• Sara (5/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in guter Lage nahe dem Vatikan mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Ausblick - Die Lage nahe dem Vatikan ist sehr gut und ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Besonders schön war auch das Frühstück mit toller Aussicht vom Hotel Atlante. Das Buffet bot eine gute Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Das Guest House selbst wirkte trotz älterer Einrichtung gepflegt und sauber. Beim Check-in wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass sich das Badezimmer unseres ursprünglich zugewiesenen Zimmers ausserhalb des Zimmers über den Flur befand. Nach der langen Anreise war das enttäuschend, da es nicht unserer Erwartung bzw. Buchung entsprach. Dadurch mussten wir während unseres Aufenthalts auch nochmals alles ein- und auspacken, nachdem wir das Zimmer gewechselt hatten. Die Kommunikation hätte allgemein etwas klarer sein können. Zudem funktionierte das WLAN bei uns leider nicht, da keines der vorhandenen Passwörter gültig war. Die Früchte und das Gemüse beim Frühstück wirkten teilweise etwas weniger frisch. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Zimmer hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt. Für die Art und den Zustand der Zimmer hätten wir normalerweise keinen so hohen Preis erwartet.

• Sophie (7/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very big and there was a wardrobe to hang things up in. The breakfast is wonderful, as are the views. Breakfast is in a separate hotel 2 minutes walk from the guest house, but we knew this when booking and it was not a problem. We were supplied with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great if you are interested in the Vatican. The bathroom for our room was across the hall which we didn't know upon booking, however it was private and modern. We noticed a few ants in the bathroom too.

Alguna hormiga en la habitación y carteles de cerrar ventanas por la seguridad, no es tanto por el aviso sino por el “miedo” o inseguridad a dejar las cosas en la habitación.
• Agata (10/5): Gelungener Urlaub in Rom - - fantastisches Frühstück in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel - sehr freundliches Personal - sehr guter Service - tolle Lage, vor allem nahe am Vatikan und an der Engelsburg, aber auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen (z.T. auch zu Fuß) - viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés direkt an der Unterkunft, insgesamt eine schöne Gegend - gut isolierte Fenster - Kühlschrank im Zimmer Wie bereits oft erwähnt, ist die Unterkunft tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas aufgefrischt werden, uns hat das aber nicht gestört, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Vorteile überwogen. Wer jedoch Wert auf moderne Ausstattung legt, soll etwas anderes buchen.

Reservamos una habitación con baño privado, pero el baño no estaba en la habitación. Era privado pero había que salir, cruzar el pasillo y entrar en otro espacio, lo que resultaba muy incomodo. El anuncio debería indicar esto, ya que no pone nada.

• Bill Britton (3/5): Didn't feel secure. - We ended up staying at another of their properties, the Atlantis Garden. The doors didn't lock for the unattached bathroom and bedroom either. There was no safe in the room, which made it feel less secure. So the property managers made arrangements for us to stay at their hotel nearby.

• Chlirim (5/5): Sehr gute und praktische Lage. Das Fruehstueck war gut. Das Zimmer hingegen war extrem alt, roch muffig und entsprach ni - Die Lage und das Frühstück. Extrem zu alt! Fuer das Geld haette ich etwas anderes erwartet! Kein 24h-Parkplatz – sehr enttaeuscht! Ich bin gegen 23:00 Uhr angekommen und der Hotelparkplatz war geschlossen. Ich musste fast zwei Stunden nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Das Personal hat sich ueberhaupt nicht dafuer interessiert, was ich mit meinem Auto mache. Ich fuehlte mich allein gelassen – mitten in der Nacht, zum ersten Mal in Rom und mit einem sehr teuren Auto.

