• Alan (3/5): It was very, very uncomfortable trying to sleep through extremely cold nights without heating. - Location was convenient for the purposes of the visit. The very, very cold nature of the accommodation with a veiled threat that if the heaters were turned on or the Water Heater was used for more than thirty minutes per day then extra charges would be applied. This was NOT explained nor declared with any clarity during the booking process.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Value for money accommodation at Strovolos - My spouse and I spent a whole week at City Sunshine Strovolos flat both on business and visiting friends. The apartment is located in a super quiet and upmarket suburb of Nicosia. It provides for a free and conveniently covered parking space. The premises were spot clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the double bed comfortable and the bathroom functional. The Alfamega supermarket is located some 15 min. walking. Landlady Ms Alexia, while away overseas, was available at all times on her mobile phone to provide guidance and assistance. WiFi was perfect. Everything was fine.

• Lynette (10/5): Very pleasant accommodation in a convemient location at good value for money. - Alexia proved to be a marvellous host with great communication skills. The check in process was clearly expalined, accompanied with quite a few photos describing the layout and facilities of the unit. The unit was spotlessly clean and very well setup. The unit itself was fully serviced and very comfortable. All amenities required were included, including a fully functional kitchen. Two large balconies would be quite pleasant in summer. The location was very convenient. A large supermarket was quite close, as were the major motorways leading west and south. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Nothing really to criticize. The unit fully met our requirements.
