• Silvia (6/5): It is worth the money due to the location and some basic facilities. - It is very well located with good transport (train (Thameslink to Gatwick), underground (2 nearby stations) and bus (just opposite the apartment with many routes, night bus). The description at the site meets with the actual place and it shows some improvements since last year reviews. The host was very attentive in replying to all doubts promptly. There is still room for some improvements, such as: more kitchen utensils, better mattresses and linens, checking of the electrical wiring and equipments, a more detailed cleaning (eg. there was an empty ice cube bag in the fridge, it was dirty under the toaster), an upgrade on the overall decoration, including the entrance.
• Gabriel (4/5): Bof bof :/ - The location The sheets smelled like they hadn't been properly dried. We couldn't find wifi. Additionally, we saw mice in the apartment.
• Nick (5/5): Not really stunning only used to sleep for one night - Good location. Easy access good communication Beds smelt of damp and creaked all night. Not paticularly clean Lots of horrid stains on sofa no bedding provided for sofa bed.
• Jilly (7/5): A lot of potential - The flat was good for a 1 night stay, with a few small improvements it could be a gem. Good location, and a responsive host! We were not given any WiFi details. On a very hot day a fan or 2 would have been appreciated. Mirrors in the bedrooms and downstairs bathroom would also be good. The 2 plugs in one bedroom were burnt out and therefore unsafe to use. Would happily pay a little extra to have shower gel (the bottles were empty) and tea/coffee provided.

• Diana (5/5): Passable - The location and the size of the flat. Living room was ok. Flat right next to the street, extremely noisy as the windows are not closing properly . Ground floor has only a toilet with no sink to wash your hands at least, or a shower. Upstairs there is a bath and sink but no toilet. Bed sheets dark colour , full of staines. Dark colour towels , you can t even tell if they are clean or not.

• Rebecca (9/5): Clean, comfy flat in a handy location! - Very easy to find in a perfect location for us. It's a 10 minute walk from Tower Bridge along a straight main road. The access looked odd to begin with, as you go through a gate, up some stairs and the door is on the first floor around the back (but that's repurposed old buildings for you!). The important thing is it felt safe and secure, and since the key was in a lock box, we weren't tied to an arrival time, which suited us perfectly. The flat looked great: nicely decorated, very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the sheets and towels were all brand new. We were only there as a bed for the night, but there were great little touches like shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and spices in the kitchen. It could easily work as a base for exploring London for a few days, as long as you don't mind a 10 minute walk to a tube station (which is fine by me!). Overall, I think we were really lucky to find this place! My only issue is that the front bedroom window was a bit dodgy and didn't close properly, so the sound of the traffic on the main road was very loud all night, but I left a note to the host about this.
