- Ghezzar (1/5): Terrible and dirty apartment with an uncaring host - The location Everything. Host is terrible. The wrong keys were provided to me which meant for the first night, ally valuables were in an unsecured apartment. Info course left after the first night considering I still was not provided keys to the apartment, even after I asked for them multiple times. Garbage was not thrown out and there was a bag of garbage on the balcony! With cigarette butts. Dirty laundry was left in both the washer and dryer. This host should not be allowed to rent out this property ever.

- Pavel (1/5): Bad - very uncomfortable bed, mattress very thin and hard, bed creaks terribly. pillows and bed linen in very bad condition. very poorly cleaned, dirty. Entrance to the apartment through a dirty basement. staff answers every other time and very slowly. I highly do not recommend. Never
- Bethnie (5/5): Good location but property needed to be cleaner - Property is close to west lake and a Lotte shopping mall. Easy to get a grab into the city/old quarter. The washer and dryer is a big bonus. Cheap for a couple nights and ideal if you are not going to be spending much time in the property. Property not clean. Mould in the bathroom, bugs on ceiling. The bin was full so had not been emptied from previous guests which makes me wonder if the place had been thoroughly cleaned between stays. Despite asking for the bin to be emptied, this did not happen during our stay.

Quiet at night Hot water worked well FYI - the google map location takes you to the back of the building. Go to the road in front. The bathroom sink had a lot of mold on it. Enter the property through the garage - no option to enter anywhere else. The weather was cold while I was there, and the room was cold. I asked about heat but was told the unit doesn’t have that option…on the morning I was checking out, I found a space heater in the closet…wish they would have told me about that. Haha. I added 2 nights to my original reservation and for some reason they charged me a higher rate.

- Alice (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is modern with everything you need for a short stay. The big plus is the washer and dryer inside the room (no laundry detergent in the apartment so maybe you can buy your own or ask the staff). Thank you for our contact who we never met but spoke with through Zalo, he always responded quickly and helped us rent a bike and collect a forgotten item of clothing. The explanations for entering the building were clear. /

- Marc (4/5): Not a good experience due to bad bedding. - Not much The bed was so uncomfortable with basically no mattress it left us with sore back and sore neck. It is also located on the opposite side of town to the old quarter where the markets and historical sites are. These are the 2 main reasons that we left after one night and went to different accommodation.

- George (9/5): Lovely - The apartment was comfortable and secure. The location is far away from everything but it is a nice quiet location. It is next to a construction site which was very noisy, started at 6:30 am every morning.

- Jeroen (8/5): Clean and modern appartment to fit all needs - Quiet location next to westlake. Restaurants and mall are on a walkable distance. Appartment has everything available for your needs. Quite a number of ants around the neighbourhood which unfortunately also find their way inside. No signs of infestation. Host was hard to find as there was no reception available. Ultimately contacted via whatsapp and left money behind in specified location. Personal handover would have been preferred.

- Lil (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is so great with full of facilities that we need. I love the little trees in the bathroom, on the fridge and next to the bed. Easy to check in and check out. Flexible time. Its near the Lotte cinema at Kosmo complex and we can enjoy the latest movie there. It is also very near to the newcoming Lotte mall. Everything is just great. We will be back soon.
