• Jane (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment.Fußläufig zum Bahnhof,See,Busbahnhof und Innenstadt. Vorab gab es viele Maßregelungen.Da das Haus aber etwas hellhörig ist, bzw, die Terrasse dicht beieinander liegen muss dies wohl sein. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Kunstrasen im Terrassenbereich.

• Rosalba (4/5): Puzza indimenticabile, posizione ottima - La posizione eccezionale e lo spazietto esterno La puzza di fogna che dal bagno ha invaso tutto l'appartamento e nonostante abbia scritto subito all'host il problema, non è stato fatto nulla per risolverlo. Ho dovuto tappare lo scarico della doccia con asciugamani. Inoltre il divano letto molto scomodo e rumoroso (cigolava con i cambi di.posizione).

• Valeria (5/5): Soggiorno insoddisfacente, struttura non conforme alle aspettative - La posizione La nostra esperienza presso Garden Apartment in Centre Ambra è stata purtroppo molto deludente e distante dalle aspettative. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un odore estremamente sgradevole,probabilmente proveniente dal bagno o dalla fognatura.Purtroppo questo cattivo odore si è diffuso rapidamente in tutta la casa,accompagnandoci per l’intera durata del soggiorno e rendendo l’ambiente tutt’altro che confortevole. La pulizia dell’appartamento era decisamente insufficiente: polvere ovunque di cui abbiamo allegato alcune foto (tende, armadi, sotto il letto) e lenzuola macchiate, con un odore poco piacevole. Inoltre le coperte fornite erano sottilissime, inadatte a un periodo invernale, quando ci si aspetterebbe piumoni adeguati. Inoltre, i riscaldamenti erano poco potenti e non riuscivano a garantire una temperatura accogliente. Il kit di cortesia era minimo e inadatto a 4 persone per 5 giorni: piccole confezioni che ci hanno costretti ad acquistare prodotti aggiuntivi fuori dalla struttura.Solo 4 rotoli di carta igienica per un soggiorno di questa durata. Un altro grande problema riguarda l’isolamento acustico: la porta d’ingresso e le mura non erano adeguata e lasciavano filtrare tutti i rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Siamo stati svegliati più volte durante la notte a causa dei forti rumori del corridoio,compromettendo la qualità del riposo. Oltre alle condizioni dell’appartamento, abbiamo riscontrato notevoli difficoltà nella comunicazione con l’host. La sua totale assenza durante il soggiorno non ci ha incoraggiati a contattarlo per segnalare le problematiche appena riscontrate: quando un host non mostra interesse o presenza, è naturale che l’ospite non si senta a proprio agio nel riportare criticità. In conclusione,Ambra Apartment necessita di grandi miglioramenti in termini di pulizia, manutenzione, comfort e attenzione al cliente.

• Arlette (7/5): - Great location snd terrace The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, ideal for two but no more (68m² is impossible), and the staircase is impractical with children or elderly or disabled people. The description does not match reality. No mattress protector (unhygienic). Shower head full of limescale, water only comes out of a few holes. Hood filter full of grease. Kitchen utensils: poor selection, no board for cutting bread or vegetables, not enough crockery. Aperitif only possible for two people as there are only two wine glasses. No oven gloves for taking hot items out of the oven. Carpet on the stairs, curtains and headboard (bed) are very dirty (not suitable for people with dust mite allergies). Unpractical coat hangers from the dry cleaners. This property does not meet the standards and cleanliness we are used to have in Switzerland.
• Charles (5/5): Liber in einer Hotel, als dort. - Der Aussenplatz war supper Der lage ist Supper nur paar minuten von allen entfernt. Es war so laut am morgen mit staubsauger und mit gerede, der tür ist nicht dicht. mann konnte nie ausschlafen. Bett war unbequem und jeden morgen hatten wir rückenschmerzen. Wo wir ankamen war es nicht hygienisch gereinigt, Der raum war mit irgend en duft gefüllt, am anfang konnten wir nicht ausstehen. Hatten keine toiletten papier nur 1. rolle.

• Tom (8/5): Netjes, schoon huis om de hoek van Lugano. - Het appartement ziet er netjes uit, met een lekker tuintje. Het is mooi ingericht en straalt rust uit. De locatie is om de hoek van het centrum van Lugano. Wij hadden een hele warme nacht, dus airco misten we wel een beetje. Er stonden wel 2 grote ventilatoren. Dat hielp al wel.

It has everything you need facilities wise, clean, comfy, quiet and great location! The plug sockets you can only use the hexagon ones not the round adapters
