fault of the hosts. Just putting this out for anyone that would be visiting with a pram or wheelchair.

• Farah (9/5): Chic city apartment, check in and out needs refining - Excellent location, by tram stop. Walking distance to everything, including shops and restaurants. Beautifully clean apartment. Gorgeous views. Great value for money. A bit of a pain to collect keys from another building - out flight arrived after hours and we were advised to collect from a post box in a different building, with “24:7” access - but doors were locked, so had to wait outside in middle of night for someone to exit to get in, with 2 little kids waiting in taxi outside - far from ideal. Dropping off keys equally difficult as the local IGA didn’t initially want to take them from us, despite emails from the property stating to drop them there. Difficult access with pushchair to the building - our fob did not work for the accessible entrance with a ramp, so had to manoeuvre up stairs - not ideal for disabled / pushchairs. We would stay again if above issues were resolved.

• Carol (9/5): The appartment is in an exceptionally good location so close to tram stops and the city centre. - The views were fabulous. The staff felt with missing hairdryer promptly Also gave us a second set of keys on the first day. The pool was exceptionally cold Only three dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent pods were left for a 9 day stay.
