• HanChul (1/5): Misleading listing with poor cleanliness, broken facilities, and an overall uncomfortable and disapp - Very disappointing stay. The apartment is worn out and has an unpleasant smell. Sheets were not clean and had visible hair. Several things were broken, including lights, the toilet, and the shower door. The shower door is either damaged or missing parts, causing water to spill out every time. There is no bathroom ventilation, which has led to mold throughout. Overall, the condition is far worse than the photos suggest. I would not recommend staying here. One good thing, faster internet. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The listing advertises “free parking,” but it is actually just street parking, which is extremely limited and based on luck. Even when you find a spot, neighbors may double park and block your car, which happened to us. We had to honk multiple times just to leave. The surrounding area also did not feel safe, and I would not feel comfortable walking alone at night. This was before even entering the apartment. Inside, everything was worn out and poorly maintained. The floors are old, the entire place has a strong, unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair, and when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a significant amount of dust and dirt behind it. Several things were broken, including lights, the toilet, and the shower door. The shower door appears incomplete or damaged, causing water to spill out every time you shower. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which has led to mold throughout. Honestly, the condition was so dirty and smelly that we did not even want to stay inside. It’s frustrating because with some basic maintenance and proper cleaning, this place could be much better. However, in its current state, it is far below expectations. I really wanted to like this place for the value, but when an apartment is worn out, unclean, and poorly maintained, the price does not justify the experience. I am sharing this so others do not rely solely on the photos, which can be misleading and negatively impact your trip.

• Manni (7/5): Good apartment - It has shower gel, shampoo, coffe, dishwasher soap. Nice neighborhood close to metro and still in zone 1. The host is very kind and helpful. It has a washing machine but there's no detersive for that. When we entered the house we've been welcome by a stinky smell coming from the bathroom. We reported it to the host and he was very kind since he said that he could come to the property that afternoon and try to fix it. The problem is that it shouldn't happen at first. The sofa bed is the cheapest sofa bed you can find.

• Volodymyr (9/5): Nice place on the quiet part of the city. - Having a kitchen is nice. As a separate shower. More I didn't need, but got fast wifi (500+ Mbit), A/C to keep kids warm, comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The key box helps with check in, you can come basically anytime and don't disturb a host for that. Towels, shower gel, blankets - all were there. Nice ship playground with some sliding rope nearby. The fridge was noisy on the 3 level. I changed it to 1-2 to make it go to sleep more often. I think it's not a property's fault, but it's simply hard to find any good budget option in Barcelona even in January.
• Udhaya (5/5): Can manage for a day. For longer, would recommend a better place. - Very close to Metro and Lidl. Walkable to westfield mall. Bathroom was very congested. No lock from inside the door. No reason for two toilet seats next to each other. Felt very uneasy using it. Shower was very cramped that I kept rubbing on cold wall. Washing machine was situated in an unclean balcony.
