- Paul (8/5): - Nice surroundings- quiet and peaceful
- Shen (10/5): -
- Aireen (10/5): amazing granny flat 💛 - I love how quaint and lovely the entire accommodation was. I especially love the warm welcome Scott and his wife gave us. We ended up feeding the enthusiastic goats with chopped up carrots. The granny flat was perfect for a quick getaway, as it has everything you would need. none, everything was lovely.
- Reshmi (8/5): -
- Mel (10/5): Comfortable with country views - Comfortable with country views, granny flat is next to the main house, on a really well-maintained working farm, with cows, goats & chickens. My dog was made to feel welcome too.
- Beverley (10/5): A beautiful tranquil retreat. - Scott has created a wonderful tranquil retreat. It was easy to locate. The property is well maintained. I was in the granny flat which has country views, from two aspects. I could see the 16 very friendly goats, who run up to greet you, in the paddock next door. (They are quiet) and the beautiful angus cattle. I actually preferred to stay and relax in this setting than drive to view the surrounding attractions. A lovely surprise when you open the fridge is a tray of relishes, cheese and crackers and fresh eggs from the hens on the farm. There is a well-equipped kitchen. Instant hot water, thick, fluffy bath sheets. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I hope I get the opportunity to return to relax in this beautiful location. I do not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. N/A

- Suzanna (10/5): Relaxing and my little dog enjoyed it too. - Location was beautiful. There was nothing I didn’t like.
- Deb (8/5): -
- Delyse (9/5): It was a great stay, very comfortable and warm. Great outlook, and the goats 🐐 were rather entertai - I'm sure that the eggs were great, but I didn't have any bread so I couldn't have eggs on toast,
The welcoming cheese and relish was great. Probably just the toast
- Micaela (10/5): - The space and quietness. My dog loved doing zoomies on the expansive lawn and made friends with the goats.
- Chris (10/5): Must visit in a beautiful region of the world. - Hosts were personable and warm in inviting us to their property. The granny flat was in perfect order and cleanliness with a vibe that was in keeping with the property. Cheese platter and fresh farm eggs supplied made us feel special. Plus our dog had a great time. That our stay wasn't longer. We will next time!

There was a lovely cheese platter on arrival. The farm offered me a sense of peace away from the city life. Loved the goats, the cows, and the gardens. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be booking again.

- Steven (9/5): - The room was spacious and simply well decorated.
- Domenico (10/5): - The area was very picturesque.
- Carmel (8/5): Quiet and relaxing stay in a lovely cute cottage. - Outdoor space and location were lovely. It was pet friendly and that was really appreciated. I was expecting we could wander the property but there were fences up so it didn't seem possible and that was a bit disappointing as it was something we were looking forward to doing. Might have been nice to have some other treats available as it is out of town and other places we have stayed at have had bacon, eggs and bread for making breakfast and wine, cheese and chocolates for treats. It is just a suggestion to make it special for guests.
- Russell (8/5): -
- Nielie (10/5): It was fantastic, loved it. - Loved the quietness, it was lovely and very relaxing. The property was very well kept and we loved the animals our dogs had a blast running around the open space. There was a nice little cheese platter and farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge which was awesome.
- Breakspear (10/5): -
- Suzanne (8/5): Nice quite relaxing just far enough from township but close enough to all attractions - Nice and quite Cold draft between main room and bath room. Perhaps a glass door or curtain might have helped
- jodie (10/5): Loved everything about this place - Absolutely amazing place! cheese platter in the fridge on arrival. loved feeding the goats and cows carrots. Bed was comfortable, warm, electric blanket was on the bed ready for the cold nights with heating also. Fire pit, BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Would highly recommend and will be back again. There was nothing we didn’t like although an iron would be a great addition but certainly not essential.
- Diane (10/5): - Very peaceful and only a ten minute drive to stanthorpe.
Beautiful scenery mountains all around.
The granny flat was so comfy and cute N/a
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the Granny Flat and it was perfect for a 2 night stay with our little dog. Loved coming home to complimentary cheese, condiments & eggs. Very warm cosy stay. Close enough to town but far enough away from everything to relax and recharge and watch the sun set at the end of the day. We'll be back!
- Rachelie (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stunning location. Very peaceful and welcoming. Firepit, hottub farm animals. Nothing
- J (10/5): Perfect, cosy stay! - Absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Stanthorpe or those exploring Girraween or Bald Rock National Park. Very close to town but away from it all at the same time. The flat itself was very cosy and tidy, we were very snug despite the cold temperatures while we're there. Although my partner and I don't really eat cheese, the small cheese platter they had on arrival was such a kind gesture. Scott sent through fantastic instructions and was easily available if we needed anything.
This place has everything, wifi, tv, Netflix. Loved that there was a bbq and a firepit too! If you're blessed to have a clear night, go outside and look at the sky. It's magical.
Can't fault this stay! Absolutely nothing
- Mark (10/5): Highly recommend rural retreat, perfect for a memorable stay. - Beautifully maintained; spotlessly clean. Cozy and warm and perfect for our winter stay. The fresh farm eggs and lovely cheese platter that we were given on our arrival were a much appreciated gift. It was all perfect.

- Megan (10/5): We could not have chosen a better place for our 3 night stay in Stanthorpe. All essentials were provided, including a co - The property was in the countryside in a very peaceful location. The Granny Flat was modern and cosy, with a lovely little outdoor sitting area. All the basic amenities were available, and a welcome cheese platter was provided. The gardens were lovely, with an Australian farming theme. The night sky was superb, and the stars were incredible. There were no down sides to the property.
- North (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Top quality spot in all respects. - All aspects were excellent. Topped off by welcome platter to greet us. My wife was greatly impressed with the bed linen. It was on another level.
- Caroline (10/5): Would thoroughly recommend staying here - wonderful hosts and lovely property. - Everything about this mini break was perfect in the granny flat. The hosts were excellent - the keys were in the door waiting for us but the host came over to say hello. The property was small but excellent. The bed was probably the most comfortable one we've ever stayed in, the property was very clean and tidy, the outside was spacious and the hosts didn't mind you walking around the garden. Got to feed their goats and cattle too. As the property is away from the main road, it's incredibly peaceful. There were lots of little touches that were provided such as cheese and crackers in the fridge and fresh eggs. We liked everything so nothing to improve on. For us, it was perfect.