• Adrian (9/5): Bardzo miłe, zaciszne miejsce - Samo miejsce noclegowe znajduje się przy spokojnej uliczce, gdzie rosną pomarańcze. Mieszkania są dobrze wyposażone w sprzęt kuchenny, oliwę, przyprawy. W środku dużo szafek, regałów na rzeczy. Na śniadania należało przejść ulicę, gdyż znajdowały się w innym, należącym do tej samej firmy hotelu. Śniadania były fantastyczne, typowo włoskie, ale też było kilka potraw typu kontynentalnego. Największą furorę robiło możliwość wypicia soku ze słodkich świeżo wyciskanych pomarańczy, które były przepyszne. Piękny widok na Watykan umilał śniadanie. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Możliwość przechowania bagaży po wymeldowaniu się. Choć ogólne wrażenia były bardzo dobre istniało kilka mankamentów. Ściany pomiędzy pokojami były bardzo cienkie, przez co było bardzo słychać to, co działo się w pokoju obok. Myślę, że warto byłoby również trochę bardziej zadbać o czystość na podwórku trochę pozamiatać, posprzątać zeschnięte liście i pomarańcze, które pospadały z drzewa.

The guestroom is spacious and clean. The housekeeper replenishes the towels and toiletries every day. Orange Garden Guest House is a pleasant 10-minute walk (700m) from St. Peter's Square. Orange Garden Guest House is also 10-minutes (700m) from OTTAVIANO Metro Line A station. There's also a TAXI stand that is 3 minutes away. Breakfast was provided at Atlante Star Hotel which is no more than 100 meters away. First of all, the staff were extremely cordial. Secondly breakfast had a wide variety to fill anyone's appetite. It included scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, waffles, mini pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice as well as other deliciou juice flavors. They provided a variety of cold cuts (York ham, sausage, turkey) and cheese. Bread and pastries. A natural honeycomb with fresh honey. Coffee or they would offer to prepare a delicious Capuccino. The views of St. Peter's Basilica from the restaurant were the icing on the cake.
• Claudia (8/5): La terrazza vale il viaggio. Ottimo rapporto posizione/prezzo - La sala della colazione con la vista su San Pietro vale il viaggio. Avevamo prenotato una stanza nella dependance a pochi metri ma all'arrivo ci hanno dato una stanza nel corpo centrale della struttura. Una comodità molto apprezzata. La stanza molto buia perchè affacciata nel cortile interno proprio sopra i motori dell'aria condizionata abbastanza rumorosi, ma in ogni caso dotata di tutti i comfort.

• Alfred (1/5): - Breakfast, location Disappointing Experience – Misleading Photos and Poor Maintenance This has been one of the most disappointing guesthouse experiences I’ve had so far. The photos shown on the listing are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality that awaits you. The rooms look nothing like what is advertised. Accessing the guesthouse is quite complicated—you need to go through a total of six doors: the main entrance gate, another internal door, an old-style elevator with an iron gate, followed by two wooden doors, and finally, the guesthouse door itself. Even after entering, the guesthouse is divided into three separate rooms, requiring yet another door before you finally reach your own. The room itself lacked basic amenities such as disposable slippers. While the space was acceptable in size, it appeared much larger in the photos. I had specifically requested a room with a bathtub, and while one was present, the tub was missing a stopper, making it unusable. Additionally, the showerhead holder was broken, forcing me to hold the showerhead in one hand while trying to bathe with the other—an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Aside from the cleaning staff, no one from the team was courteous or even offered a simple greeting. Overall, I found the service to be lacking and the atmosphere unwelcoming. I would not recommend this guesthouse unless significant improvements are made, both in terms of accuracy in advertising and hospitality.

• Uwe (5/5): - Zimmer waren sauber und nach dem Problem im 1. Zimmer wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Super Blick auf den Petersdom. Mussten am 1. Tag umziehen da die Toilette undicht war (war nur mit Silikon am Boden befestigt) und das Zimmer so nicht bewohnbar war. Zimmer waren relativ dunkel, nicht alle Lampen haben funktioniert und auch. Ich alle Steckdosen waren funktionsfähig.
• Uwe (1/5): - Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im Orange Garden gebucht hatte mussten wir feststellen,daß die Zimmer unzumutbar waren. Nach der Reklamation im Haupthaus" Atlante Star Hotel" könnten wir sofort zwei Zimmer beziehen. Diese waren top 😸. Die Unterkunft war in stickig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Spülung der Toilette war undicht so daß das Bad unter Wasser stand. Die Unterkunft war dadurch unbewohnbar.

