Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Toni (6/5): Very good except the oven and even the large frying pan needed to be cleaned better, - House and location was excellent The terrible oven, soooo disappointing as the rest of the house was clean and comfortable. The oven was discussing and a real disappointment, we only needed to heat up our Lasagne for the Saturday night dinner. I realise that oven and BBQ are asked to be cleaned by those staying at this lovely house, but cleaners need to check that these appliances are in good state for new renting people. Such a pity for the owners

Lara (9/5): A lovely house which catered for all our needs. - Very spacious, modern and clean. No hairdryer was found although it was advertised on the booking site. No extra blankets or pillows were available, and the evenings were cold with only a sheet and a light quilt.
Natalia (8/5): Everything was good and clean except the lights were off in other bedrooms bathroom and toilet - The house is very clean, very nice, has good amenities. Excellent facilities. Would go there again one day 😊😊😊 As we entered the house only the kitchen and main bedroom lights could be turned on. We attempted to contact the owners of Escape by the bay who indicated that they would be in contact of an handyman but no one came by to fix this issue.
