• Paula May (10/5): Beautiful location. - The location and outlook was beautiful. The parking space was a small challenge first time but quite easy after that. Shower was a little corner unit, OK for us but would be a tad tight for a larger person.

• Stephanie (9/5): - Lovely unit, very comfortable fabulous location, nice views, especially the very private "happy hour" location right on the water. The warm floor in the bathroom would be wonderful in winter. Kitchen is small but perfectly fine and has everything you need and lots of extra pantry items and the table and chairs overlooking the river in the kitchen is very nice. The unit is underneath the main house but you have your own entrance and car park, and no noise or interference.We loved our stay and the Rosevears Hotel and the Duck cafe both within walking distance were fabulous. We enjoyed everything and driving along the river to get to it is spectacular. We would definitely return. Communication was prompt and easy.

• nicola (10/5): Relaxing beauty - Beautiful location. Very comfortable bed. Clean well equipped premises. Nice out doors sitting areas too.. Lovely place to relax and decompress. Added bonus, Loved the heated bathroom floor. Would have been nice to be warned that there are dogs running on the property, only as I'm over coming a fear after been bitten by a dog a few years ago. Also was a bit worried about the drop off edge in the parking. Nothing to stop you if you accidentally went to far or put in drive instead or reverse

• Kingston (10/5): Beautiful calm and peaceful place. Try to stay at least two nights. One is just not enough. - This property is amazing. The location is superb, right on the Tamar River, giving unparalleled views. It has a dock, it has several outdoor seating areas, one right on the edge of the water. It is beautifully appointed inside with lots of modern features. The breakfast nook has a view of the river, the lounge room has a view of the river. The river is the real focus of this property and the property maximises it so well. Can’t think of a thing

• Brenda (9/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, nice spot, close to Rosevears where they have a lovely restaurant, good parking spot, easy to check in, good communication Road a bit narrow and foggy at night so be there before dark if you have trouble driving at night. Some instant coffee would be good instead of just the pod machine

The location is absolutely charming, with direct access to the water. The stylish jetty and the fire pit area are wonderful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Knives for cutting fruit & veg need to be sharpened and some steak knives in the draw would be just that bit extra when having a BBQ. Waking in the morning to the sunrise over the Tamar was sensational.