• Elisa (5/5): Cambio de habitación - La ubicacion , las vistas del hotel desde la sexta planta que es donde se desayuna. El buffet del desayuno, genial , muy recomendable. El orange era un hotel a parte del principal, solo estuvimos una noche , porque a las 01:30am quisieron abrir la puerta, entiendo que como había otras 2 habitaciones , se equivocaron. Pero pedir cambiar de habitación al hotel principal y no hubo problemas.

• jessy (2/5): Coppia - Capodanno romano - Vista mozziafiato dalla sala colazione su San Pietro, vicinanza a San Pietro, metro e vari punti della città, zona tranquilla. Abbiamo riprenotato dopo due anni questa struttura per il piacevole ricordo, purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva: B&B situato a 300mt di un noto hotel stellato dove viene servita la colazione a 9 piano (unica nota positiva). B&B risulta nel suo complesso molto trascurato e il livello di manutenzione e comfort è ben al di sotto delle aspettative e di quanto pubblicizzato. La camera assegnata non corrisponde alle foto presenti. Il bagno presenta diverse criticità: muffa intorno alla finestra, assenza di una termoarredo, rubinetteria fortemente incrostata dal calcare. È stato difficoltoso fare una semplice doccia: vasca da bagno inaccettabile, doccia inesistente e vi suggerisco di acquistare un salisendi. Per la cronaca, è presente una cassetta di primo soccorso con prodotti aperti evidentemente utilizati e SCADUTI. Disponibili coperte: vecchie! Mobilia datata e rotta, coperte vecchie, pareti sgretolate, carta da parati mal incollata e gonfia. Disponibile una cucina: inguardabile e odore sgradevole. Al nostro arrivo: camera fredda e non riscaldata. Aggiungo che anche la colazione dolce e salata è stata mediocre, anzi di livello decisamente inferiore a quello dell'esperienza precedente: brioche secche (cosa che mi ha lasciata perplessa) e per il resto nella norma di una qualsiasi struttura ricettiva. Il prezzo pagato per una notte (214€ circa) non è accettabile. Il B&B fa parte di un noto hotel di lusso, motivo per cui le aspettative erano naturalmente più alte. È chiaro che un B&B non sia una struttura a 5 stelle, tuttavia gli standard minimi di qualità, manutenzione e coerenza dovrebbero essere garantiti.
• Esteban (7/5): No justifica el precio - La ubicación era fantástica, muy cerca a todo, el restaurante una vista excepcional y el personal con muy buen trato Realmente es increíble que en ninguna parte digan que el extra para las mascotas es de €40 por noche, y en las indicaciones decían que el parking era gratuito y nos cobraron €50 euros por noche, el parking era lejos del hotel y se enojaban cuando pedía el carro para dar un paseo o sacar algo. Realmente por el precio que se pagó hay mejores cosas, otra cosa importante es que son habitaciones en una casa continua al hotel

I don't know where to start. 1The room is a few blocks from the hotel. They told us that our room was in another hotel, but the check-in was in another hotel. It's strange. After walking to the room in the rain, we got a room that was below all expectations. It's a tourist trap.The room was smelly, the bathroom smelled of mold and the dampness of the place was beyond reproach.

La chambre et la salle de bain un peu vieillottes, mais très propres, nettoyage et changement des draps et serviettes tous les jours

In bathroom - not a single shelf for cosmetics, not enough towel hangers. Defective power outlets, in the morning I was left with 3% of battery. Strange, loud mechanical noises behind the wall during the night. Double bed (joined single beds) had hard uncomfortable parts in the middle. Poor wifi signal strength, even local streaming to TV wasn't working properly.

