• Michelle (2/5): - Big Fridge. Very room has an attached bathroom. Water pressure very low. Only ONE person can use the bathroom at a time. The exhaust fan at the 2nd room was very noisy. The floors are not cleaned/mopped. The bathroom rug was very dirty, not washed and very black. The sofa has a very musk smell. The bedding mattress needs to be changed as has slump in.

• Fendysaadon (7/5): Booked wrong KSL but it was our 2nd stay in the same apartment block so all's familiar. - Location was near Bandar Dato' Onn, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen & EcoSpring. Simple apartment. Spacious. Cold aircon throughout the unit. 2 door fridge was huge. Owner had all the instructions readied but it was easier entering from the left carpark instead of going right to lvl G. Easy check in. Hassle free. WIFI was slow and laggy. Luckily we had ample local data. Daylight in master bedroom was flickering and given owner didn't reply my 2nd msg on WIFI issues, I believed it won't be resolved immediately either. Small matter. Kitchen had those tiny roaches you would find in cars parked at grass patch lots and they appeared at night. Luckily being me, I ensured no food left outside else my family would have freaked out. The fridge location affects the hall aesthetics given it's location being outside the kitchen which was narrow.

• Daniel (6/5): So-so weekend getaway with family.... - The apartment is clean and the facilities are still new and usable unlike other homestay I've tried previously. The internet is too slow, watching low resolution YouTube and TikTok still needs buffering. Some of the electrical appliances are not maintained. I had to fix back the shower pipe as it was not fixed in properly, dropped out mid shower. Found previous occupant's clothing accessories on the bed in one bedroom and I can still smell the perfume in another bedroom when sleeping. It tells a lot if they have been changing sheets after each stay. Overall, they really need to up their cleanliness standards. It will be great if faster internet is available.

The unit was as per advertise, clean and spacious living room. All room has attached bathroom. Host could provide better bedlinen quality for better comfortness

• Ismail (8/5): Very good - The rooms are clean and tidy. The wi-fi is good👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 for the guests to do some assignments/homework. Limited parking and the act of clamping vehicles by the security. When I came to park extra car, there was one security guard who saw my car and didn't ask me to place anything on the dashboard for infos in case I need to move the car. He just asked which apartment I stayed. End up to pay RM200.
