• Berkay (10/5): Çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. - Aziz ve İrengi adına değerlendirmemizdir. Oteldeki tüm personeller çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle Yılmaz Bey ve resepsiyondaki Burak Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz; ilgileri ve yardımcı yaklaşımları bizi çok memnun etti. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, çok beğendik. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel oldu. Olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık. Her şey çok güzeldi.

• ADE AL-NIMRI (5/5): They gave no city view room. - Place is good but single rooms are very small and little of noise happened in middle of night due to location and customer. No free parking for visitors they charged me 900 TL for one hour parking valet for vistor without telling me this.

• Sarah (2/5): Disappointed - Room view The room was not ready upon check-in, despite arriving beyond the hotel’s stated check-in time. Unfortunately, the room itself was also extremely dusty, and basic toiletries had not been provided by housekeeping. In addition, several advertised facilities were either unavailable or not functioning properly, including the gym equipment and the air conditioning. Breakfast offered a variety of items; however, none were labelled. Furthermore, the staff were unable to communicate in English sufficiently to explain the food options, which created a particularly difficult experience for someone with food intolerances. Replenishment of breakfast items was also very poor, and I personally had to request that the coffee machine be cleaned and the water refilled. Overall, the experience fell considerably below expectations considering the hotel's stars and reputation.

• Amanda (10/5): Fantastico soggiorno - We stayed at this beautiful hotel for five nights. The service was impeccable, from the front desk to the amenities and the breakfast. In particular, Ylmaz assisted us with everything we needed and was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel is located near the lovely Nisantasi neighborhood. They also offer an excellent airport transfer service. I highly recommend staying here!

• Karaca (8/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix - Bonne localisation pour visiter la ville. Chambre avec vue mer, lit confortable… Excellent petit déjeuner avec options végétariennes. Tout le personnel est remarquable. Je remercie particulièrement Ilkay qui est ultra professionnelle. L’hôtel dispose d’un spa avec hammam turc. Bon rapport qualité prix pour İstanbul ( qui devient cher ) La propreté n’est pas irréprochable dans les chambres. ( poussières dans les coins ) Et c’est pareil pour le spa qui doit vraiment améliorer l’hygiène.

• Afshin (9/5): Nice hotel with good staff - I liked Arts hotel. Location is very good it is between Taxim square and Osmanbey subway. It is close to Nisantashi as well. With respect to quality of hotel and its facilities, the value is acceptable. Room size and cleanliness are very good. However, it is a normal 5 star hotel that consider to its price, it can be good choice as compared with other 4 star hotels located near Taxim. Breakfast could be better. The warm items were limited and for this hotel it could be improved.

• Richard Chackal (9/5): A great value and quality hotel in Istanbul - The hotel was very clean, breakfast offered a wide range of Oriental and western foods, the staff friendly and professional, the Lucida Spa at the hotel was professional, not touristic. The hotel is very well located in a typical Turkish Suburb and close to the upmarket Nisantasi area. We enjoyed observing and experiencing Turkish living away from the Tourist areas. The tourist area of Hagia Sofia was just a bus ride or taxi ride away.

I was worried I would feel self conscious but I shouldn’t have worried. Gym is small but well appointed. Good choice of food at breakfast. Restaurant meals were large portions and staff were happy to amend to meet my post op dietary requirements. Room service available with good choice. Hotel is located within easy walking of great restaurants, shops, hair salons, supermarkets and other hotels. 30 mins from Istanbul airport. 20mins from Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great variety. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. The hotel is very well located away from the hustle of the tourist area , yet easy to get to with an Uber, taxi or bus. The staff were all very friendly

• Danait (9/5): We had a very good time !! - We had a very nice stay at the hotel from April 23 to May 1. Burak helped us a lot and was very friendly. We really appreciated that. We liked the hotel. The room was nice, and a baby bed was prepared for us on request, which was great. The room was cleaned every day. We also felt safe during our stay. The only small downside was that the TV only had local channels, and we could not watch YouTube or Netflix.

• Mateja (9/5): Great value for money, amazing views of the bosphorus and the city. - Hotel is located in a great neighborhood, filled with all kinds od shops, and just a short walk from the Osmanbey metro station. The view from the hotel is great, breakfast is diverse and everyone was really helpful. The door on the bathroom was a bit crooked and couldn't close fully. Not a bit thing, but kind of annoying.