• KAREN (9/5): I would recommend because of the location. - It was so close to the Vatican And so many choices of restaurants on the Borgo Pio. The room was kind of old and the tub was very tall hard to get in and out with bad hips and ankle.
• Peter (9/5): Fijn verblijf - Het ontbijt was heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid, met voor ieder wat wils. Alles was vers en met zorg bereid, wat de dag perfect begon. De bedden lagen bovendien erg comfortabel, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen en uitgerust aan de ochtend begonnen. Ook de ontvangst was buitengewoon vriendelijk — we voelden ons direct welkom en goed verzorgd. Tot slot is de locatie echt ideaal: centraal gelegen.

First he gave us very small room only for two people despite we were three. We told him that we cannot stay there he replied it is too small??? He was no even aware of room had only one double sized bed. only after then he changed our room. No hot water and only slightly warm water that room. Fortunately we stayed only for two night. Total disappointment and we really dont know what happened to our initial booking of Orange Garden

• Philipp (3/5): Es war die Unterkunft mit dem schlechtesten Preis/Leistungsverhältis in dem ich je war. - Eingang: Die kleinen Blechtüre weit neben der angegebenen Adresse ist (ohne Führung nach Check-in) unauffindbar. Eine grössere Beschriftung fehlt. Check-in: Adresse in der Booking-Anweisung nicht vollständig (nur Strassenangabe plus Nummer aber ohne Hotelnahme). Die Einheimischen konnten nicht helfen und ich hatte lange, bis ich den Ort fand. Zimmer ok. aber nur leicht erhöht über dem Gehsteig. Bei offenem Fenster hört man bis tief in die Nacht jedes Wort der Passanten. Frühstück ab 7:00 und Lokalität ist grossartig. Aber ich musste vor 7:00 die Rückreise antreten. Ein Kaffee war nicht zu haben (auch im Zimmer hatte es keine Kaffeemaschine) und der Inhalt der mitgegebene Frühstückbox absolut beschämend (für eine Unterkunft von deutlich über 200 Euro pro Nacht).

Hotel oferuje pyszne śniadania, gdzie mamy szeroki wybór, zatem każdy znajdzie cis dla siebie. Największą jednak atrakcja hotelu jest niesamowity widok z restauracji i tarasu widokowego na Watykan i bazylikę Św Piotra. Polecam każdemu kto szuka miejsca w dobrej lokalizacji ale tez ciszy spokoju i pięknych widoków. Wszyko bylo ok.

• Micaela (9/5): The experience was beyond my expectations. We stayed on a quiet side place, away from the hotel, but we ate breakfast at - Clean, quiet and comfortable.

• Danette (10/5): I highly recommend and will happily stay again there! - Spacious rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Close to the Vatican and buses. Everything was great.
• Juan (5/5): Good location, but too expensive for the experience - The place is well located, close to the Vatican City, the Ottaviano Metro Station and several restaurants/convenience stores. It's a private property with small rooms. The bed is comfortable and perfect for 2 people. It has a big closet and a proper bathroom. It's big enough to have a good stay. -. The Air Conditioning was faulty. It took it several hours to cool the room. It was noisy as well. - The TV never worked. I reported it to the staff but they didn't do anything about it. - The power outlets were terrible. Very old and faulty. One of my chargers ended up damaged. - The bathroom had a bathtub and a hand shower. Unfortunately, the hand shower did not have a proper location to be used as a regular shower. - The room had a weird smell, like moisture - The lighting in the room is pretty poor. It only had one ceiling bulb at the entrance. The two bedside lamps were not very bright.

• Phyllis (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was very helpful. The location was very good. On one day our room was not done even though we complained two times with the receptionist .
• Minna (7/5): Served it’s purpose - Breakfast at the hotel side is ”ok”, the staff is very friendly and the view to the Vatican is spectacular. This is not for a romantic getaway but serves it’s purpose as a place to sleep. The best thing is the view of the hotel side terrace and the breakfast room with a view. It’s a short walk to the hotel from the guest house. The guest house is old, very run out but the bathroom was kept clean and also the bed. I don’t like the traditional blanket used between sheets instead of a duvet. It doesn’t give a clean feeling even if it might be. The carpet floor of the room had stains. Room prices in Rome are high, you pay a lot for a very basic setting. Four nights in this place was a bit too much.
