• LOVELLA (10/5): Our family had a great stay. The place was immaculate and John was wonderful. He communicated to us as soon as we booked - The location is excellent, just minutes from Acropolis and other sites. We were able to walk back midday to rest from the heat. The area was safe and there were mini marts and restaurants nearby.

В холодильнику нас чекало багато якісних та смачних продуктів для сніданку. Добре працюють кондиціонери на обігрів. Ідеальна чистота! Розташування чудове, все близько - кафе, ресторани, супермаркет, самий центр міста , але дуже тихо і гарно можна виспатися. Чудове спілкування з власником John- постійно на зв'язку, будь-які питання чи прохання миттєво мають відповідь. Дуже рекомендую!!!!

• Andrea (10/5): - Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung mit idealer Lage als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Athen. 5 Minuten bis zur Akropolis, Plaka, Anafiiotika usw. super zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso eine optimale Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.John war sehr hilfsbereit, hat alles top funktioniert. Lieben Dank hier auch nochmals sowohl für die kulinarische Versorgung als auch das kleine Präsent. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut und sind glücklich in den Urlaub gestartet. • Jayne (8/5): John and his home are welcoming and delightful. - it was attractively decorated and very clean. we felt very safe, and John was a helpful communicator. the pillows were clean, newish, but not thick or substantial enough for our taste. partially a cultural thing perhaps.

He left the breakfast in the kitchen for all our stay and it was a lot of food and with good quality. The location was perfect! We could do a lot of things walking and the metro was very close also. Lots of restaurants and coffees nearby. John was very nice and gave us some gifts for our honeymoon. Air conditioning all over the apartment was essential, since it was extremely hot in Athens. The bathroom and kitchen were small, but it works for 2 people.
• Geert Benoot (9/5): Heel mooi en rustig appartement op een ideale locatie - Het appartement is heel goed gelegen in het volle centrum en vlakbij de Acropolis. Toch is het er ongelooflijk stil en kun je er heerlijk slapen. De eigenaar John is heel vlot te bereiken en beantwoordt meteen je vragen. Alles was er ook kraaknet en we kwamen echt niets te kort. Smaakvol interieur en heel goede airco. Heel goed gevulde koelkast en van alles om te ontbijten. Helemaal niets.

Wir waren schon sehr zeitig da und konnten unsere Koffer bereits unterstellen. Da wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, war der Kühlschrank super gefüllt. Alles was man zum Frühstücken braucht, war da. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür. Des Weiteren wurden wir von unserem Vermieter persönlich zum Flughafen gebracht, da die Taxifahrer gestreikt haben. Da gab es nichts
• Elena (10/5): Das beste Unterkunft den je gehabt habe. - War alles perfekt, die Lage ist die Beste in Athen. Ist alles in der Nähe, leicht in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wohnung liegt zentral, aber sehr ruhig, es ist einfach faszinierend. Und auf die Beschreibung bei Booking, kann nicht das alles so zeigen und beschreiben, wie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Es ist einfach fantastisch, und der John, lässt einfach keine freie Wünsche mehr, man kann sich einfach nichts mehr noch mehr wünschen. The apartment is in an incredible location. It's within walking distance of all the attractions, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. John is a very helpful host and the included self-serve breakfast is very well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, shower was good, it has a nice patio, and the AC blows cold in both rooms. This apartment offers an excellent location, cleanliness, and functionality. Everything is within walking distance—we never needed public transport. The self-check-in instructions were very easy to follow. The apartment was spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, and the smart TV allowed us to use our own streaming accounts seamlessly. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine with coffee provided. John, the host, was incredibly helpful with everything. Be prepared for some small but very thoughtful surprises when you arrive! :) If we visit Athens again, we will definitely stay here! Nothing!

You can walk to all the major sites, neighbourhoods, and restaurants in just a few minutes. John, the owner/manager was very responsive with answers to our questions.we were very happy with our stay there. The only issue was we found the bed a bit hard for our liking. A mattress topper would probably solve the problem, as it’s not intolerable.
• Ofer (10/5): A great and well-equipped apartment very close to all the main sites - A great apartment in the heart of the Koukaki neighborhood. We found in the apartment everything you could ask for and even a small souvenir from Athens. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is a short walking distance of a few minutes from the famous sites of Athens: Acropolis Hill, Acropolis Museum, the Plaka and more. There is also a metro station nearby. There is no doubt that on our next visit to Athens we will book the same apartment again. Thank's John

• Savvas (10/5): True “Fiolexenia” (hospitality) in Athens - Property was very centrally located. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a clean, recently renovated apartment. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped with the essentials. The washing machine allowed us to get on with our exploration of Athens without having to waste time going to a laundromat. Furthermore, the decor of the apartment gave it a homely feel, while the high speed WIFI allowed us to seamlessly stay in touch with loved ones. Will definitely try and stay here again when visiting Athens. Highly recommend.

The flat is spotless and the best location in Athens. Central, but quiet location 2 minutes walk from the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, 5 minuets from Parthanon entrance. Wonderful supermarket steps from the front door. Lots of reasonably priced trendy restaurants within 2 blocks from the flat. Great communication. A/C filters are clean. There is a clothes washer. Wonderful tour company 5 steps from the buildings front door helped us plan our next 2 weeks in Greece even though we were not keen to join any of their adventure tours. The sofa bed is also large and comfortable. There is absolutely nothing not to like about the apartment.

I would recommend this apartment also for a longer stay as the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The location is perfect as it is at only a few minutes walk from the acropolis museum and metro station. Great restaurants all around. Check in was super easy with great directions by the kind owner who was available at any time for tips and questions. Overall I could not point out anything bad and recommended this apartment to all athens visitors.

• Avedic (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, 5 minutes away from the Acropolis and museum subway, and close to the boulevard to the south of it. Very clean, modern, perfectly equipped with every amenity needed. 2 decently large bedrooms, a somewhat small kitchen (it's enough for 3-4 people), a bathroom with shower. It has air conditioner, good internet speed, good fridge space and a view of an archeological site with a common balcony. The owner was very responsive and even left gifts. 5/5 stars The pillows were too soft but that's subjective.

It was also really clean, the host was showing himself really available at anytime, making sure I had everything I needed. It was definitely one of my best stays in a located apartment. Nothing. Everything was well thought regarding the available equipments. There was even some painkiller tabs, plasters!
