The check-in fee is calculated according to your time and day of arrival, along with the apartment you have chosen. Rates:

1. The interior of the apartment is a nonsmoking area. Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke and put cigarette butts in an ashtray.
2. This property is NOT part of a holiday resort. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the common areas of the building as well as in the apartment. It is forbidden to organize parties in the property. In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay.
Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns:
Monday – Friday: 21.30 to 9.00
Saturday – Sunday: 22.00 to 10.00
3. Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you.
4. Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit
will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
5. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your
contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
6. If the client uses any extra bed linen or towels without permission, the cost of the laundry (between 15€ and 50€) will be deducted from the
damage deposit.
7. Check out time is 11:00 am as we need to clean the apartment between 11.00 and 14:00, prior to the next check-in (normally about 14.00).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Michael (10/5): Perfect roomy location with everything you need! - We enjoyed this apartment very much. Great location and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. The living room couch is very worn, and you sink in deep when sitting back. It makes getting up challenging. The couch needs an upgrade. Luckily, we were busy and only spent the early morning and late evenings on it.

The bed in main room was comfortable and we appreciated ceiling fan also in main room. Also quiet at night which was lovely.

Upon our departure, no representative was present to inspect the condition of the premises. Nevertheless, we were subsequently accused of causing damages, despite having provided photographic evidence documenting the property's condition at the time of checkout. - convenient location with easy access to several sightseeing spots. - plenty of silverware, plates, pans, and pots. We stayed in four different accommodations during my 16-day trip in Spain, and sadly, this one in Barcelona was both the worst equipped and the most expensive. The living room was extremely dark, with only a weak pendant light and one desk lamp that barely lit the space. We moved the lamp closer to the sofa to improve visibility, and it remained intact throughout our stay. Yet after check-out, the host sent a photo of the lamp broken and accused us—without any evidence—of causing the damage, demanding €50. Even after we sent proof that the lamp had been fine, the host refused to listen. Check-in communication was also poor. We were only contacted on the evening before our arrival and told that the original check-in person had left. We were still asked to contact them ourselves. This left us feeling insecure and unsupported in a foreign country. The sofa was old and sunken, forcing us to sit on the floor. One of the bedrooms was not updated and had terrible sound insulation. The cleaning staff didn’t provide basic essentials: only one laundry pod for 5 nights and no shower gel (we were told to use hand soap instead). On the first night, there was a power outage and the host didn’t reply to our messages. This host is focused only on protecting their own interests while ignoring guest rights. I cannot recommend this property.
- Grzegorz (10/5): Well furnished, cozy apartment with a great location. - The location of the apartment was absolutely great. 10 minutes to Sagrada Família and a short walk to Paseo de Gràcia to start a day with a nice coffee and views (Casa Batllò etc.). The apartment was clean and cozy. Some cool furnishings are definitely worth mentioning. I recommend it for all visitors who are looking for a comfortable, well located apartment in Barcelona.

We would definitely recommend to others - We were greeted by Sabrina who was thorough, patient, and kind. The location was in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to markets and cafes, and with easy access to a variety of metro lines. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had most of what we needed. Nothing we didn’t like, per se, but it might have been nice to have an extra few towels/dish cloths. A minor detail.
