El baño muy limpio y buen aroma El tren pasa por fuera y en unos minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad La cocina estaba full equipada Si bien están las instrucciones en la aplicación, la comunicación es bastante seca para pedir detalles del ingreso Yo viajé con mis padres, ellos quedaron en camas. La tercera cama era el sillón, que no es tan confortable. Si van 2 personas, creo que quedarían bastante más cómodas que 3.
• Olivier (8/5): - Appartement confortable, au calme, dans un quartier disposant de commerces. Relativement proche du centre de Brussel. L'arrivée et le départ autonome sont très pratiques. Cela ne m'a pas gêné , mais à savoir, l'appartement est à l'étage, accès pas un escalier assez étroit.

• Susanne (7/5): Netter Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen - Die Wohnung war gemütlich, und das Bett sehr bequem. Im Bad war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Gute Anbindung an die Tram, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht vorhanden, trotz mehrmaliger Versuche schriftlich und telefonisch keine Rückmeldung. Bis einen Abend vor Abflug keine Antwort, erst als meine Tochter eine Anfrage auf Französisch gestellt hat, kam eine Rückmeldung. Also Französisch Sprachige Personen okay, sonst keine Antwort. Wohnung nur über Treppen in den zweiten Stock zu erreichen, also für Menschen mit Handicap nicht geeignet. Innenliegenes Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster neben Badezimmer, nur Luft über ofene Tür von Bad. Küche und Bad könnten sauberer sein, sonst okay.
• Gábor2011 (10/5): - 3 vagy 4 ember számára kényemes apartman, két külön szobával, ebből az egyik egyben nappali és konyha is. Metrótól kb 1 km, de van villamos is. Konyha és fürdőszoba mindennel fölszerelve. Bolt is van a közelben. A tulajdonos csak franciául beszél, de igazából nem volt olyan probléma, ami miatt ez nehézséget jelentett volna. Számunkra tökéletes választás volt.

• Jocelyne (10/5): Je recommande cet appartement. - Je n'avais pas vu dans la description de l'appartement que dans la chambre, il n'y avait que deux lits jumeaux, donc seul bémol pour ma part. Pourtant en relisant le descriptif, c'était effectivement indiqué.

• Victoria (2/5): Owner deceived me with invoice - Conditions are according to photos. I had everything for stay 3 nights. I now have a serious problem with accounting and taxes because I didn't receive an invoice from the owner. Before check-in, I contacted the owner several times to explain that I had paid through my business account and that this was a business trip. The owner promised to issue an invoice after check-in. During check-in, I reminded the owner again that I needed an invoice, and he assured me I would get it. On the second day, and again before check-out, I followed up via the Booking chat, but nothing happened. After check-out, I contacted the owner multiple times through the Booking chat, WhatsApp, and even Booking Customer Support. I never received any response through any of these channels. I can’t call the owner directly because we don’t share a common language — I don’t speak French, and the owner doesn’t speak English. Although the owner was polite, I cannot recommend this apartment for business trips. The stress and unexpected tax implications from this issue have completely outweighed any positive experiences I had during my stay. It appears that the property may be rented illegally, and the owner deceived me regarding the invoice.
• CHANTAL (8/5): Très bon séjour dans un chouette quartier bruxellois - Très bonne situation géographique, quartier très sympa et animé ; logement spacieux et bien aménagé ; hôte très gentil ;j'ai eu un petit problème de température de douche, l'hôte est venu immédiatement et a réglé le problème ; logement calme ; j'ai apprécié qu'il y ait dans la cuisine du papier essuie-tout, ce qui est rarement le cas Le seul petit bémol de cet appartement est le manque de lumière du jour dans le salon et la cuisine, mais on passe rarement la journée dans l'appartement, et par ailleurs la salle de bains est très lumineuse et donne beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre, donc on y trouve quand même son compte

• S (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent 1 bedroom apartment with equipped kitchen. The location is close to tram and metro making it very accessible despite that it is not at the very centre of the city. There are bars with live music nearby (Piña) which is an added bonus. Beniamin was very helpful and answered all my English questions despite that he didn't speak English. Check-in is relatively early and checkout is relatively late which makes it ideal for those visiting Brussels only for 1-2 nights. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Someone was turn on the music at 2 am. Property is nice but dusty. The dinning room & living shake when the train ( trump ) passes.

• Paweł (9/5): This is the perfect place for travelers who value their autonomy - Very clean and spacious apartment. It felt like living in a flat away from my flat. I was left to my own devices, which I prefer when travelling. I never even met the owners, but I still appreciate the effort they put into making this apartment a near perfect place for a temporary stay. I understand why no one lives in this apartment full-time, however I know that those things are outside of the owner's control. Every 15-20 minutes, the whole apartment jumps and shakes a little, whenever a tram is passing by. And the shared bathroom is a bit of a turn-off for me. However, none of these things are a deal-breaker, and I still found the apartment to be amazing.

