• Anne (10/5): Would happily go back if opportunity arises. - Loved the location and the accommodation. The outlook was wonderful being next to the lake and did a few circumnavigation walks. The bed was very comfortable. The privacy and spacious lounge area were appreciated as we wanted to just stop and have a break after a very busy period. We extended our stay which says it all. Box of dishwasher detergent tabs was empty, so we had to go buy some first night. Windows could be cleaned more frequently as lots of cobwebs. Not a big deal, just a few little things.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect Daylesford Getaway - This was our second stay and once again, faultless. The bedroom was comfortable and dark (ideal for sleeping). Location is perfect, step off the back deck and right on to the lake walking trail (short walk to the boathouse too). Wonderful hosts who are helpful and communicative.

• Tania (10/5): - Ben & Cassey were fantastic host's, their communication was exceptional with frequent updates on things to do and see in Daylesford. Casset and Ben dropped off Firewood every morning to ensure we had a warm and cosy night. The property was beautiful, romantic, cosy but so spacious, and had everything that you could wish for while staying away from home. We loved that every morning we could wake up and see the lake and just a 5 min walk into town. The property was stunning and beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved enjoying a relaxing evening by the fire!!!

• Sarah (10/5): Stylish getaway located with a lake view in the heart of Daylesford. - Absolutely stunning aesthetic. Great location to the lake and the main street for shops and restaurants. Apartment had everything you might need. The space is a great size and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent.
• Katherine (1/5): Warning Don't Stay Here! - The location is very close to the town. The view downstairs is lovely. The property was filthy on arrival. There was dog hair on the bed and the towels, the upstairs window at the bottom is smashed, there was dirt on the carpet, the floor downstairs had food all over it, there was belongings. (?) left in the property ( a white flannel on the coffee table), cobwebs and dust, every single dish in the kitchen needed to be washed prior to use. (See images) The entry to the upstairs bathroom is a trip hazard as its not visible (small step up). There was a giant huntsman upstairs that we needed to remove. We were advised after we had checked in of a $100 pet fee. We had a three night/four day stay, we notified them of the hygiene and they offered to send someone out- this was for day 3 (not worth it as we were leaving the next day). The property looks good in photos but very cheap and nasty, two towels for 4 days, one damp tea towel, its not worth staying here, heaps of lux properties in Daylesford.
• Simone (10/5): Exceptional minamalist home right on lake - Finally, someone has got it right. The property was exceptional. Everything worked and was easy to use. Minimalist black decor that really works. The fireplace kept the house warm in no time. Right on the lake. Bed super comfy. The deck wasn't cleaned, and there were a lot of spider webs, so it is not for the arachnophobic. Outside, The furniture wasn't comfy like the rest of the place. No Bin in bathroom/toilet

Great parking and a taste of luxury :) A much needed relaxing weekend away. The entrance of the upstairs bathroom needs to be watched, it hurts if you step on it.

• Josephine (7/5): I enjoyed its location and lakeview from the property despite the few disappointments encountered around cleanliness of - Cassey - the management team has been very helpful and responsive to my questions and requests. The living area and kitchen are fully equipped with the fireplace making the entertainment area extra cozy. Location is also good. Extra focus and attention are required on housekeeping!! I was disappointed with seeing my white pillow case had stain on it, the showerhead had weak water pressure with leaking water from the hose, basin tap is unstable and bedroom didn’t look/ feel clean. Improvements are required if this property is striving to provide 5 star luxury experience for guests.

The property seemed to have minimal insulation and it felt like a cold draft ran through the living area. Even with the fire burning we couldn’t stay warm.
