• Ellis (4/5): Probably a better option for the summer than winter. - The location was lovely and the boat was cute. Not having shore power, the boat relied on battery powered lights and provided a charge port in the bathroom - no other electrical system. The propane heater worked effectively in part of the vessel, but didn't heat the entire boat. It was very cold. There's still some upgrading to do.

• Joanne (7/5): - L'expérience est très intéressante et agréable. Les lits étaient confortables et le propriétaire était vite là s'il y avait un souci dans la péniche. La péniche n'était pas très large mais nous pouvions dire qu'il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait. Le fait qu'elle soit en autonomie maximale est peut-être un petit bémol car nous avons eu des soucis avec la chaleur de l'eau et de sa quantité. (Eau froide ou trop chaude, impossible de la régler à une température convenable, prise de la douche en moins de 2 min et l'espace douche n'est pas très large). Chauffage au gaz à surveiller et à éteindre. Batterie externe pour l'électricité et à éteindre.

• James (10/5): - Location to tube and central London excellent. Friendly and helpful host, who also took us on a private tour of the canal. Which was an excellent way to end our city break. Would recommend a canal break at least once in your life. It's great fun and experience you will not forget.
• Laura (7/5): Lovely :) - Me and my fiancé are hoping to buy a boat one day, so this was a great experience and great location! So cosy and has everything you need. The shower wasn’t the best but did the job :)
• Emma (9/5): A peaceful wholesome stay away from the hustle and bustle but comvimient access to all London has to offer. - Powys was a unique, comfy peaceful place to stay in the heart of London. The 3 double beds were extremely comfortable and nothing beat sitting outside sipping our coffee in the morning sun watching the birds, boats and passers by. It was easy to find, and Thomas communicated everything brilliantly. We loved our ride up the canal, past the zoo up to Camden. An unforgettable and special trip thank you so much! Nothing! Thomas was upfront about the limitations of the boat - I’ve spent a lot of time in motorhomes so used to the cassette toilet and didn’t mind a quick wash!

• Gemma (10/5): - Really comfy, great explanation of how things work and excellent location. Very quiet area, with great access to several tube stations. A new experience for all of us on a canal boat, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
• Laetitia (2/5): Incompréhensible pour un établissement sur booking - L'emplacement était super et le propriétaire des lieux très sympathique. Il a fait son possible pour que tout se passe bien. Il s'est montré réactif sur nos demandes. Néanmoins, la péniche est très humide, notre linge personnel était humide, la couette le matin également. Le système de chauffage (bioétahanol) nous a semblé très dangereux (le détecteur s'est déclenché au bout de 20minutes et pas forcément efficace. Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche durant TOUT le séjour, la question de quitter ce lieu nous a traversé l'esprit. C'est la première fois que cela nous arrive avec Booking et nous sommes très déçus. Dommage car le propriétaire est très sympathique.