The host was responsive and friendly even though she did not speak English. Having to leave the apartment to use the bathroom a floor down and the last night someone was playing music really loud:until after 3 in the morning.
• Karen (10/5): Great apartment, great price, great host - Beautiful apartment, good amenities, spotless and bed really comfortable. Really friendly and helpful host. Bathroom listed as shared but didn't see anyone else using it. Tram stop across the street or 30 minute walk through shopping streets to city centre. Plenty of restaurants and a corner shop nearby, sushi place round the corner really good. Felt safe walking at night alone. Not a problem for me but be aware it's up a couple of flights of stairs. Street noisy at times on weekend but can't hear from the bedroom.

• Helen (9/5): Nice place to stay - Good communication with the owner. He was there at the agreed time to let me into the apartment without any hassle. Well set out apartment with everything that was required for the stay. Good to have a washing machine available. Close to tram stop to get into the city centre. Some good supermarkets and eateries close by Not an issue for me, but there were 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. Toilet/bathroom was private but in a separate room down a flight of stairs, so would not be the best if there are mobility issues. A bit of noise from the tram line that runs outside the apartment in the kitchen and lounge areas, but the bedroom is at the back of the unit and quite quiet once the door is closed

• Stevie (10/5): More good news from a returning guest - This was my second time in this apartment. I chose it again because I was satisfied the first time. The strong points are still the location, the cleanliness and the flexibility of the hosts. (This time I had to leave later than the check-out time, and we found a good solution.) A bonus: the "Joli Jolie" coctail bar on the ground floor is a cool place - it is open until late night, the drinks they offer are fine and the prices are moderate (for the neighborhood). Because of the nice weather I opened the window(s). The good news: the windows' sound insulation is superb. The bad news: the street is noisy at all times, even late at night (tram, trucks + a hostel opposite the street). The noise is gone once you close the windows, but if you want some fresh air you'll get some street noise too.

• Stevie (10/5): Unexpected insight into a Belgian middle class family's life - Excellent location: next door to the Chatelain, the Bohemian quarter of Brussels. There are bus and tramway stops nearby, so with the well organized Brussels public transport system everything is within easy reach. The host was nice: even though my flight was delayed, and I arrived late in the evening (around 10 p.m), Beniamin waited for me with the keys. The apartment itself was nice: recently renovated with high quality furniture and fittings. It was nice and warm on chilly Februray nights. It's on the top floor of a typical Brussels house - on the lower floors the host and his family live. You have an excellent opportunity to study a Belgian middle class family's house from the inside. The bathroom: even though it is stated that this is a shared bathroom, I agree with several other reviewers that it is not shared with others literally. It seemed to me that I was the only person who used it. The only issue is that it opens from a common space. But even that was not very common: it was simply outside the room. As other reviewers noted there are no decent windows with a view. This is the top floor, and the widows are low. There is enough light, though. There are four single beds in the bedroom. For some it would be more convenient to have a double bed.

Host was very nice and friendly. I arrived late due to eurostar but they waited for me and handed me over the key. During my stay, they were communicative and available. Facilities are great with clean toilet and well-equipped kitchen. This apartment can be noisy for some people, as you can hear trams passing from early in the morning till late in the evening. There are a few restaurants and bars right next to the apartment and it can be noisy. One evening during my stay, a party went on with extremely loud music playing until very late and I could barely sleep. I raised it with the owner but they said it was due to a birthday party in the bar and there was nothing they could do about it. In addition, this place offers 3 single beds without a double bed.

The host lives in the same building, however speaks limited english. Bathroom is big and well equiped The problems are minor: - very steep staires to 2nd floor (no problem for me as I did not have a big suitcase) - bathroom is not en suit but half a floor down from the apartment - the windows are very small so not too much daylight (did not disturb me)

• Katja (8/5): Very good - Central location, big rooms, modern kitchen. The street is very lively, so not exactly quiet in the evenings, but was not a concern for me. The bedroom is on the back yard side, so it is more quiet. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is shared with another apartment, but I've never came across the people I've been sharing bathroom with. On the down side, the room is rather dark - the windows are small and at the knee height, but maybe that's not too bad in the summer. The weather was quite hot during my stay, but it didn't get too hot in the apartment. There could also be a bit more dishes and utensils in the kitchen. I direly missed a teapot and a kettle, as well as a bottle opener.
