- Ahmed (9/5): Superb - The property was well organized and equipped. It was located in a comfortable neighborhood, which was near major tourists destination by walking around 30-40 minutes, in case you don’t love walking you have two undergraduate stations near you around 10-15 minutes walk that will solve your problem. We stayed for about 8 days, without facing any issues. The host was easy to reach and very responsive, all required informations like check in, exact location, WIFI password were provided before accommodation. The host was kind in extending our check-out to 4:30 p.m., but he said the cleaning staff might come on 2:00 p.m.. However, we left at 4:30 p.m. and still they didn’t come. Highly recommend The closet in upper bedroom was not working properly
- Maria (1/5): Extremely disappointed and hosts do not care. I WANT A FULL REFUND - Nothing - it was the most dirty place I have stayed in. Disliked everything about the place as it was so disgusting and dirty. Hosts never reply.
- Nathan (8/5): Great property and friendly staff. - Beautiful apartment in a great location. Staff were great and supported us with an issue we had that wasn’t their fault. Some minor maintenance works required, but it seems the property are already aware as temporary fixes are in place.
- Ruth (5/5): location was great and space was fantastic - Space the apartment offered was brilliant. The location was also very good. A number of things were missing or broken in the apartment as well as dirty in places. The instant hot tap was not working. No kettle to replace so had to boil water on the hob. There was a bathroom leak in the GF front en-suite, and the master bedroom bath had bath plug cover that was not connected. The cleanliness could of been better - all the flooring was dirty and with dust and crumbs. Some of the windows had no stop locks on them so opening and leaving windows open to cool the apartment down wasn't possible for security reasons when we went out. The master top floor bedroom is fully open plan - not an issue but absolutely worth mentioning for future knowledge. Things like tea and coffee were not there, not an issue but just something to note if anyone is expecting comp tea and coffee. Wifi was brilliant - the three of us worked perfectly from there for the day.

Television problematic.Spent a lot of time trying to turn it on & off.Resolved by long & difficult Communication with host.Kettle switch would not stay on without being weighted down.Light switches were problematic.

More info needed before booking - Location good Communication good Lots of bathrooms .Was nice to have dishwasher tablets and washing liquid etc . We had a very pleasant stay especially considering we had to last minute book due to being let down in another booking . Lots of things not working . Kettle, wifi , velux windows, sky box ? Maybe some guidance / instructions would help Property is noisy due to open plan nature , no doors . Would have been good to know about this beforehand . Would be a tricky property for anyone with mobility issues , think this should be included in information .
