- Wai (4/5): Terrible from the start with waiting for the host to get back to us to let us into apartment. - The property was close to beach. Good security Most unsatisfactory Apt 104! When we first arrived, we cannot access to our unit due to host/owner not notifying the front desk. The payment for the unit was fully paid in advance. It feels fraudulent for us. The concierge at the time does not speak English and was most unhelpful. With the help of another Brazilian guest, who speaks English, we were trying to contact the host for over 3 hours. Host was not returning call for a long time! Finally when we got access, the sofa bed was not made and no linen provided for the sofa bed. I specifically ask for the sofa bed to be put out. No extra towels were provided. No cleaning facilities for the kitchen like dishwashing detergent. No proper hand washing soap for the bathroom. Watered down and hardly any left in bottle. The stay was spoilt from the beginning. Not acceptable.
