• Lenka (10/5): - Beautiful and newly renovated apartment. We had everything we needed. The location was not the closest to the center bit it is very well connected by a metro line The host was responding to our messages quickly so we got all the help we needed. Definitely an amazing space to stay in. The internet was not working that well. Also just pay attention to the deposit that you must pay before your arrival.

The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available for any questions with excellent communication. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay. • Sara (8/5): Appartement très agréable ! - L’appartement était très propre, neuf et bien équipé. À 10 minutes à pied du métro et à 3 stations du centre ville, c’est super. L’hôte était très réactif ! L’appartement est situé à côté d’une route qui est très bruyante malheureusement, mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles c’est possible de bien dormir. Il faut déposer une caution de 200€.

• Marina (10/5): - Ich bin mit meiner Tochter gereist. Das Apartment ist sehr freundlich und hell eingerichtet, sauber inkl. top Ausstattung in allem, ob in der Küche oder im Badezimmer, es war alles vorhanden! Die Bus Verbindung ist 300 Meter entfernt, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Bis in die Stadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es gerade mal 20-30 min, also super für einen schönen Spaziergang. Viele Dank an das Kundenservice, für die schnelle Beantwortung der Fragen, sowie Unterstützung beim Flughafentransfer, dafür ein gesonderter Dank!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• MARIA (5/5): Συμπαθητικό διαμέρισμα αλλά η αδιαφορία των ιδιοκτητών και η δυσκολία να τους βρεις το υποβαθμίζει. - Καινούριο διαμέρισμα,καθαρό.Περιοχη σχετικά καλή κοντα στο κέντρο. Για αρχή λόγω του deposit damage που μου ζητήθηκε στα 200€ και είδα το mail αφού είχα φτάσει στο κατάλυμα ταλαιπωρήθηκα παρά πολύ για να μπω στο κατάλυμα γιατί δεν μου απαντούσαν στο mail,δεν είχα WhatsApp για να τους βρω.Μετα από 3ωρες που ήμουν από κάτω με το παιδί μου μόλις ανεβήκαμε και κάθισε στο παιδί μου στην καρέκλα αμέσως έσπασε το ένα πόδι της καρέκλας (ήταν ήδη χαλασμένη) τους έστειλα αμέσως mail και δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ.Οποτε ζούσα με το άγχος μη μου κρατήσουν τα 200€ για και καλά ζημιά της καρέκλας.Στο σαλόνι δεν έχει παντζουρια ή χοντρη κουρτίνα όποτε 24 ώρες το 24ωρο μπαίνουν φώτα (μπορει κάποιους να τους ενοχλεί).Στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν έχει πορτατίφ στα κομοδίνα.Θα ήταν ωραία ιδέα να έβαζαν.Εχει πολυ φασαρία αυτοκινήτων διότι είναι κεντρικός δρόμος από κάτω.Αν θες ηρεμία μη κλείσεις.Θα ήθελα να πω ότι εγώ φταίω μεν που δεν είδα στους όρους το deposit damage που έπρεπε να βάλω έστω και λίγες ώρες πριν(μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία) αλλά έτσι γίνεται από ότι έμαθα με ιδιοκτήτες του εξωτερικού για να είναι εξασφαλισμένοι.Δεν μου είχε τύχει πιο πριν στην booking αλλά η δυσκολία να τους βρω ήταν πρωτόγνωρη.Γενικά δεν τους ένοιαζε καθόλου η ταλαιπωρία μας,ούτε ένα απολογητικό mail για λόγους ευγένειας.

• Marina Charalambous (8/5): value for money type of apartment. - It was a freshly renovated apartment. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and couch. Good soundproof balcony doors since it is facing a main road / highway - but with the windows open is a bit noisy. Can definitely suggest it to a couple that is visiting ATH for couple of days. Connection to the city is fair, by metro, which station is 10ish+ minutes walking but sometimes its exhausting. The area is not really aesthetically pleasing, but if you've been in Athens many times then its a decent choice. Please be aware that you might be asked a 200 euro deposit after your reservation via booking, apparently they are entitled to do it.
• Ayat (1/5): Bad - There were no internet at the apartment. FOr the door you need to remove the key to push it at the light part (in the middle of the house) so you feel not safe as there is ni key at the door!!

• Adva (7/5): Good - The apartment looks like in the pics and has almost everything you could possibly need. They could use a toilet paper stand next to the toilet but other than that it really has everything you could possibly need, and with generosity as in even tablets for the dishwasher and the pods for the washing machine. Really great in that sense. Cafes close by, Lidl 4 min away by walking. Really great. Read through for a better experience as it's not what you're told and more what they don't tell you. The self check in experience was negative. The instructions were very misleading and not specific. I admit I checked in late but I confirmed that with the team and they said it should not be a problem. The building is 58 but the actual entrance does not have a number and someone wrote with a marker: 60. However there is no other option so you can understand it's that. I was given a code for a lockbox but was never told there is more than one (like 4-5 I think) and which one is mine. I stood in the cold trying to unlock all. When I finally got the key I followed the instructions:" 1st floor, turn left and it's the first door on the right with a mat that says welcome". But the key would not fit. After more than 15 min (past midnight) another guest came out and advised me to try the other doors down the hall as he got bad instructions too. So almost at 1am I started going through the other doors to try my key. Luckily it was the next one further down the hall. They didn't say All mats say welcome, and it's the 2nd door down the hall. Also electricity needs a card. The card is attached to the key you can't keep the card and leave the house while environmentaly friendly that is a good to know fact for an apartment (expected in a hotel). I did text the team but got the response much later. While that was sorted by around 1am it made my experience much worse as it started badly. Even though the place is actually really well set. So if you take it be sure to ask more questions (like your apartment number) get clear pictures, and a number that will be avaliable to you in case you struggle. 2 more things: I was there is a cold wave, and the air conditions had invertor errors (probably need a filter clean) so didn't work and I was cold.
• Kai-yen (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful apartment with everything you need for a long-term stay. It’s a bit away from the old town, but the well-connected bus service makes getting around easy. The check-in instructions could be clearer. For example, there are several key boxes downstairs near the doorbell, but the owner didn’t specify the exact one. I had to try each key box until I found the right keys.
