- Bustos (1/5): - Un Hotel en zona complicada sin parqueo. Intolerable. Zona y falta parqueo
- Viktor (3/5): - It was cheap, personal was very friendly and helpful, looks better than it’s actually is Room was without ac, two windows into the room from the hallway, whenever someone walk into the hallway our room was full of light cuz we don’t have any curtains.
- Arce (1/5): Terrible - No existe No existe
- Alexander (1/5): ¡Estafa!
Buena conexión a Internet. Limpieza adecuada y buen precio.

Pessimo!!!
- Jorge (7/5): Good - It is a brand new place, very clean , excellent for the price. My room didn't have windows to the outside, and after I shower the bathroom floor was all wet.
- Alberto (1/5): Bad - Very very loud traffics noice that could not be silenced because you need the windows open since there’s no air conditioning. Many other things but don’t stay here. Stay in a tent. The managment is awful.
- Alberto (1/5): Don’t do it. - Not much, they only take cash in the entire experience was pretty poor. Pretty much everything the street is extremely loud so you’ll be able to hear everything from your room. There’s no air conditioning. The electricity will go out twice twice a day they will not make coffee consistently and whoever runs and manages this place is absolutely unqualified.
- Tamara (8/5): Wouldn't stay again because of location - The room was nice and staff helpful. There is a fridge The location is unsafe for tourists. The room has no windows. Just a small one up high for ventilation, so we felt trapped
- Kristin (1/5): Deceptive - no windows and card was charged despite learning this on arrival and being told it was ok to cancel upon lea - The attendant let us use the hotel wifi to call an Uber from inside the gate before leaving after dark. The rooms had no windows or ability to get air from outside, yet the images on booking specifically show lots of windows as are present on the upper floors that are not even a part of the hotel. The air inside was bad.
When we arrived, we waited outside the gate in a sketchy feeling area after dark for more than 5 minutes for anyone to answer the bell from the gate. Finally a small child showed up and let us inside. The woman that appeared shortly later was pleasant and of her own accord, offered to show us the rooms while we left our luggage in front of a camera for security.
When we asked for an upper floor room in order to be able to keep the windows (as specifically depicted in the photos) open for fresh air, she informed us that the upper floors were only apartments for long term rent, and the hotel was in the basement. She offered to show us the room while we left our luggage near the door in front of a camera to be sure it was going to work. Seeing that the rooms had no windows at all, were not clean, and smelled of chemicals, we immediately and politely let her know this was not going to work for our health needs, and she said no problem, letting us use the wifi to order an Uber from inside the gate before leaving. She never mentioned that she was still going to charge us for a room we did not even enter and that was critically different from what was depicted when we booked.
- Fiona (1/5): Bad - Told them that I would be checking in late because my flight flew in at 11pm. Was locked out and no one was answering the phone number provided. No hot water, drain is slow and smells. Bed is uncomfy and no headboard. Also extremely far and inconvenient from airport and city center.
- Pamela (10/5): Clean, great value, safe, comfortable. - This is an excellent value. It’s tastefully put together, clean, safe and affordable. Staff was super kind. Very good place just to have a quick overnight coming in or out of San Jose, especially if you have business in Escazu or in that area somewhere.
- Ludwig (8/5): Very good -
