- Roman (1/5): Schöne Lage, stark ausbaufähig, in dem Zustand nicht nochmal - Gute Lage Zentral Keine Rauchmelder mehr vorhanden, Halterung noch sichtbar Fehlende Sauberkeit, Fenster lange nicht geputzt, WC nicht gereinigt Teilweise stark abgenutzte Möbel Keine Utensilien für die Reinigung des Geschirrs Schlechte Parksituation In die Jahre gekommen Handtücher
- Simone (8/5): Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist superzentral in der Fußgängerzone und unweit vom Bahnhof. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief immer sehr schnell und problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsselkasten und Code hat prima geklappt - es gab vom Vermieter im Vorfeld eine gute Anleitung dazu. Es gab leider keine Duschhandtücher sondern pro Person nur ein kleines Handtuch. Das ist etwas dürftig. Die Halterung des Duschkopfes in der Dusche war leider defekt.
- Laura (4/5): - Wir kamen ca 1 Stunde nach dem offiziellen Check in an und fanden eine verdreckte Wohnung noch von den Gästen vor uns vor. Dreckiges Geschirr, keine frisch bezogen Betten …. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde noch eine Reinigungskraft vorbei geschickt, welche geputzt hat während wir die Wohnung verlassen mussten für die Zeit. Empfehlung für die nächsten Gäste eine halbwegs gute Ausstattung wäre auch wünschenswert gewesen wie z.b Seife auf der Toilette oder ein Gästehandtuch oder in der Küche Spülmittel Lappen und Geschirrtuch. Diese Dinge sollten Vorraussetzungen bei der Vermietung einer Ferienwohnung sein.

- dennis (9/5): Werde die nächste Jahre immer wieder gerne kommen - Eigentlich alles recht gut Vielleicht mal neue Bett Wäsche damit mein ich nicht das sie dreckig war aber eher alt sehr oft benutzt
