Hui (2/5): Terrible Experience: Unreliable Host and Unhygienic Condo - Location, free parking, but at the beginning they mentioned not included, until I argue they did mentioned in the platform then only they provide I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. The host never replied to my messages when I asked for check-in information and only sent the details at the very last minute. The condo was dirty, dusty, and had an unpleasant smell. The toilet couldn’t flush, and we had to fix it ourselves. Toilet paper wasn’t even provided. I informed the host of these issues, and they promised to address them but never did. They kept saying they’d come the next day but never showed up or responded to my messages. I was so disappointed that after we checked out at 10:40 AM, I didn’t even bother informing them. The way you treat your customers is how you should expect to be treated in return.
