Guest Reviews
- Laura (9/5): Volvería a este mismo lugar - Todo genial. La anfitriona divertida y muy hospitalaria
- Hannu (9/5): Excellent location in the heart of Trastevere, yet surprisingly quiet. A superb place to feel Rome. - Cinzia was a very friendly hostess: she met us at the Trastevere station, drove us to the place and gave us a thorough introduction to Trastevere. She was available for any questions or queries.
- Luisa (8/5): - Cinzia was a lovely and warm host! She was easy to communicate with and made our stay is Trastevere so memorable. Her place was in a perfect location it was easy to navigate the rest of Rome from here and had all the facilities you need. Cinzia gave us all the best recommendations for the city aswell!

- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place! Our host Cinzia was incredible! So lovely and ensured everything about our stay was perfect! She provided us with the best tips on restaurants, supermarkets, things to do etc… street was really beautiful and close to great restaurants. Walking distance to everywhere in Rome. Will definite visit again!
- Natasha (10/5): Good value for money in beautiful location and Cinzia was very friendly and helpful. - The location was fabulous, and Cinzia went out of her way to greet us & show us around her neighbourhood. The little courtyard was nice retreat to relax after sightseeing. can be noisy at night , but we were so tired after sightseeing it didn’t really affect us.
- Timmee (9/5): Incredible location and outstandingly friendly & kind host & gorgeous courtyard & comfy space 🙏🏼 - Amazing location & gorgeous host. Cinzia did everything she could to make my stay comfortable & memorable 😍
Everything worked well & she provided everything needed to make the place a great ‘home’ for my days there. Maybe the sheets on the bed could be replaced - a relatively minor issue but they were a little uncomfy. I cooked a bit for myself while there so just a few things like salt & pepper & a tea towel would have been great too. But very minor suggestions - overall I was so happy there 🙏🏼
- Katrina (10/5): Fantastic location in a charming neighborhood. - The location, the vibe of the neighborhood, and the charm. The owner was wonderful and helpful, and this was a perfect introduction to the city of Rome. I would love to come back and stay again if we had more time. Nothing!
- Irene (8/5): Real roman life in a nice spot to stay! - The location was wonderful . Real roman life! In the center of Trastevere.A unique place in e cosy street.
The host was very welcoming and shows me around the streets en restaurants. It was clean , good bed , and i loved the little terrace! For me it was allright , but the shower is small!
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Location was wonderful! Huge space, loved the backyard patio. Made friends with the cat outside! Shower is small (but it worked great!)
- Kristýna (3/5): Poor - Location in the centre. THE FIRST PROBLEMS AND COMMUNICATION
(It’s a shame that we were on hurry at the check-in, so we couldn’t solve problems immediately.) When we arrived at the apartment the first night, we found out that the hot water is not working. We also found red flip-flops under the sink and half empty ice tea in the fridge, which obviously left there the people before. After further examination we also noticed, that the shower and the floor seems not cleaned at all (dirt at the shower glass, stains and dust at the floor) and the towels are only new bought, not washed, some of them maybe used and not washed. The following morning I called the owner. She didn’t speek english at all, so some her "friend" helped to solve our problem. He fixed the hot water and sent there some cleaning lady. After the cleaning the bathroom and the floor in bedroom seemed better, but the stairs leading to the yard still seemed not cleaned for months and we still didn’t get clean towels. I wrote the guy that after some problem I expected better solution and he angry replied to do not write him anymore, because he’s not the owner. The day we were leaving the owner wrote me that the flip-flops were for me, so she also obviously lied to me. Terrible communication.
THE BATHROOM
The shower needs to change. The holder of the shower head doesn’t work as it should and it’s rusty. When you turn the shower on, heading to your legs, it squirts into your eyes. The toilet flushing sometimes work, sometimes not.
THE EQUIPMENT
Everything seems very old and used, metal things rusty, the wadrobe seems like it will fall into pieces in short term.
THE DOOR
The main door is just bars with some plate of plastic on it. Which means that you can hear everything. First night we were woken by the garbage men, on friday we could’t sleep untli 3am because of the people going from pubs and bars. The door also allows all the mosquitos let in.
The price is absolutely not reasonable for this.
- Rodolfo (1/5): Can be better - Central area Small shower and Bathroom, hard bed bean bag pillows, loud gathering outside
- Alvia (8/5): Very good -
- Gintare (10/5): Exceptional - Property is really nice and unique. Not fancy but very welcoming. We loved taking chairs out and sitting outside where tourists were passing by and taking pictures of the cats on the street. All around there are places to eat and drink. We loved it as everything was very close in walking distance. And the owner is super great! - thank you for a coffee you left for us! :) As the apartment is just placed for a rent, there were bigger cups (for tea, not coffee) missing :)
