Renata (3/5): Pior estadia que tivemos pelo Booking - O Flat Ancorar tem uma estrutura excelente. A unidade que ficamos precisa de manutenção (o ar condicionado do quarto não esfria, as cadeiras da sala estão descascadas e as panelas muito velhas) e de dedetização (está com uma infestação de baratas). A equipe não resolveu nenhum dos nossos problemas. Quando informamos a questão das baratas, informaram que levariam inseticida no dia seguinte, ou seja, nosso jantar e café da manhã poderia ser feito na companhia dos insetos. Não deixaram enxoval suficiente para o nosso check in e só levaram o complemento as 16h do dia seguinte. Não enviaram um técnico para resolver a questão do ar condicionado porque, segundo eles, a equipe estava reduzida e a demanda alta.
