• Robin (10/5): I look forward to staying there again! - The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The ceiling lights are too bright and the shower head should be a large rain shower type, not a standard one with a narrow flow.

• Erika (10/5): A very cozy and private place. With all the comforts. - The property was decorated in a very special and cozy way. It was very comfortable. It has everything you need and feels very private. Nothing. Maybe some kitchen utensils are missing like a pizza platter but nothing really important.

It was very very clean and the decor was fabulous. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had snacks and drinks waiting when we arrived. There is even a nice washer and dryer.

Fully stocked, with linens , personal hygiene products Full size kitchen with all the equipment needed to make meals. Very clean and neutral on Oder masking scents. Smells new !!!! Providing a little snack basket and providing waters (and 2 seltzers!) in the fridge was very thoughtful and welcoming. I’m genuinely impressed with the whole house and we had an excellent stay! Bed was very comfortable. Great location to the Kia Center for our concert. We felt safe and had great privacy which we appreciated. We will definitely pick Roy’s guest house to stay next time we are in town! Very little to not like! It was awesome! I guess if I had to nit pick, I’d recommend having a TV in the bedroom and curtains to help block the sunlight in the morning.

• Elias (10/5): Hidden Gem - Huge recommendation - We did expect nothing and have absolutely been overwhelmed! The place was very cozy, clean, modern, quiet and well supplied. There even was a welcome snack and complimentary water. The size of the rooms is perfect - there is enough space and you don't need to hold back. The tiny house has a very personal touch - it is decorated beautifully and you can sign a guest book and share your thoughts on your stay. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was exceptional!

Compares with Any Luxury Resort !!! Couldn’t get the moving truck into the back parking, completely My Fault they were the Most Honest and Sincere People I have met in Orlando. They just said to park it in their front driveway. I felt Bad for them.
• Judith (10/5): Exceptional Guest House Ever!!! - This is a real Gem. The house is beautiful and it's kept very clean with very nice comfortable bed, linen, towels... All the equipment is immaculate and well presented. Everything looks new and spotless. They had Christmas decorations out for me with a basket of snacks and wine to celebrate the season. I felt so welcomed and at home. Loved everything and the hosts are really humble, gentle, kind and helpful. It was fully booked I couldn't extend my stay with them, which I would have loved 😂

• Shuala (10/5): This place is AMAZING! - I drove down to Orlando for a concert. I didn't want to drive back late at night, so I booked Roy's Guesthouse for the night before heading home early in the morning. It was absolutely perfect! And it definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a full (small) home, with a queen bed, small living area with massive TV, a FULL kitchen, a large bathroom with a wonderful walk-in shower, full-size stacking washer and dryer, a large closet for clothes, and even an outside sitting area. On top of that, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, full-size coffee maker (and everything needed to make coffee or tea), dishes, pots and pans, etc. I didn't have to bring anything. They even provided snacks and bottled water! There's also enough FREE parking for three cars. The owners were super friendly, providing all the information I needed to enter the home (a door code, which I liked so I could enter quickly and didn't need to carry a key). They also responded immediately to texts (even an eeeeearly morning text to let them know I was leaving, to which I didn't expect a reply until hours later). The home is located close to downtown and just off I-4, so all Orlando venues are easily accessible. But it's quiet; I never heard a thing all night. I will definitely be booking Roy's Guesthouse for my next stay in Orlando! Thank you to the owners!
• Behl (10/5): Exceptional - Had to meet up with the host two times, by choice and both times they were easily reached and very friendly. The room is amazing. My wife and I stayed in the room with my Mother in-law on the pull out sofa. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our trip and honestly my wife is considering this her little hide away when she wants a break from everything. Thanks again for having the subscriptions I don't keep on my TV service, makes it a perfect balance for when we get away for a little break.

• Kenn (10/5): I will never stay anywhere else if I'm in this area, definitely the diamond hidden in the back. - Had a medical appointment in the local area and the location was so perfect. The set up is inviting and it felt more like coming home than going to some strange place. Honestly this was the first time I rented outside of the standard hotel/motel and I can't even imagine going back now. The only problem we had was we got the wrong code for the door from the website. But a quick call took care of that and everything was perfect!
• Nicholas (10/5): This venue really raises the bar in comfort, value for money, personal extra touches that make you feel welcome and look - This very unassuming looking abode from the outside is a true “Tardis” inside. Immaculately decorated, with all the mod cons required for a comfortable stay, personal touches ( fruit basket, water, excellent coffee and coffee machine)… I was blown away. The location could only have been better if it was located smack bang in the Centre of Winter Park. Loved everything about this place. Not to mention the light touch of the owners, who just made sure you knew they were available , whilst fully confident that all accommodation needs were catered for.
• Zavier (10/5): Perfect. - The facilities were clean and tidy, they gave exceptional thought and care into the amenities and toilettries they provided. The only thing that was a little odd was that the turn you need to take to get into the property is very awkward, but that's not the property owners fault, and orlando has notoriously bad city planning. Everything that was up to the owners control was perfect.
