• Erika (5/5): OK ale chce to trošku viac hygieny - Lokalita bola živšia to sme ale vedeli do čoho ideme, okná ale celkovo dobre tesnili takže okej. Chceli sme využiť pračku ale nejak sme sa nepochopili alebo sme si zle preložili programy a nepodarilo sa nám dobre oprať. Boli sme len dve noci takže to bolo okej mali sme kúpené dve izby, jedna dosť zvláštnym spôsobom smrdela a nešlo to vyvetrať vždy sa ten smrad obnovil, matrac bol celkom tvrdý ale to neberiem ako niečo zlé. No a v druhej izbe to bolo horsie asi aj ked tam nič nesmrdelo ale pani prenajímateľka si asi myslela, že keď dá na matrac obliečku tak sa zakryjú tie dve veľké krvavé škvrny čo tam boli.. bolo to nechutné, spala tam moja mama a musela byť celý čas v teplákoch nakoľko jej to bolo vcelku nepríjemné

• Feleasha (8/5): Fine accommodation - Place was absolutely fine, nothing special. Bed and bathroom, and kitchenette. Pretty close to all the action in shibuya but still pretty quiet in its location It really is just a room. No added info on things to do eat ect. No staff to ask or help if needed.

• hirokorokoro (8/5): 渋谷の繁華街のど真ん中で便利 - 駅近で便利な立地。一部屋丸っと使えて快適。ベッドが大きかった。二人がけソファもあってよかった。トイレとお風呂が別でよかった。部屋は綺麗だった。 温水洗浄機能の付きトイレだったが温水洗浄が作動しなかったのでメンテナンスをしておいて欲しかった。 そして便座は冷たかった。鏡がお風呂場に顔が見える程度のサイズがあるだけで、部屋にはなく着替えやヘアメイクに困った。 部屋にも鏡（できれば姿見）があればよかった。お風呂場とトイレの換気扇の音が非常にうるさいので夜はバスルームを乾かすのを断念して眠った。使い捨てスリッパや、ルームウエアがあるとよかった。あと、バスタオルだけだったのでフェイスタオルもあるとよかった。キッチン上の棚にあったカップとグラスが古くて汚れていたので使う気になれなかった。もっと綺麗なものを用意して欲しい。

• Nils (9/5): Gut, bin zufrieden. - Lage war gut und Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Unkomplizierter Checkin. Ich bin zufrieden und würde wieder dort buchen. Es war sauber, aber es hätte sauberer sein können. Große Flecken an den Vorhängen und Waschbecken war etwas dreckig.
• Melissa (7/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für erste Tokio Erkundungen - Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr einfacher Checkin und Checkout über Anweisungen. Das Bett quietscht stark und ist relativ klein. Zu den 30qm Fläche ist der Flur einberechnet. Nachts hört man ab und zu Betrunkene auf der Straße. Waschmaschine war vorhanden aber nur ein Teelöffel Pulver. Toller Ausblick leider keine Stühle auf dem Balkon. Nur zwei Handtücher, keine Tücher fürs Händewaschen oder Geschirr.

• Jenny (1/5): :( - Non They double booked us, there were people in the room that we booked. waited for 4 hours before a solution was made. :( we agreed for a refund and they moved us to a place very far from what we booked (2 train rides away). This made the start of our trip in Japan very tiring. The new location where they moved us is not just far but also not accessible specially having a 3 y/o with us. Very very upsetting.

Enough room for two people to put their large suitcases in. No hot water available in the bathroom. Bathroom was very small and hard to fit anything in there. Also staff did not provide enough towels, however provided some new towels upon my request.
• Shira (9/5): We loved it!! - The location is great, you have everything you need in the apartment, for two people it was spacious, with a lot of storage space. Very good value for money. We absolutely loved it! Entering the apartment at first was a bit difficult but we managed. There is no luggage storage before check in/ after check out. The curtain was a bit dirty. Besides that everything was absolutely perfect!

Good heating. Laundry. No reception, easy directions for self check-in. Good communication. All good.

Sink drain had not been cleaned, was mouldy. Blanket on the bed was very stained. Directions a little confusing to open the mail box to get the key.
• Grace (9/5): Superb - Great location! Washing machine included (not that we used it) plus other great amenities and air con! Bed was hard but that is typical for japan. Construction was going on outside of building so our balcony view was full of scaffolding but not the end of the world
• Gregory (6/5): Fine for a not too expensive last minute booking but buisness hotels are probably better. - Great central location. Decently clean. Affordable option if you don’t mind the area. Host never responded to any questions or concerns, even when a neighbour complained about dirty laundry left in the hallway from a pervious guest. There is no permit displayed on door which is concerning. Not very much instruction on how to operate equipment.

• Blake (10/5): Amazing and will definitely stay there again! - Loved the location and how clean it was! Check in process was smooth as well. Only issue I had was that there were no batteries in the remote to control the light in the bedroom. So unfortunately we were not able to dim it in the evening :(
• Julia (7/5): Good - The location is good and after the team came to clean the apartment it was a pleasent stay We arrived at the apartment at 17:00 and the apartment was not cleaned, we contact the property and after 1h the team came to clean. We lost 2h of our short trip due to this mess.

• Alia (10/5): Fantastic Shibuya stay - Fantastic location close to the heart of Shibuya. Convenient for visiting everything in Tokyo. Very clean and quite quiet. It is quite small, even for 2 people (with large suitcases). But still it was fun and we will come back for sure again.
