• Anke (10/5): Super schöne Wohnung und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wie die vorherigen Bewerter bereits berichtet haben: Vom äußeren des Hauses darf man sich nicht täuschen lassen. Ein Hinweis an der Vordertür wäre vielleicht hilfreich. Ich habe dann aber nochmal in die Beschreibung geschaut und das Missverständnis hat sich schnell geklärt: Der Eingang und die Schlüsselboxen sind an der Rückseite. Der Berg ist wirklich steil. Es halten aber mehrere Busse (Z.Bsp. 2,7,11,13) direkt vor dem Supermarkt. Von da aus ist es nur ein kurzes Stück bis zur Rückseite des Hauses. Es gibt vier Schlüssel für zwei Türen (?). Der Haustürschlüssel ist etwas launisch, man darf ihn nicht komplett reinstecken. Aber nach zwei-, dreimal hat man den Dreh raus. Wir hatten das Appartement K2 ganz oben mit einem weiteren Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Matratze erschien mir zunächst weich, aber ich habe jede Nacht super geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich bei drei Tagen Aufenthalt die Waschmaschine (Waschmittel ist vorhanden) brauche, aber nach einem Malheur beim Essen war ich dafür sehr dankbar! Es gibt zwar keine Möglichkeit sich Abends rauszusetzen, aber der Park ist nicht weit und man hat einen traumhaften Blick (und Abendsonne) über Karlsbad. Die Treppe runter Richtung Stadt (sie ist gesperrt, aber man kommt durch), einmal quer über die Straße und man kommt über einen kleinen Trampelpfad in den Park. (Siehe Bilder) Der Fernseher verliert leider immer wieder das Signal, das Bild bleibt stehen. Man muss auf die Zurücktaste und den Sender neu bestätigen, dann geht es weiter. Zugegeben, das ist ein Luxusproblem, aber vielleicht kann man das ja mal prüfen?

• Ramona (8/5): Super Wohnung, spannendes Haus – Top Lage & toller Service! - Der Kontakt war sehr gut und die Kommunikation lief prima. Wir bekamen alle Infos zur Anreise schnell und gut. ​Das Haus sieht von außen etwas... "speziell" aus (man könnte es liebevoll ein "Lost-Place-Unikat" nennen!), aber lasst euch nicht täuschen! Die Ferienwohnung innen ist sehr schön und geräumig. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen! ​In der Wohnung war alles da, was man brauchte. Besonders toll: In einem Körbchen gab es eine kleine Minibar mit Süßem, Herzhaftem und Wein zum Kauf. Auch kleine Kosmetiktüten als Notfall-Mitbringsel standen bereit! ​Man konnte einen sicheren Parkplatz für wenig Geld dazu buchen. ​Die Lage ist super: Man läuft nur ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum von Karlsbad. Ein Supermarkt und ein toller Italiener sind gleich um die Ecke. ​Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Gerne wieder!

• Annie (9/5): Great location for our short stay - We found the place easily and followed the instructions - well explained! The keys were easy to get. We got a different apartment than booked, so we had to climb an extra set of stairs. With luggages, not fun. We also booked the overnight parking in the provided space and that worked very well. The room is rather small with four people, but for two people it is perfect for one night. Kitchen had what we needed. Contactless can be harder for people who do not have apps and smart phones. And the building could use an update on the outside - it looks very run down. Though the closeness to the downtown was wonderful.

• Ronald (9/5): Superb - Amazing location just a roll down to the main street. Apartment looked brand new and had everything we needed. Only thing missing were curtains which blocked sunlight because the bedroom was already fully bright by 6.00 in the morning
