• DTs (9/5): - Great location, direct access to ski rental and slopes. Poor maintenance of common areas. Tjere is no adequate reception, lobby bar and games area if you expect to spend some social time after ski. Poor condition of the SPA centre.

• Mircea-Victor (10/5): - The apartment is at the top of the Grand Monastery complex with easy access to the ski tracks. As a family with 2 kids going for ski lessons it was an ideal location. Inside Grand Monastery there were stores, coffee shops and restaurants, so it was easy to manage. Apartment had a separate bedroom for kids and a second living room, which was very good for family with 3 small kids. Because of the heavy snow, it was not possible to park inside the Grand Monastery parking area. We managed by parking somewhere outside the complex.
• Plamena (10/5): Страхотна почивка! - Апартамента е уникален , топ локация , просторен, със страхотни гледки! Персонала и собственика ни насочваха и помагаха винаги,отзоваваха се мигновенно. Настаняването беше лесно, със сейф ключ,данните ги дадохме онлайн , без да чакаме и без лутане 😄, което е много удобно за голямо семейство с много нетърпеливи деца ! Останахме приятно изненадани от разположението на всичките три спални!Децата се радваха много на детската стая , без телевизор , с място за четене и страхотен пуф-барбарон / дори книгите ги грабнаха/Имахме всичко необходимо!Черешката на тортата беше огромната зимна градина със супер удобна мека мебел, а масата от смола е само за ценители! Апартамента и всичко остана дълбоко в сърцата ни ! Очаквайте ни съвсем скоро ! Ще се върнем отново и отново! Благодарим Ви ! П.С.Благодарности и на най - добрият ски инструктор Иво Сапунджиев , уникален човек и треньор , който успя с 2 урока да научи децата ! • Cemil (10/5): Odanın konumu ve sunduğu olanaklar tatilimizin kalitesini çok arttırdı. - Odanın konumu harikaydı.Kayak takımlarını kiraladığımız ofisle arassında sadece bir kapı uzaklığında.Kayak takımlarını odanın önünde teslim ettik diyebiliriz.Bu çok büyük bir kolaylık.Oda özenle hazırlanmış ve ütüden kahve makinasIna ,çamaşır makinasından bulaşık makinasına mutfak gereçleri dahil eksiksiz ve hatta fazlasıyla düşünülmüş.Kıl bahçesi mükemmeldi,Rahatsız olduğum için zamanımın büyük bir çopunluğu daire geçti ve tekrar ediyorum kış bahçesi harikaydı.ısıtıcılar yeterli düzeydeydi .Bir alt katta tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı gidereceğini harika bir market var .Ayrıca ilgisinden ve misafir perverliğinden çok memnun kaldığım odanın sahibi Dimitri beyede ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.Herşey özenle düşünülmüş..Kış baçesinde şömine için bolca odun bırakılmış.Çok memnun kaldım.Bu odayı boş bulursam aynı sezonda düşünmeden tutarım. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte .Kayak ekipmanlarının kiralandığı yer odanın kapısının önünde olması harikaydı.Hiç yorulmadım.Alt katta marketin yakın olması.Tesiste oyun salonu olması ayrıca havuz vs olması harikaydı.
• Olga (10/5): Раджу , дуже сподобалось, обовʼязково приїдемо ще. - Супер розташування, апартаменти знаходяться біля лижної школи, дуже зручно хто катається на лижах чи сноуборді. Інколи було прохолодно в самому приміщенні. Більше зауважень не має.

• Mariana (5/5): Апартамент, заобиколен от строителна площадка. - Собственика е много любезен и прави всичко възможно за да се чувствате добре. Апартамента се намира на последния етаж на комплекс Манастира, който е неподдържан и се руши. Последните два етажа са недовършени, стълбите са мръсни. Няма асансьор и се налага да качвате багажа два етажа. Спалното бельо и баните бяха чисти, но апартамента като цяло не беше добре почистен. Също така, през целия ни престой (6 дни), никой не смени кърпите или изхвърли боклука. Мисля че, за тази цена, би било редно обслужването да е на по високо ниво.

• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was as we wanted, clean, all the comfort, a wonderful place with a superb view. Tourist advice: don't take a lot of luggage, you'll have to carry it :) Owner's tip: a humidifier would help in the cold season, very dry air. Very low humidity increased by electric heating
• Milen (9/5): Superb - The apartment is amazing. It is large, more than enough for 6 people. Very easy to access the track (30-40 meters). Kitchen has everything need. Apartment is on 6-7 floor from the entrance. The only problem - parking. If you arrive with a car during the weekend, probably there will no places, you need to park to a parking 300m away. Parking will cost you 30lv per 24h per car.
• Budaca (10/5): The best view and luxury suite to stay in Pamporovo! - Everything was over our expectation, thisbis definitevly the best accomodation in Pamporovo! A great appartament with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchenette, 1 living living offering amazing views and the best of all, an amazing patio offering snow track views!!! The Kitchinette is fully equiped and it is extremly clean everywhere. Also l, very comfortable, 1 floor down, there are available a restaurant and a drinks & food shop. The suite is not recommended to disabled persons, bit rather to large family or friends group. We can not wait tocine back ! Everything was great!
• Antoniy (9/5): A good one - Our group went to Pamporovo for ski and the location of the apartment was great. You can go straight to slope number 6. The apparent was spacious. You can bump into difficulties with parking in the complex (our stay was at a bussy period).
• Yavor (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and spacious, the property is excellent! Very well equipped kitchen. We had a great time and we will definitely visit it again.
