• Paolo (5/5): struttura funzionale, in buona posizione e in bel quartiere, purtroppo però sporchissima - struttura funzionale ed in buona posizione in bel quartiere, con mezzi di trasporto facilmente fruibili e ricca di locali per ristorazione per tutte le tasche livello di pulizia terrificante, abbiamo viaggiato tanto, ma non ci era mai capitato di trovare la tazza del wc sporca... peli nella doccia, cucina unta, forno probabilmente mai pulito, aprirlo significava far uscire un disgustoso olezzo di residui di grasso, polvere dappertutto, ragnatele alla base dei mobili... l'unica cosa da cui si intuiva che qualcuno aveva "rassettato" era il cambio di lenzuola cuscini ed asciugamani (e meno male) anche se mancavano quelli per la doccia... inoltre, passi per la mancanza di bagnoschiuma, ma non c'era nessun tipo di detergente, nemmeno per la pulizia delle pentole... contattato l'host ci ha fornito scuse generiche e ci ha detto che poteva mandare qualcuno a pulire dopo le 22... (!!!) vista la proposta irragionevole, siamo stati costretti ad acquistare prodotti per la pulizia e procedere noi a "sanificare" l'appartamento... non siamo più stati contattati e non ci è stata avanzata un minimo di proposta risarcitoria.... sono i chiari limiti di una gestione passiva da remoto che in presenza di problematiche non è in grado di porre rimedio con tempistica accettabile...

Les chaînes TV ne fonctionnent pas. Manque un four micro ondes et un tapis de bain. Difficile de voir un responsable.

• Eric (1/5): Abstoßend und grauenhaft - Die Lage ist nah an der U1 Station Nestroyplatz, somit kommt man gut ins Stadtzentrum Es war extrem schmutzig und in keinem guten Zustand. Der Boden war voller Schmutz und Krümmel, auf den Stühlen waren braune Flecken, in der Dusche waren überall Flecken und Haare, in den Fugen teils Schimmel, die Oberflächen waren staubig und in den Lampen sammeln sich Insekten. In den Ecken hängen staubige Spinnenweben. Die Küche war vor allem der Backofen waren extrem verdreckt, im Ofen war noch Essen von vorherigen Gästen. Die Abflüsse stinken nach Kläranlage und der Geruch zieht durch das ganze Apartment. Die Küchenausstattung war eher schlecht, die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, das einzige vorhandene Fenster war verzogen, sodass man es kaum öffnen und schließen konnte, der Fernseher ließ sich nicht verwenden und die Fernbedienungen waren ebenfalls defekt. An den Wänden bröckelt teilweise der Putz ab, vermutlich weil die Wände feucht sind. Der Toilettensitz ist locker und fällt fast ab. Ich vermute, es wurde nur das Bett frisch bezogen. Durch den Bezug sieht man Flecken auf der Matratze durch. Leider hat sich der Vermieter der Unterkunft nicht gemeldet. Weder davor, noch währenddessen. Lediglich eine Nachricht in schlechtem Deutsch mit den Zugangsinformationen wurde gesendet.
• Daichi (1/5): 部屋自体は広いので色々なハプニングに合いたい人にはおすすめできる宿である。 - 広い それだけ 私の前に泊まっていた人の口コミにもあるように、オーブンに食べかけのピザが置いてあった。一度オーブンを開けると腐ったピザの臭いが部屋中に充満して大変気分が悪くなる。また、どこからかアリが部屋に入ってきているので、至る所にアリがいる。他の人の口コミを見ると、この状況は少し前からずっと続いていて、改善されていない。 極め付けは、22時くらいに部屋のドアの方からイビキが聞こえるので、ドアに耳を当ててみるとすぐそこで寝ているかと思うほどのイビキが聞こえた。なので、おそらく誰かが部屋の前で寝ていたのだと思う。私はその状況が怖くて寝ることができなかった。

• Baran (4/5): For single day emergency staying it is OK if you have everything with you and you don't mind about the hygiene. - The house is close to the metro station. I didn't find the attitude of the host friendly. " +Are you sure that the heating working? The floor is cold. The room is cold. -Ja natürlich die Heizung funktioniert es ist draußen -5 und im Zimmer ist es 22° also die Heizung funktioniert ja. (Yes, of course the heating is working. It’s -5°C outside and 22°C in the room, so the heating is working.) " The room was definitely not 22degrees but I did not respond because I understood that It won't change anything. Even though it is close to the metro station, it is a bit far away from the city center to walk especially in winter time. The place is in floor level and it is looking directly mı to the street. The place was very cold. I asked about the heating, the host said that the apartment has underfloor heating but I don't think it was working properly because I could not stay without my sweaters on. Also, the host said that there is a heater in the room but it was too small to heat the apartment. On my first day it worked non-stop to heat the apartment a bit so that I can take off my clothes. There is a musty smell in the kitchen and bath. I did not use the washing machine and dryer. There is enough cutlery for 2 persons but many of them was dirty so I had to wash them again. No microwave. The sink in the bathroom is leaking and making a smell. I tried to fix it but it didn't work. The bed is big enough for 2 but the pillows and blankets are small. I did not check the bed for clenlines or bugs because the place was in bad condition, I didn't want to ruin my holiday. There are ants and spiders in the apartment if you have a phobia. On the second day of my holiday, the hot water got colder mid shower and did not heat up again, next day it worked again. I wanted to mop the floor but it was too hairy and dusty so I had to buy cleaning wipes and disenfectant to clean it by hand. And the place is on sale, this may be the reason why they don't care much.

• Bojana (10/5): Sve je ok, lokacija odlična. Opet bih otisla u ovaj apartman. Sve preporuke! - Topao apartman, uredan, lijep prostor, posjeduje sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak.
• Bjeljac (10/5): Apartman je bio izuzetno čist, lepo uređen i nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji. Boravak je bio veoma prijatan jer je unutra - Udoban krevet sve je bilo super

• Milosavljevic (1/5): Grozno!!! - Sve! Od momenta kada smo usli u apartman bilo je hladno, ali smo mislili da je zbog otvorenog prozara, cistoca nije bila na visokom nivou, prljav WC... Kada je pala noc grejanje nije radilo, kada smo se obratili za pomoć vlasnik je rekao da će poslati nekog ali nije to učinio. Kada smo ga zamolili ponovo da nam donese jer smo sedeli u jaknama isti nije želeo. U apartmanu nije bilo ničega kako bi se zagrejali. Izlazak iz apartmana vlasnik nam se obratio kako je bila grejalica u apartmanu ali je isti slagao, jer imamo slikane dokaze u vidu prepiske sa vlasnikom, slike apartmana, slike cistoce kao i dokaz da smo sedeli u jaknama i spavali sa 3 jorgana. • Clara (4/5): - Der Standort ist nah an der Innenstadt und der U1 Das Zimmer war beim Check-In nicht sauber, den Besitzer konnte man telefonisch oder per Chat nicht/ schlecht erreichen und das Apartment hatte durchgehend einen schlechten Geruch. Außerdem war die Ausstattung (z.B. Handtücher, Handseife, Badvorleger) kaum vorhanden und der Trockner funktionierte nicht.

• Boychuck (9/5): I would stay here again. - Location is excellent. Price is reasonable. Having an equipped kitchen is great. The shower drain did not drain very well.
